Chi Jinming plopped down beside me.
I lifted my red-rimmed eyes and asked in a hoarse voice.
"What are you doing here?"
Chi Jinming was five years younger than me.
The first time we met he disliked me every word he said stabbed straight into my heart.
"I saw Song Lehan's news explode so I rushed over immediately."
I withdrew my gaze and sneered.
"If you want to laugh just laugh. How many times have you mocked me in these years?"
Chi Jinming poured himself a glass of wine.
Forget it seeing you in this state now makes me feel a bit sorry.
"I will accompany you in drinking. My treat. No return until drunk."
I clinked glasses with him.
In the crisp sound my eyebrows and eyes curved.
"Your sympathy is in the wrong place."
"I am not sad I am leaving your uncle."
I tilted my head and drank the wine down.
I saw Chi Jinming still in the same posture.
I leaned straight toward his face.
"What are you staring for? Didn't you say no return until drunk?"
"Drink."
I urged.
I even wanted to reach out until he caught my wrist.
Chi Jinming came back to his senses and did not avoid the too-close distance.
Instead he leaned forward himself our noses almost touching.
Breathing each other's breath.
"You have said such drunk words more than a hundred times. If it is real I will set off fireworks to celebrate for you."
"Then the whole city."
I still smiled.
Chi Jinming's eyes were deep like an abyss.
"Alright if you really leave him I will set off fireworks all over the city for you."
With the affirmative answer I was satisfied and let go of the force and fell straight back.
Chi Jinming reacted quickly.
His palm protected my head slowly lowered.
He carefully withdrew his hand but did not leave.
In the leaning posture his gaze swept inch by inch over my features finally murmuring beside my ear.
"Change someone you like."
