VIVIANNA #2

Orion prowled over to me, and I retreated, unsure if I would hurt him as well.

When my back hit the wall, he caged me in with his arms, letting out a low growl before molding his lips to mine.

I gulped as wanton heat burst through me, filling the room with the scent of my arousal.

I wrapped my arms around him and pulled him to me so our bodies aligned, kissing him back with just as much passion.

Leaning back, Orion grinned at me and took one of my hands, then turned my face so that he could lick my ear where he’d marked me.

We need him NOW. My wolf howled, clawing to push her way out. I managed to hold her back, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to do it again with how strong she was at the moment.

God, please don’t tell me I’m on the verge of falling into heat.

If you want to hold this off, you need to fuck him or bite him. I don’t care which you pick, but it needs to happen fast.

Quickly, I decided to act on the lesser of two evils. She didn’t want to just fuck him, she wanted him to ravage us, but we had bigger things to deal with. So I decided to claim him, knowing it would set both of them at ease.

Turning back to him, I cupped his face in my hands, pulling him to me for a kiss.

Only I latched on to his lower lip. I pulled my wolf forward, letting my teeth shift, piercing into his tender flesh.

His blood pooled in my mouth, and I fed on it like I was a vampire.

Orion’s blood sang through my body, igniting something that had been struggling to awaken since I’d bonded with Tristan.

Knowledge and understanding flowed through me, crackling along my veins.

Pulling back from him, his eyes glazed over in bliss from our connection.

If it had been as overwhelming for him as it was for me, I could understand the look, but I needed him alert and at the ready.

Reaching out to our connection, I grasped it and gave it a hard yank. Orion’s eyes snapped into focus, fixated on me. “For this next part, I’m going to need you to let him out.”

Orion’s face darkened with a stern frown. “You don’t know what you’re asking. He can’t be controlled.”

Reaching up, I cupped his jaw and rubbed my thumb along his cheek. “He will listen to me. Let Okami out.”

Orion closed his eyes, and his body shuddered as the room filled with electricity. The acrid scent made me wrinkle my nose, but I waited, knowing this was an important moment. When Orion opened his eyes, gone was the violet hue. Instead, they glowed silver.

“Koishii, we meet at last,” Okami purred. “What is it that my mate needs that she would risk loosing me on the world?”

“Can someone please explain what the fuck is going on?” Koit demanded as he marched up to my side.

They are not gonna like this…

We don’t have time to deal with their issues, we need to find out how much time we have.

We sure this was the right idea?

Anyone else you can think of that can torture someone and not care?

Okami snarled at Koit, hiding me behind his body as he squared off with him.

“Oh no. This is not how this is going to work, Okami, or I’m going to bring Orion back,” I snapped, shoving him to the side.

My other mates watched me with confusion and worry written across their faces.

“You’re all going to have to trust me when I tell you we will explain everything later.

Right now, we need to find out from our lovely guest how long we have until an army of werewolves comes after us. ”

I could tell they wanted to fight me on this, but then Okami sauntered his way back to Sarma, tracing a claw-tipped finger along her throat. “I’m going to make you sing like a bird until you tell us what my Koishii wants to know.”

Shocking us all, Sarma’s bloody, tattered face lifted in a crazed smile. “I have lived to see Sasha the Vicious and her bloodthirsty mates be reborn to cleanse the world of human filth once again. Nothing you do will change what has been set in motion.”

Okami unhooked her from the chain, setting her in a chair.

Slowly, he traced his clawed finger down her arm, splitting the skin, letting more blood pour out over her body as he went.

When he reached her hand, he lifted it, inspecting each finger before he snapped her pinkie.

“The only thing I want to hear out of your mouth is when Vadik is going to attack.”

Sarma’s silence was followed by another finger being broken. On and on it went until all of her fingers were twisted at odd angles, both hands cut up by Okami’s claws. Okami sliced one of her wrists, letting her blood run down her leg.

As she watched her blood flow from her arm, her eyes rolled up to look at Darius.

“Poor Alpha spent so much time beating himself up for failing his Dama. Let this be a lesson in who you trust, because it makes it easier to lie to you when you believe everything we say to your face. I told The Collective about her. I told Vadik where Faulk was, and you willingly gave me all the information.”

Okami started on her feet, cutting off each toe one by one. At this point, she started to scream and beg. Tears and snot ran down her face as she thrashed in the chair, cursing us all, shrieking at the top of her lungs.

Okami paused, slicing up the bottom of her feet, looking at her with raised eyebrows. “If you want to end this, you know what you have to tell us. I do have to warn you, I’m getting bored, and what I plan to do next is going to be far more painful.”

“It won’t matter, she won’t get away from him. Vadik will never stop coming for her. They are made for each other,” Sarma babbled.

Heaving a heavy sigh, Okami removed the cuffs and pulled her arm out. He then started to slice away at her elbow, cutting through to the bone. “This is where things get tricky. Do I break it at the joint, or do I just see where it snaps with enough pressure?”

I could feel the bile rising in my stomach at the sickening crack her bones made, followed by her screams. Up until then, I had refused to close my eyes.

I had brought forth the demigod of Torment to do my dirty work.

It was only fair that I watched what I couldn’t do.

Without a doubt, I knew this would give me nightmares for years to come.

“SEVEN DAYS. You have a week before they attack. God, please just end my misery,” Sarma wailed.

“Anything else important that we should know?” Okami asked as he started slicing into her shoulder.

“I’m not the only one on this island who is working with Vadik,” Sarma gasped before her eyes rolled up into the back of her head. She slipped out of the chair, leaving Okami holding the rest of her arm.

“Hmm, seems I shouldn’t have let her bleed so much.” Okami shrugged, tossing the hunk of arm over his shoulder.

Turning on my heel, I walked over to the corner of the room, puked, then passed out.
