ORION

Having Viv fall apart in my arms was something I was never going to get enough of.

Tonight, I took a risk and let Okami have time with her, since we were working on being a combined entity instead of me trying to shut him out.

The moment Viv decided to play this game, he was pushing to the forefront, wanting to see what our mate had in store for us.

He held back as we hunted her, knowing it was more of a tease than an actual hunt, but he still wanted to win.

He was far more competitive than I was. Even my wolf deferred to him in those types of situations, knowing his killer instincts served us better.

So when our mate offered him another chance to win, knowing what the prize was going to be, he couldn’t back down.

When he first brought up his plan for how he wanted their time together to go though, I balked at it.

“You better tell Tav what you’re planning. He might not enjoy being surprised with your dick rubbing up against his. In this day and age, consent is absolutely needed in this type of situation,” I warned.

He huffed and reached out to our mate-brother. “Mate-brother of mine, I wish to ask your consent to fuck our mate in the cunt with your dick still in there.”

If I had control of our body, I would have palmed my face in embarrassment. “What the fuck was that?”

“You said I had to ask, so I asked. Did I do it wrong?” Okami questioned.

Tav reached out to give us his answer. “I’m down to try as long as it won’t hurt her. She’s been through enough pain. All I want her to experience tonight is pleasure.”

“With all of you warming her up, it’s the perfect time to try,” Okami assured him.

“I would just like to point out that we’ve never done this, so the demi-god is guessing,” I interjected.

Okami growled at me as he shifted and started to nudge at our mate’s center.

Her gasp of surprise sent a thrill through our body as Okami pressed in, assuring her that everything would be fine.

It took patience and lots of distraction, but somehow, he managed to pull off being balls deep in our mate with another one already there.

The feeling of her flexing around us was unlike anything I’d felt and knew it would be easy to get addicted to.

There was a shift in her body as she accepted us, and I felt it was the right time to move.

I wasn’t ashamed to say that with how tight and slick everything was, and Tav’s dick adding more friction, we all came faster than I’d ever thought possible.

Granted, it was the best orgasm of my life and it managed to knock Viv the fuck out—which made Okami puff out his chest in pride.

As carefully as we could, Tav and I pulled out of her, our own legs shaking with the force that was our climax.

“I think we might need a little help,” I grunted as Okami receded back, allowing me full control again.

“Bentley, could you come take Viv, she blacked out,” Tav shared as he reached out to the others, opening the conversation wide.

A round of laughter came back to us upon hearing our request, but Bentley got up and waded out to us. “Really, guys, you had to knock her out before I was able to make my move?” he teased.

“Fuck off,” I muttered under my breath. “You chose foreplay over getting down to business. That’s all on you. Besides, it’s not like there aren’t going to be other chances.”

“I don’t know about that. When Viv gets invested in something, everything else falls by the wayside.” Bentley sighed, looking down at our mate with absolute devotion.

Tav took pity on him and slapped him on the shoulder as we headed back to the beach.

“That’s when you need to man up and remind her that other things exist. She’s alpha in every part of her life, but she likes to submit in bed, getting the chance to take a break from that role and the stress.

Ask Rik, he’s the master at dealing with her when she’s like that. ”

We all trekked back to the motel, and by the time we got Viv in the shower to rinse off, she came to. “Did I really pass out from that?”

I was unable to hold back my laughter at her shocked expression as we told her what happened until she punched me in the arm.

“I’m sorry, dearest, but that is going to be a badge of honor Okami, Tav, and I will take to our grave.

If anyone dares to challenge our skills in the art of lovemaking that will be what I tell them. ”

“Like hell you’ll be telling them shit like that,” Viv muttered as she slipped into the shower.

I went to join her, but she stopped me. “Nope, sorry, buddy, you get to wait your turn until you rethink your life choices.”

“Seriously? I wouldn’t tell anyone that it happened because you got DVP’d,” I explained.

“DVP?” Bentley questioned.

That was when Koit lost his shit and started to laugh, along with Darius. Tristan and Rik were just as confused as baby Benny. “Ah… yeah, it stands for double vaginal penetration, also known as two dicks one hole.”

Viv groaned with embarrassment. “That’s it. I’m sleeping by myself tonight. You all can figure something else out.”

“Sorry, babe, but that’s not gonna happen,” Koit declared.

“We’ve been without you for too long to let another night go by without you in our arms. We’re all family here, so there is nothing to be shy about, especially when some of us apparently don’t have any issues with personal space.

