Hulk Chapter
Hulk:
The urge to bloody his face was growing. I kept monitoring Capri for signs that this was becoming too much. As for Celeste, she was a pressure cooker, ready to blow at any time. When she did, I’d let her go at him. I took a step closer to him. That loosened his tongue.
“Vanessa thought that she was getting back at Capri. See, Vanessa wanted Reynold Casper for herself. And she hated that he would talk and joke with Capri while ignoring Vanessa’s existence.
She thought that if Capri were with me, my girl would leave him alone, and Vanessa could have him.
She was stupid. There’s no way a guy would prefer Vanessa over Capri.
Plus, Capri wasn’t interested in that guy.
She only has eyes for me. However, it worked to my advantage to play along, so I did. ”
“How did Capri get to you after she drank the water?” I asked.
“That was easy. Once she'd had enough to drink, Vanessa went over and said she needed Capri for a minute. She walked her through the house and out to me. I waited in the pool house. I was older than those kids. I agreed to make sure Capri stayed far from Reynold, so Vanessa left.”
“How did you get into the party if you’re older?” Bones asked.
“Where is Vanessa?” Celeste added.
“It’s easy to get into a party. You act as if you belong, bring some alcohol with you, and they’ll open the door and welcome you inside.
It’s not like they have security checking IDs or your name against a list. I waltzed in and then made my way through the house.
When I saw the pool house, I knew it was perfect.
I spoke to Vanessa after she told Capri she needed to get another drink, and I told her where to bring her after she drank it. ”
“Where is Vanessa?” Capri asked. She had tears in her eyes. I had no doubt it hurt to know the person she thought was her friend had, for sure, betrayed her, all over a guy.
An evil smirk spread over his face. “She’s where she deserves to be for pretending to be your friend and agreeing to help me. She’s dead and buried where no one will find her. She got what she had coming to her.” He cackled.
That wasn’t news we were expecting, but if it was true, then it removed her from the punishment list.
“Reynold and I are school acquaintances. We share a few classes. I’m not interested in him, and he isn’t into me.
We talk about class, and he talks about his girlfriend, who goes to a different college.
He’s anxious to graduate so they can move in together,” Capri explained, not that she owed him or us an explanation.
“Capri, you don’t owe him an explanation, but we’re so glad that you’re all ours,” Lethal said, winking at her. She laughed. And that set off Erikson.
“Stop it! Don’t you dare flirt with her. She’s mine. Capri, how could you encourage them? I saw you out with some of these, these ruffians. Why? You don’t need anyone but me.” Erickson sounded indignant.
“Easy. They won’t hurt me, unlike you. I know them. I’ve never met you. How can you say I belong to you?” Capri asked in exasperation.
“They’ve turned you against me. Brainwashed you to think something beautiful between us was ugly and wrong. This is why I wanted you to leave here.” His tone was bordering on irate.
“How do you think you met Capri? She says she doesn’t know you,” Spartan asked.
“She’s confused. I remember it like it was yesterday. Our eyes met, and I knew she was the woman for me,” Erickson said with a goofy smile.
“Met where?” Capri pushed.
“Three months ago at the college. There was that fall festival, and alumni came to celebrate. You were standing off alone, watching people. You’re like me.
I prefer to be alone unless it’s with you.
You took my breath away with your beauty.
I knew that we would be together for the rest of our lives the moment I saw you.
I waited for you to look at me, but you didn’t.
So I knew I had to find ways to see you until you were ready to admit you felt the same way about me. ”
God, this guy was a damn fruitcake.
“There are reasons why she never felt the same way. For one, she had no clue you were even alive. The second was, why would she need someone like you, when she has her pick of all of us?” Nitro asked.
He smirked and waved to his fellow Capri date picks.
That was enough to tighten Erickson’s mouth, but when Nitro took it a step further, it made the bastard lose his shit.
Nitro was next to Capri when he spoke. He leaned into her, whispered in her ear, then slid his arm around her.
She smiled and giggled at him. And she slid her arm around Nitro.
“Don’t touch her!” Erickson screamed.
“I’ll touch her anytime I want, any way I want,” Nitro taunted him back.
“So will I,” Guardian added.
