Chapter Eight

Aiden

Soft kisses trailed down Aiden’s spine, slowly pulling him from a deep sleep. He groaned, partly in protest to waking but mostly because he freaking loved when Daddy woke him this way. It made him feel cherished, desired, precious. That feeling was everything.

“Hmmmm...is my baby tired this morning?” Daddy’s voice was rough from sleep and sent shivers down Aiden’s spine. God, his Daddy was so damn sexy.

“Maybe a little,” he admitted. “But not too tired.” He hoped the implication came through in his tone.

He wasn’t always the most expressive person.

But when Daddy’s hand wrapped around his morning wood, Aiden knew his Daddy got the message.

He was the only person Aiden could think of who understood him so completely.

Daddy stroked him as slowly and softly as he trailed kisses down his upper spine, working Aiden into a state of heightened arousal, but Aiden needed more.

Soon, his hips were moving in time with Daddy’s hand as he fucked Rocky’s fist. With each pass of his hand up Aiden’s shaft, Rocky increased the pressure of his grip until Aiden was moaning Daddy’s name over and over, unable to articulate any other words. The only word that existed was Daddy.

“That’s it, baby. Fuck yourself with Daddy’s hand. Let me watch you fall apart.”

Daddy lifted up, looking over Aiden, seeing exactly what he was doing to him. It made Aiden even hotter to have Rocky’s intense gaze laser focused on him and felt his cock pulsing in Daddy’s hand.

“Please,” he begged. “Daddy, please…”

“Come for me, baby.” Daddy told him. “Show me what a good boy you are for Daddy.”

Without further encouragement Aiden’s balls drew up and his cock pulsed wildly, cum spurting all over Daddy’s fist and the sheets.

He’d probably feel bad for the housekeeper later, but right that moment Aiden couldn’t focus on anything beyond the astronomical amount of pleasure coursing through his system.

“Good boy,” Daddy whispered in his ear. God, he’d never tire of hearing how good his Daddy thought he was.

Rocky

Once he’d helped Aiden clean up and dress, Rocky had fed him a hearty breakfast from room service.

Then, they headed out to grab a cab. As Aiden climbed in, Rocky went to the window and whispered their destination and the fact it was a secret to the driver.

He didn’t want anything to ruin the surprise.

Satisfied that the driver wouldn’t out his intentions, Rocky climbed in, making sure Aiden was buckled in before doing his own.

Aiden surprised him when there were no questions about today’s plans, just excited exclamations over the decorations and sights they passed on the journey.

It warmed Rocky’s heart that Aiden had such trust in him.

He knew Rocky would take care of him and give him an experience to remember.

It had only taken one day for Aiden to realize that, for Rocky, this trip was all about Aiden and fulfilling his Christmas dream.

The ride seemed to go faster this time as he’d focused on his boy and listening to his innocent and sweet awe.

It was the best ride of his life, his boy smiling ear to ear and talking a mile a minute as he seemed to only do with Rocky.

God, he wasn’t so sure how he managed to be so lucky, but he wouldn’t change a single thing.

His heart was so full it physically ached sometimes.

The best possible ache anyone could experience.

The driver pulled to the curb in front of their destination and Aiden’s jaw dropped as he took it in.

His eyes lit, his smile was pure light and goodness.

All the times Aiden had watched movies and talked about coming here.

Did he really think Rocky wouldn’t remember his desire for a Central Park Christmas?

Today is going to be amazing.

Aiden

Aiden took in the sights as Daddy helped him from the car.

The entrance to Central Park looked just like in the movies, with decorations adorning the area like an invitation to explore a winter wonderland designed for Christmas enthusiasts.

Aiden really hoped the inside was like the movies as well.

He’d seen his first glimpse of this place on a screen when he was a child and had wanted to experience a Christmas here ever since.

It shouldn’t have surprised Aiden that Daddy had taken note of this desire.

It seemed his Daddy made it his life’s goal to note everything about Aiden and make every one of his dreams come true every day.

Still, Aiden had spent so long alone and searching that he was still getting used to having someone who truly cared and showed him every day how much.