Before anyone asks, I’m not ever willing to do that with Rik.

There are some things brothers just shouldn’t do. ”

This sent us all into another fit of laughter at the horrified look on Rik’s face.

Somehow, we all managed to pull ourselves together to wash off, so we didn’t get sand in the bed, before gathering into a puppy pile around Viv.

It didn’t take us long to drift off to sleep after all the activities we’d just been up to.

Unfortunately for me, I wasn’t blessed with sleep right away. I slipped into a vision instead…

The motel was on fire and screams echoed in the air around me, as wolves battled.

We were outnumbered and as I looked, I found many of my mate brothers lying lifeless, surrounded by those they were able to take down.

Scanning the area, I looked desperately for Viv.

When I found her, I tried to run toward her but my vision kept me still, forced to watch as Vadik held her by the throat over the balcony on the second floor.

“Submit to me.” Vadik roared into my mate’s face.

Viv answered by spitting in his face. “I will never submit to the likes of you.”

“Even if it will give you the chance to mother your own child?” Vadik challenged as he wiped away the saliva running down his cheek.

“I would think carefully. This is the last chance I’m giving you.

There is nothing more for you to live for.

Your mates are dead. The rebellion has been squashed.

There is no one left to fight against our rule. ”

The look of pure hatred that Viv gave to Vadik made my heart burst with pride as she stood her ground.

“It’s better to have you kill me now, seeing as I will do everything in my power, for as long as I’m alive, to end you.

Never will you be able to sleep without wondering if tonight is the night I’m coming for you, because even in death, I will haunt you.

Better to have my daughter know her mother died fighting for the freedom of all the werewolves, than sacrificing them to save one. ”

“If I kill you, there will be no one to remember you, Dama,” Vadik snarled.

Viv gave him a cruel smile, her eyes flashing with triumph. “We knew you were coming and there is one who is just as important as my daughter that we hid away where you will never find them. The world might forget me, but they will never forget what I’ve done despite you.”

With those last words, Vadik let out a roar and snapped her neck, tossing her as if she was nothing but trash to land on the pavement of the motel parking lot.

My heart shattered, much as it had when I learned of my daughter’s death, but this was worse, so much worse, to the point I wasn’t sure I would survive it.

“Tell me you know what she’s talking about,” Vadik demanded, drawing my attention from Viv’s body back to him.

Standing there next to him was none other than Tim’s wife, Diane, being held by two wolves, with tears streaming down her face.

“I don’t, but you promised if I told you where to find them that you would let my family live.

Everything I know about their plans, I told you already.

Please just let us go. You got what you wanted. The war is over before it even began.”

“Useless human,” Vadik sneered. In the next moment, her throat was slit, and she too was tossed over the railing. “We must find out what she did. If I know anything about that woman, she isn’t one to make false threats.”

I woke up gasping, my face wet with the echo of pain from losing Viv pulsing through my body.

The sun was peeking through the curtains, giving the room a soft glow, making it easy for me to sit up and see my beautiful mate asleep, with the others curled up around her.

Draping myself over Bentley’s back, I kissed Viv’s temple, since most of her face was pressed up against his chest. She shifted slightly, a smile on her lips as I tucked some hair behind her ear before pulling back.

My heart and mind now confident that our mate was still alive and well, I slipped from the bed and pulled on pants before heading to the other room.

After a vision like that, I knew I wouldn’t be able to go back to sleep, so I set about making coffee and saw that it was nine in the morning. I did manage to get some sleep.

The smell of coffee must have woken Tristan up, since just as I poured my mug, he emerged from the bedroom.

Bleary eyed, he nodded to me. I handed him a mug as I passed to sit in one of the armchairs looking out the window at the parking lot where it all happened.

Some visions were short and scattered, while others, like this one, made it feel like I was there in the moment.

I could tell that this vision wasn’t set in stone, but it was a possibility if we kept on our current course of action.

Although I was thankful for the heads-up on Diane, I had no clue as to what Viv was talking about and that made finding out a top priority.

Anything that made Viv confident enough to allow herself to be killed to keep it a secret was bound to be a game changer in this battle.

“What has you in such a somber mood?” Tristan asked as he joined me.

My gaze flicked over to him then forward again. “I had a vision.”

“By your expression and tone, I’m gathering it wasn’t a good one.”

“No, it was far from good. It was us losing this fight.” I sighed.

With a grunt, Tristan was back on his feet. “I’ll go wake everyone up.”