One by one, each of the Pagans encircled Capri and needled Erickson with their remarks and gestures toward Capri. By the time the last one had said anything, the guy was practically frothing at the mouth. His eyes were wild, and all that came off him was an aura of insanity.
“Get the fuck away from her! Capri, Capri, don’t listen to them. I should’ve never let you go after our night together.”
“Why did you?” Celeste asked.
“I had to prepare a place for her that was worthy of my Capri. A home that we can live in and raise a family. She’s going to love it. I’ll treat her like a queen,” he babbled.
“Buddy, you’re not leaving here alive. And now that we know why you did it, and how Vanessa was involved, but she isn’t an issue anymore, we’re ready to make you pay for what you did to Capri,” I snapped.
I turned to my ladies. “Things are going to get messy. You can leave if you want. Or ask him anything else you want to know now, because I can promise you he’ll be in no shape to answer later. If you prefer, someone will drive you back to the compound.”
Capri moved away from her ring of protectors and stood in front of Erickson.
“You stole something that was never yours to take. You took away the gift that was mine to give to someone I love. You are a fucking disgusting animal. What you’re about to suffer, you deserve.
Hulk, I want to see how much he can endure before he dies.
I need to hear his screams so I can replace mine that wake me up at night with his.
” She directed toward me before glancing back at Erickson again.
“You have only made me more determined to become stronger, so that if I’m ever faced with a monster like you or I witness someone facing one, I’ll put them down myself. Go to hell, Nathaniel Erickson. Your name will be forgotten,” she hissed.
“Noooo! Capri, you don’t mean that! They made you say that. I know you love me. You won’t allow them to hurt me,” he yelled.
He tried to jerk free of his bonds, but that wasn’t happening. His expression was one of hysteria, and tears ran down his cheeks. Capri walked back to stand with her brigade of admirers. All of them radiated pride in her.
It appeared that our girl was staying, and based on the look on Celeste’s face, so was she. I prayed that this wouldn’t be too much for them. Or worse, it changed how they saw the club and me. I tried to prepare them before we came, without going into all the gory details or past wrongdoings.
“Someone slap some tape back over his mouth. I’m tired of his nonsense and blubbering,” I half demanded.
It was Leon who did it. He had a roll of tape at the ready. Once the noise level dropped, I could determine what to do next. As I started to process, I glanced over at Cyclone and Pyro.
“What do you say to us getting him a bit more comfortable? He’s cramped on that chair, and he’s overdressed. Leave only his underwear on.” I instructed. At a time like this, because I was the enforcer and this involved my direct family, I was in charge unless Agony or Dare gave an order.
The last bit about leaving on the underwear was in deference to Capri.
Pyro and Cyclone hopped to it with enthusiasm.
The psycho’s zip ties were cut free, and then they hauled him to his feet and partially dragged him between them to the metal table ten feet away.
After seeing that a few of our friends had similar tables, we got one.
They came in damn handy at times. When Erickson saw where he was headed, he tried to kick and wiggle free, but he was no match for my brothers.
Before they laid him down, Hazard joined them, and using his sharp ass knife, he cut free the rapist’s clothing until it fell into pieces onto the floor.
As expected, no care was taken to avoid nicking his skin, resulting in multiple cuts.
Once he was down to his boxers, the other two slammed our prisoner down on the table and then, while one held him down, the other secured him into the leather straps.
There was one for each wrist, ankle, chest, thigh, and head.
When they were all buckled and tight, he had hardly any wiggle ability.
Seeing the bloody cuts to his skin gave me an idea. I motioned Soren over to me.
“What do you need, Hulk?” he asked.
“I need you to run back to the compound and get me a couple of things. If you can’t find them in the clubhouse, you can at mine.”
“Sure, what is it?”
I whispered my list in his ear. His eyes lit up when he heard it. He might not know exactly what I planned to do with the stuff, but he knew it would be good. Soren barely paused to tell his brother he’d be back, and then he was gone. While he was getting the supplies, I had some prep work to do.
For the first punishment, I needed to get organized before Soren returned. I called over to Hazard.
“Hey, Hazard, do you mind if I borrow your knife? I have one, but since yours is already dirty, I thought to cut down on the cleanup afterward.”
