Chapter 6 #2

We head into the bar, finding an open table. Immediately, I’m looking around for Levi. “I don’t see him.”

Cole chuckles. “He’s around here somewhere.”

“Let’s order a round of drinks,” Charlie says, waving over a waitress.

Me and patience are not buddies right now. But I do my best to sit my ass in this chair. Levi is working. It wouldn’t be cool of me to harass him while he’s doing his job.

A half hour goes by, and we’re all drinking and laughing. For a moment, I forgot about Levi.

“Ah, there he is,” Cole says, nudging my shoulder.

“Huh?” I frown down at my friend.

“Levi,” he explains.

My head snaps over in the direction where he’s pointing. And there he is. Levi. Standing behind the bar.

Smiling... laughing... at a guy.

Jealousy isn’t something I’m used to, never really felt it all that often, but right now? Yeah, it’s burning bright.

“We need more drinks.” I move to stand.

“Relax, big guy,” Cole chuckles. “He’s just being friendly, doing his job.”

That might be true about Levi, but the guy he’s talking to is leaning in a little too close and hasn’t taken his eyes off him once.

“I know. I just need to get us more drinks.” Before I know what I’m doing, I’m up and storming over to the bar, stopping right next to the guy who’s flirting with my man.

Levi’s smile slips when he sees me, and fuck me if that isn’t a punch to the gut. “What are you doing here?” Again, ouch.

“Well, hello to you, too.” I chuckle, leaning against the bartop.

“Sorry.” His cheeks turn an adorable shade of pink. “I’m just surprised to see you here.”

“The guys and I came for some drinks after practice. Our normal hangout spot is being renovated.”

“Oh.” Levi blinks, looking over my shoulder towards the table we’ve occupied.

“Hey, man.” I look down at the guy who is very obviously glaring up at me on his stool. Aww, poor guy is pissed I cock-blocked him. Good. He’s lucky I don’t knee him in said cock.

“Hi,” he grunts. “Do you mind? We were talking.”

“No. Not at all.” I chuckle. “Just came to see if I could order a tray of shots for the table.”

“Ah, yeah, of course.” Levi nods, pushing his glasses up his nose with his finger. Ugh, I just wanna bite this man. He’s so fucking sexy. How illegal would it be to bend him over the bartop and fuck him right here, right now?

“Awesome. Thanks, babe.” I wink. “Oh, before I leave...” Leaning over the bartop, I grab Levi by his work tie, tugging him forward. His eyes go wide with surprise before I crash my lips against his.

I’m unable to keep myself from growling possessively as I kiss him hungrily. It’s like an addict who hasn’t had his fix in a few days: a rush to the system and straight to my balls.

He tastes so fucking good.

Only hesitating for a moment, Levi kisses me back, letting me deepen the kiss.

Our tongues tangle together, earning me a small moan.

Whistling behind me has me pulling away, smirking against his lips.

“Missed you, baby,” I murmur. “Can’t keep hiding from me.

” I suck his lower lip into my mouth and give it a little bite before I release it.

“Come find me before your shift is done. We need to talk.”

Stepping away, I can’t help but grin in satisfaction at the flustered look on Levi’s face. When I walk away, I don’t go back to the table, but head in the direction of the bathroom instead. I’m so fucking hard, I need a moment.

It’s not fair how just one touch, one kiss with that man has me harder than stone.

Shoving my way into the bathroom, I make my way over to the sink and splash some cold water onto my face.

What the fuck was that? Way to draw attention to myself. I probably freaked Levi out, too. I just... fuck! Seeing him smile and flirt with that guy made me fucking crazy.

Just because I want him to be mine doesn’t mean he is. If I’m even going to have a chance at taking this dating thing from fake to real, I need to chill the fuck out before I scare him off.

The door to the bathroom opens. I lift my head to see Levi standing in the doorway.

My heart starts to pound against my ribs, my fingers curling around the edge of the sink as we stare at one another in the mirror.

“What was that?” he asks, finally speaking as he closes the bathroom door behind him.

“What do you mean?” I chuckle, running a hand through my hair, leaning against the sink casually.

“You just came up to the bar and kissed me?” Levi huffs.

“I did.” I nod.

“Why?”

“Well, the way it looked from the table, you were flirting with that guy.”

His brows furrow. “I was not. I was just being friendly.”

I snort a laugh. “You might have been, but that guy was practically drooling all over you.”

“He was not. He was just being nice.”

“Mhhmm,” I reply, taking a step towards him. “Nice.”

“Austin,” he lets out on a breath.

“Levi,” I tease, unable to stay away from him. I missed him. I crave him. He’s right here, within my grasp. “Everyone at the table knows we’re together. Seeing someone else flirt with you... I needed to do something.”

