Chapter 77

T wo weeks later . . .

Indie eyed the hoverboard with interest.

How hard could it be?

Technically, she knew she wasn’t allowed to ride it on her own. But the guys always seemed to come up with some excuse when they were around for her not to ride it.

She was gonna do it. Slade was in his office. Spencer was out for a run. Rock and Quaid were down in the gym and Hope was having a nap.

Perfect time for a bit of fun.

Turning it on, she held onto the wall as she stepped onto it. She was wearing a pair of really cute cut-off denim shorts today along with a white T-shirt with a rainbow on the front. Her hair was up in two ponytails. And her pink cardigan had little pompoms all over it.

Hope had been home for two weeks. And she was doing so well.

The guys hadn’t killed Alaistair. Instead, they’d completely destroyed him.

It hadn’t even taken that much effort. Nope, he’d done most of it himself.

Financially, he’d already been in trouble.

After some deeper digging, Shepherd had discovered that he’d been defrauding a number of his clients.

So he’d sent that to the cops as an anonymous tip.

Alaistair was now in jail with no friends willing to bail him out. Or even visit him.

The guys wouldn’t tell her much else, but she was certain they would ensure he had a truly miserable time in jail.

Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy.

No one knew what had happened to the pen drive. The only guy to survive the car crash had been killed in prison. Kind of suspicious, but as she saw it, all threats had been eliminated.

Meaning she was free to live an amazing life with her guys.

She’d had time to recover, to get used to having a baby, to living with four men. To days filled with laughter and fun.

And hot sex.

Damn. The sex was off the charts.

There was just one issue.

Rock.

He still hadn’t fucked her and that was going to have to change. She’d given him enough time and now she was getting frustrated.

Indie leaned forward and the hoverboard jolted. She nearly fell off, catching her balance at the last moment.

Oh my God! She was doing it! She was moving!

She sped down the hallway. All right, she probably wasn’t going that fast. It just felt like it. An excited gasp left her as she headed into the living room.

“Indie!” Something smashed and she glanced over to see Spencer standing there, staring at her in shock with something broken at his feet. When had he gotten home? “Stop!”

When she turned back around, she saw that the floor-to-ceiling windows were right in front of her.

Oh God! Was she was going to smash right through them?

“Indie, no!” Rock roared, shocking her with his yell .

Then a thick arm wrapped around her middle, pulling her off the hoverboard. The hoverboard hit the window.

Indie couldn’t catch her breath. That could have been a complete disaster.

Bollocking bollocks.

She stared up into Rock’s pale face. He set her down, his face growing stern as he ran his hands all over her before pulling back to sign.

Are you hurt? Are you all right? Where are you hurt?

It took a moment for her brain to understand what he was saying. He looked so frantic, worried.

“I’m fine,” she replied. “I’m not hurt. You caught me in time. I’m good.”

Something shifted in his face. It morphed from worry to anger.

Uh-oh.

Rock rarely got angry.

What were you thinking? You could have badly hurt yourself!

“I don’t . . . I don’t know. I wanted to try. It was fun.” But it could have ended in disaster. Still, it wasn’t her fault!

The darn hoverboard had a mind of its own. It didn’t realize she was a ninja with ninja moves.

Over the past fortnight her Little had started appearing more and more. It was like she now that she felt safe, she could just let go of her inhibitions and fears.

And just have fun.

The guys would say she was having a bit too much fun. They didn’t realize how hard it was to be a proper ninja. There were things that she just had to do to keep her ninja status. Like not touching the floor for a day because it was lava.

That had nearly ended up with her falling on her head.

Rock’s gaze narrowed. Then he picked her up and carried her to the couch. He sat and flipped her over so she was lying on his lap.

Face down.

Uh-oh.

She realized too late how much trouble she was in .

“Da, no!” she cried, kicking her feet as he reached around under her to undo her shorts. Then he drew them and her panties down. “No spanking!”

“Oh, you’re getting yourself a spanking,” Spencer growled as he appeared next to them. He sat on the coffee table, watching .

She tried to do a ninja move and roll off Rock’s lap, but he seemed to sense her intention and grabbed hold of her.

His hand smacked down on her ass and she let out a small cry.

“What’s going on? What happened?” Slade asked.

Thank God the bedrooms were all soundproofed or she’d have probably woken up Hope with her cries.

“What’s going on?” Quaid asked.

Urgh. They were all here to watch her get her bottom reddened.

Awesome.

Rock had turned his bedroom into a nursery for Hope and the guys all slept in with her every night.