Aiden turned in a circle and let out a happy sigh.

“I know it’s outside, but this time of year this place could be really crowded.

I tried to schedule it early in the hopes it won’t be too crowded.

Just in case, though, I brought the earplugs, glasses and sand for you.

Let me know if you need them.” Daddy said, making Aiden’s heart swell even more, until it felt like the grinches heart in that Christmas cartoon.

Looking down, he half expected to see it trying to press out of his chest.

Daddy took his hand and led him through the gates of his own personal paradise.

As they walked the paths, Aiden’s eyes couldn’t take everything in fast enough.

The space, the paths, benches and places for picnics.

It was all so lovely with a layer of snow over it, pigeons flocking to park patrons who tossed out crumbs, like that lady in Home Alone 2.

Everything about the walk reminded him that it was Christmas and this Christmas was unlike any other before.

Not just because he was here, but because of the man leading him steadily towards the center of the park.

The man who had changed his entire outlook on life in the course of a few months.

Aiden quietly hummed every Christmas carol he could possibly remember as he practically skipped beside Daddy, until they got close enough for Aiden to catch sight of the tree.

He stopped in his tracks and simply stared.

He’d never seen a Christmas tree so big in his life.

He knew all the shows he’d watched depicted it that way, but he’d always assumed it was an exaggeration.

Yet, somehow, there it stood, as tall as a small sky scraper with what had to be custom decorations and massive lights.

It was gorgeous and, for a few minutes, all he could do was stand there and stare in awe.

Then, pull Daddy along faster so he could get a closer look.

When he’d gotten as close as he could dare, he took it all in, even the fact that it was so tall that from his spot so close, he couldn’t even see the tree topper.

Something about the sheer size of the tree inspired him.

How much had this tree had to survive to grow this big?

That same thought brought on a kind of sadness too, as a thought he’d never considered flitted through his mind.

Was this the end of the tree? Had it sacrificed itself after surviving all that?

Would it consider it worth it to go out in such an awe inspiring fashion?

He remembered reading somewhere that the tree was left with roots to be replanted after the holidays.

He really hoped that was true. Such an amazing thing should get the chance to live the rest of its life.

“Look, baby.” Daddy grabbed his attention point off to the side where Aiden could see the infamous Central Park Skating Rink. A gasp of pure joy went through him as he tugged Daddy over, insisting with every step that they just had to skate.

Daddy was reluctant to strap on “Shoes with a razor sharp knife on them.” But all it took to convince him to skate was a reminder that it was possible Aiden would fall.

Daddy’s protective instincts overrode any hesitation he might have had and they were soon strapping on rented skates to take a turn around the rink.

Daddy held his hand tightly as he wobbled on the skates, but he soon found his footing and let Daddy pull him along, never once letting Aiden come close to falling.

“Where’d you learn to skate, Daddy,” he asked, knowing Rocky had also been in Texas his whole life. It isn’t like they had a lot of frozen lakes to glide on there.

“I learned with Seth. Some of the places he wanted to see were cold, and he was always into anything. Daring. I had to learn so I could keep him, and now you, safe.”

Aiden loved how easily Daddy talked about his late husband now.

Like it was a joyful and cherished memory.

It wasn’t all that long ago that Daddy couldn’t even speak Seth’s name without drowning in grief.

Aiden supposed there might be people who would find themselves slightly jealous.

He just wanted his Daddy to be happy. To remember the fun and good times and to hold those times with joy.

Jealousy had no place in giving Daddy a safe space to remember and, when he needed to, grieve in a healthy way.

Aiden was honored to be able to give Rocky that.

“I bet he became a pro in no time!” Aiden laughed, encouraging Daddy to share more if he wanted to. He’d never push but he’d never shy away from stories of his Seth either.

“Oh, yeah,” Daddy laughed. “Anytime there was a rink nearby he expected to go. I could never disappoint him. So I got good at skating too.”

Aiden smiled at that. It was so like his Daddy not to let someone he cared about do anything alone if it would be better to do with them.