“Oh.” He blinks. “Shit, I didn't even think about that.”

“Don’t worry your pretty little head about it.” I reach up, brushing the piece of hair that fell onto his forehead to the side.

Levi’s eyes blaze with heat.

“Wanna tell me why you’ve been avoiding me all week?” I ask, cocking my head to the side.

He takes a step back, shoving his hands into his black slacks. “I haven’t been avoiding you. I’ve been busy.”

“Busy enough not to reply, but not busy enough to read my message?” I smirk.

He opens his mouth, closes it, and then opens it again. “I didn’t know what to say to you, okay? This thing between us.” He waves his hand from him to me. “It’s weird.”

“Weird?”

“Yes.”

“How so? Because I don’t think it’s weird.”

“You are my brother's best friend. We haven’t seen each other in years. And then when we do, we end up in this crazy situation. One that ended with you on your knees with my dick in your mouth,” he hisses.

“Mhhm.” I chuckle. “Best part of the night.”

“Austin,” he huffs. “I’m being serious."

“So am I.” I’m unable to keep the grin off my face.

“You really don’t think it’s weird? How things have changed between us?”

“Babe, if I thought it was weird, I wouldn’t have offered what I did.” I eat up the space between us until I’m looming over him, forcing him to tilt his head back. “Things don’t have to be weird. They’re not on my end. Are you afraid of me, Levi?”

“N-no.” He swallows thickly, his throat bobbing. My teeth itch to lock around his Adam’s Apple.

“Then why are you avoiding me?” I tilt my head to the side.

“Because... because I thought you would have come to your senses by now and realized you regretted the offer to be my fake boyfriend. And the friends with benefits thing. I thought you might have offered it as something out of guilt for the situation I was in with my family. I didn’t think you meant it. ”

“Hmmm,” I hum, shaking my head. “See, that's where you're wrong, Levi. Believe it or not, I think you're insanely attractive."

“You do?” He whispers.

“So fucking sexy.” I reach up, brushing my thumb against his lower lip.

“You don’t think I’d be using you?” he asks, his eyes flicking between mine.

“Use me however you want.” I slide my hand behind his head, tangling my fingers in his locks. “Trust me, you're doing me a favor. I’d love nothing more than to be your sex toy.”

“Stop it,” he grumbles, his cheeks going pink.

“If this is too much for you, Levi, tell me now. We can call it all off if this isn’t something you want."

“No!” he says a little too forcefully. “No,” he says again, more calmly. “I don’t want to stop this. I... I like being with you. You make me feel good. Feel seen. Feel.... feel wanted.”

Fucking hell, this man. “You are wanted. I’m sorry your ex couldn’t see how amazing you are, but I do, Levi. And if you need a friend, I can be that friend. Even if that’s only for any sexual needs you have.”

“Friends,” he whispers. “Friends with benefits.”

“All the benefits. It’s like we’re really dating, without actually dating. You don’t have to feel guilty that you're not spending all your time with me.” Even though I wish you were. “Or if you don’t text me back right away.” As long as it’s not a fucking week later.

“But what if we end up meeting someone?” Levi asks, and my whole body stiffens. “I mean, we can’t do this forever.”

“Then we deal with it when that time comes. Are you looking?”

“No.” He shakes his head. “I told you, I don’t have time to date.”

“Well, neither am I. The same goes for me.”

“So... friends. Who go to each other for sex?”

“Yes,” I laugh. “It’s the ‘benefits’ in friends with benefits.”

“Okay.” He nods. “And that means for anything, right?”

“Blow jobs, hand jobs, sex. Anything. If you're horny and you don’t want to get off alone, call me, I'm there.”

“So like an on-call hooker?” He grins teasingly. This cheeky little fucker is going to get his ass slapped.

“Levi,” I growl.

“Okay, okay,” he laughs. “Sorry. Look, this is a little weird for me. But I want to get over it, okay? It’s all new and I don’t exactly know how to act.”

“How about you let me take charge? And if there’s something you don’t wanna do, or aren’t comfortable with, tell me.”

“Okay. I can do that.”

“And no more taking a week to text back. What if my poor cock was aching for attention and you were denying me?” I pout.

“Wouldn’t dare dream of doing that again.” He smiles, and fuck, I love this. He grabs my hand and pulls me into a stall.

“Ahh, what are you doing?” I laugh, watching as Levi gets down on his fucking knees.

“Putting that friend with benefits thing to good use.” He smirks, face level with my cock. “By taking care of this.”

“You don’t have to.”

“I want to.” His smile falls. “Trust me, Austin. I want to.”

I’m not going to argue with that. Having Levi so insistent on pleasuring me is hot.

Leaning against the wall, I widen my legs, giving him more room as he undoes my jeans.
