NINE | JAMAR #2
“Boy, ain’t nobody about to play with yo crazy ass. I know y’all ain’t wrapped too tight, I heard what y’all did to that nigga Tank.” She waved Kyrie off.
“Ain’t nobody do shit to that nigga.” Kyrie spoke up quickly.
Tank used to work for my Pops, but he was only some fuck shit and tried to bit the hand that fed him. He was disloyal and he did the one thing I could never forgive so; I didn’t feel an ounce of remorse for that nigga’s death.
“Okay.” Cristal said awkwardly.
“You got yo phone?” I asked her.
“Yea.” She pulled her iPhone from the small bag tied around her wrist and I took it from her hands and put my number in it.
“I’ma hit you up tomorrow with that addy and shit.” I told her.
“Cool, nice doing business with y’all.” She grinned. “Y’all want a dance?”
“Nah, we good.” Kyrie’s eyes were already back at the bar, looking for Blaine no doubt.
“Aight.” Cristal said before walking away from the table.
“Aye, where you going?” I frowned seeing Kyrie rise and drop a hundred on the table.
He nodded straight ahead, and I followed his line of vision seeing Sam talking to Fallen. The conversation didn’t look heated, but Blaine was standing beside Fallen and judging by the scowl on her face, shit was about to pop off. Kyrie and I both walked over to them and joined the conversation.
“We got a problem?” I asked eyeing Sam.
She laughed and shook her head, “Nah, no problems.” “Fallen, you good?”
She was wearing a strapless gold dress that looked painted on, her natural hair kissed her shoulder blades, and other than the big, fake ass eyelashes her face was free of makeup making her prettier as hell. When her eyes landed on me, I couldn’t help, but reach for her and hold her hand.
“I’m fine.” She nodded not taking her eyes off mine.
“Fallen, fuck her, you ain’t gotta put up with her bullshit.” Blaine chimed in.
I stepped forward into Fallen’s personal space, “What was she in your face talking about?”
“Nothing don’t worry about it. I’m fine. Blaine, it’s fine.” She blew it off and let go of my hand. I watched her move around me to the last empty seat at the bar. I glanced at
Blaine who only shook her head and walked back around the bar to make her sister’s drink.
“Come on.” The back of Kyrie’s hand tapped my chest as he followed Fallen and stood on the other side of her.
“What you drinking?” I whispered in her hear.
“Henny.” She told me after she tossed it back.
“Two more.” I told Blaine and dropped a hundred on the bar.
“Make it four.” Fallen corrected me.
An hour later, Fallen was trying to talk Blaine into another glass of Henny, but she refused.
“Ugh! I’m a grown ass woman, I can drink whatever I want.” Fallen ranted as she draped her arms around my shoulders.
“You drove out here?” I asked.
The music in the club made it hard to understand her without speaking directly into her ear and every time I turned my head so she could speak in my ear she made sure to brush her lips against it and it was making it hard for me to deny her advances.
She’d already “mistakenly” brushed her ass against my dick as she left and came back from the bathroom.
“Nope, rode with Blaine.” She pouted.
“Come on, I’ll take you home.” I leaned over the bar and told Blaine I was taking her home.
“Thank you Jamar.” Blaine told me as she tried to handle the packed bar.
I grabbed Fallen’s hand and helped her out the club and into my car. When I reached across her to put her seat belt on, she kissed my neck and ear.
“I miss you Jamar.” She blurted out.
“I miss yo pretty ass.” I told her before I moved to my side of the car.
Before I could get in the car I heard the door open and seconds later liquids were hitting the ground. I shook my head and turned around to see Fallen halfway hanging out the car throwing up all the alcohol she consumed.
“I’m sorry.” She cried before a loud burp passed through her lips and she continued emptying her stomach until she was dry heaving.
“You good?” I asked once I thought she was finished.
I opened the glove box and handed her a few fast food napkins to clean up with until she got home.
“Thank you. Oh, god. I’m so embarrassed.” She hid her face behind her hands.
I moved her hands from her face and made her look at me, “You good, you ain’t got shit to be embarrassed about, this is what friends are for, right?”
“Get me out of here and stop looking at me!” She cried laughing lightly.
Once we hit the highway Fallen was knocked out so instead of taking her home, I took her to my house.
“Damn!” She groaned once she was out of the car.
“What?”
“I got throw up on the side of your door and on my legs and my shoes.” She groaned.
“It’s cool, go take a shower and grab a shirt and some shorts or something from my dresser, I got the car.” I told her.
“Jamar, I can’t sleep here.” She said quietly.
“It’s cool, I’ll sleep on the couch and you can sleep in my bed. Hell, I’ll take you home once you get cleaned up if you want.”
“You sure?” She eyed me.
“I’m positive, go head you know where everything at.” I nodded to the house pushing the keys in her hands.
“Okay.” She finally agreed as I went to my trunk to get the wet wipes out to clean the side of my car.
