Mysterious and Bonafide hottie, Mr. Blackwater is, I’ve managed to find out, from a shipping and then real estate family, one whose home burned down many years ago.

Totally Tragic!
The entire family perished, and Blackwater barely escaped, only to find out his sister was still inside.
He tried to get her out. But she didn’t make it.

But now he’s back here in Sabine.
