Chapter Twenty-Six
EPILOGUE
One Year Later
“Now Blythe know her ass is a freak.” Aunt Ruby spoke looking around the Venin room Blythe had created.
Momma Dawn, Aunt Ruby and Mrs. Beverly, Pharaoh’s mother were picking up the last of Blythe’s boxes.
She was officially moved out of her penthouse and living with Pharaoh permanently.
Since the night Pharaoh killed Wylder, they had yet to go back and Blythe didn’t regret it at all.
Momma Dawn agreed to help Aunt Ruby and Autumn pack up all her things and move them.
Today was the final moving day. Surprisingly Mrs. Beverly agreed to help.
She had become great friends with Momma Dawn and Aunt Ruby since everything happened.
When she wasn’t with her husband aiding his care, she was with them two causing chaos. Enjoying her well-deserved retirement.
“Yes, she was child. No wonder he fell in love so damn fast.” Mrs. Beverly spoke.
They all chuckled looking around at the restraint devices against the walls ready to be taken away.
Blythe didn’t want any of them and agreed that if Pharaoh wanted a kink room, they would build one together.
But for now, she was enjoying her soft girl era.
“Yea, well. Let’s get the hell out of here and get to this baby shower.” They all prepared to grab the last boxes that said “keep” on them. The door flew opened and in walked Linda Rosewood.
“I knew I would catch up to you black bitches eventually. As luck would have it, I get two for one.” She looked between Momma Dawn and Aunt Ruby.
Quickly she pulled a gun from her waist and pointed it at them, shifting back and forth.
“Now one of you will tell me where the fuck my son is and I promise to spare one of your lives.”
“And who the fuck is your son?” Momma Dawn asked annoyed.
“Don’t play dumb you bitch. Wylder! I know you know where he is.
And somebody better tell me before I shoot you all!
” She yelled waving the gun between them.
They all knew exactly who she was talking about.
Blythe had told them everything when she finally made it to them.
They talked for hours about everything that happened.
Momma Dawn harbored a lot of guilt for all that transpired.
She felt if she would had taken heed to the warning not to be with Calvin all of this could have been avoided.
Blythe quickly shut that down explaining there was no way for her to know.
“I will give you three seconds to tell me where the hell my son is before I start shooting. One! Two!”
Boom! Boom!
Shots rang out and both Momma Dawn and Aunt Ruby jumped. Linda’s body fell to the ground face first. Looking behind them, Mrs. Beverly held the smoking gun. She didn’t look phased one bit, but they were both stunned silent.
“I couldn’t stand that bitch!” Mrs. Beverly spoke; her voice laced in venom.
“Lord now I see why daddy long leg has no problem killing. His damn momma crazy.” They all chuckled at her words. Momma Dawn sent a text to Steve Rosewood instructing him to clean up the mess in the venin room. He would know what that meant.
Carefully they grabbed the boxes and stepped over Linda’s dead body. Walking out the door they closed and locked it leaving that final chapter behind them.
“This house is amazing babe. Who lives here again?” Blythe asked as they rounded the fountain to pull up to the baby shower.
Pharaoh ignored her, stepping out and coming around to open her door.
They walked in hand and hand the spacious foyer.
There were ten-foot ceilings and a massive chandelier.
Roses covered every table. They walked through to the back yard where the party was set up.
People were everywhere enjoying the food being passed around on platters and drinks everywhere.
“Blythe, you made it. Hi brother.” Thea spoke.
She sported a round belly. And looked stunning in her blush pink dress that dragged across the yard.
Yea, Thea was pregnant and by Pharaoh’s best friend Prosper.
They had long ago hash out their issues and Prosper voiced how much he really like Thea.
Pharaoh gave him his blessing to be with his baby sister but made him promise to marry her if he got her pregnant.
Needless to say, they were married three months later, and she is due in barely two months.
“Alright, alright. Ladies, Gentlemen, and Thea.” The crowd laughed at Jah’s ass.
He stayed talking shit to Thea and everyone that knew them knew that was their thing.
“Let me make my toast as the Godfather. No, they didn’t ask me, but I know I am.
Anyway, congratulations y’all. I pray my niece gives y’all hell and then calls her uncle to save her.
Nah, for real. I hope y’all’s family is full of love and happiness.
Thank y’all for bringing the first baby into the McCallum family.
Since my bitch won’t sit still long enough for me to put a baby in her.
” He took down his shot and Autumn rushed him away fussing at him the whole time. The room laughed at Rajah’s expense.
“Anyway, sorry for the outburst. Thea, what your brother is trying to say is congrats honey. We are all so proud of the woman you have become. Showing everyone you encounter, love and humbleness. We love you baby girl.” Mrs. Beverly spoke saving the day.
The crowd applauded. “Also, thank you to my son Pharaoh for paying for this lovely shower and allowing us into his lovely home to host this event.
The crowd applauded again but Blythe was stunned.
“This is your house, Pharaoh?” She whispered.
“Our house love. I just bought it.” He pulled keys from his pocket and handed them to her.
“This is our fresh start.” Blythe took another look around completely shook.
The home was massive. The backyard was huge with a pool and a lounge area.
They were in the most expensive part of town, Cherry Hills.
Most of their clients lived out this way so you know you had to have money to be out here.
Yes, she was making great money, but the McCallum’s and Pharaoh had endless money, so she wasn’t surprised he picked this place to call theirs.
“Oh my gosh, baby. Thank you, thank you, thank you.” Jumping into his arms they embraced.
“I told you love I got you. Let’s get through this party and I will give you a tour.”
Later on, that night, Pharaoh had shown Blythe what she assumed to be every room in the house.
It was massive and had plenty of room if they decided to start a family of their own.
Six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a massive backyard, a pool.
State of the art kitchen, a library and a game room.
She was excited but ready to finally lay down.
The party went on for a few hours, everyone laughing and enjoying each other’s company.
Only Pharaoh’s crew lingered after the baby shower games.
Talking shit and joking around the fireplace.
Autumn and Jah snuck away to do what she called practice making a baby because she wasn’t ready for the real thing.
After that Pharaoh sent everyone on their way promising to have everyone over again real soon.
Blythe loved Pharaoh’s friends, she even more loved the idea of finally being around people after all the trauma she experience and shut out the world.
Pharaoh had really come into her life and changed everything for the better and she couldn’t be happier. She had her aunt, her mother, her best friend, and all of Pharaoh’s friends and family. She felt complete.
“Come on. One more room to show you.” Pharaoh spoke after they were showered and had applied lotion.
“Wait there’s more to this massive ass house?
” Blythe jumped up anxious to see what it was.
Pharaoh grabbed her hand and led her down to the basement.
All the way down to the end of the hall was a green door.
Blythe had no idea why she didn’t notice it earlier.
Maybe the excitement of it all caused her to overlook it.
Pharaoh stood back and let Blythe put the awaiting key in his hand in the lock. She opened and smirked.
“Not as massive as the Venin Room but definitely our own playground.” Pharaoh spoke creeping up behind Blythe.
“Let me find out you want Mistress Venin to return.”
“Only if you down love.” He spoke in her ear before kissing her neck softly.
“I am definitely down. So, who first, you or me?” She asked turning in his hold. Her hands snaked around his neck, and she kissed his chin before his lips.
“You first. Because when it’s my turn, I’m not taking it easy on you.” He spoke against her lips with a growl in his tone.
“I am all yours to obey love.”
“And I am yours, angel.”