Rock continued to spank her until she stopped trying to fight her way free. She lay over his lap, sobbing quietly.

She got it. She might have gotten hurt.

The tension and fight left her as she realized how much she’d likely scared him. Even if she hadn’t meant to.

He lifted her so she was sitting on his lap, facing him. Then he cupped her face between his hands.

“I’m s-sorry,” she sobbed.

Rock nodded in satisfaction and drew her close, holding her against his chest as she cried.

“Indie a bad girl,” she muttered, putting her thumb into her mouth to suck on it for comfort.

“No, Indie just didn’t think first,” Spencer said, coming to sit next to him and rubbing her back. That was nice. “Also, Dada should have put his hoverboard away. I’m sorry for that.”

“Not your fault, Dada,” she said after pulling her thumb from her mouth. “My fault.” She leaned back to look up at Rock. “Sorry, Da.”

You are forgiven. I just don’t want anything to happen to you .

“I know.” She sniffled. “I just wanted to try, but I should have waited. I thought my ninja skills would help me.”

“I’m happy to help you anytime you want, Princess,” Spencer told her. “But it was naughty of you to get on the hoverboard alone.”

Love you.

Love you too. She signed back to Rock.

“Give her to me?” Spencer asked and Rock nodded.

Spencer lifted her against his chest, giving her a stern look. “You’re going to have some corner time as well.”

She sniffled. “Okay, Dada.”

He hugged her against him, rocking her back and forth as she tried to bring her breathing under control.

“Littles get into trouble,” he told her. “It’s just what happens. Then they’re punished and forgiven, okay?”

“Okay, Dada,” she replied as she leaned back to look up at him with a smile. He kissed her gently before handing her off to Quaid.

Oh no.

Quaid had his strict face on. “Do we need to have a chat about the rules again?”

“Nooo!” she cried. For some reason, Quaid loved to go over the rules with her whenever she’d been naughty.

Over and over.

And he liked to add to them. He was the rule-Dom. Or Dom-rule. She wasn’t sure. But they didn’t need another discussion about them.

“Hmm, you think not?” He patted her bottom. “Or maybe I should get you to write them all out?”

That was another punishment he was fond of.

“I’ve gotten a spanking and I have corner time. I think that’s enough.”

“Hmm, actually, I have another sort of punishment in mind,” he said.

She didn’t like the sound of that.

“So have I.” Slade smiled .

Oh, great.

“You know how precious you are to us and that we just want to keep you safe, don’t you?” Quaid asked her.

“I know. I know you do. I’m sorry I’m so naughty all the time.”

Slade came up and took her from Quaid, sitting with her on his lap. “I think it’s a good thing.”

“You do?” She gaped at him as he rubbed her lower back. Ooh, that was nice.

“It means you feel safe with us. That your Little feels safe with us. You might go a bit too far at times and put yourself at risk, which isn’t acceptable.

But I’ve never seen you this relaxed and carefree.

You smile all the time. And if we have to watch you a bit more closely and punish you a bit more often, then that’s what we’ll do in order to keep that smile. ”

Darn.

Why did he have to go being so sweet?

“You guys are the best. I love you all so much.” She buried her face into Slade’s chest as they all surrounded her, touching her, speaking to her softly, reassuringly.

She heard Hope cry and glanced around.

“I’ll get her,” Quaid said.

“I’ll order some lunch in,” Slade said.

I have to do some work. Rock signed. Movie time later?

She nodded at him. She’d like that. All of them snuggling on the couch.

“Right,” Spencer said, rubbing his hands together. “Corner time.”

Drat.

Spencer picked her up and carried her into her playroom, setting her down in front of the corner.

“I think I was punished enough, Dada,” she said. “I won’t sit for ages!”

Once she and Hope were back home and settled, they’d started dishing out all the punishments from her notebook. She’d been spanked in every room in the penthouse .

Not to mention she’d had to wear plugs while writing lines and standing in the corner . . . and why was he going into the punishment cupboard?

“Nooo!” she cried, stomping her foot on the floor.

Spencer raised an eyebrow as he returned with a large anal plug and some lube. “Is that any way to behave, young lady?”

Urgh.

She did not like being called young lady. It made her feel like a naughty school girl being called into the principal’s office.

Which was actually one of Spencer’s favorite role plays. With him as the principal, of course.

It wasn’t fair how she never got to spank them.

“I want to lodge a protest.”

Spencer snorted. “Denied.”

“You are so mean.”

“Noted. Over the edge of the bed, part those cheeks.”
