Chapter Five
Klarissa’s heart pounded as Rune’s chair scraped back. Before she could speak, he was on his feet, scooping her up into his arms as though she weighed nothing at all. A startled laugh escaped her throat, half nerves, half delight. “Rune—”
“Suuway,” he murmured, voice thick with heat and reverence, “it’s exactly like you said, tonight we’re done waiting.”
Kamon was already moving with them, one hand sliding over her knee as he kept pace at Rune’s side. “We’ve been patient, waan jai. Maybe too patient.” His smile was wicked, but his eyes glowed with something tender, something unshakable.
Rune carried her down the short hallway and into the bedroom, nudging the door closed with his foot.
The LED candles they had set earlier cast soft, safe shadows across the room, painting it in gold.
He set her down gently next to a bed larger than any she had ever seen, but his body never moved far, his hands lingering at her waist as though afraid she’d vanish if he let go.
Klarissa’s lips curved into a nervous smile as she looked around at the room set for seduction. “You two planned this?”
“Planned?” Rune arched a brow. “Maybe dreamed, definitely hoped.”
Kamon leaned down, brushing her hair back from her face. “But the reality, waan jai, is better than any dream.”
Her laughter came again, softer this time, colored with affection. “God, you’re both so damn intense.”
Rune’s grin flashed. “You’ll get used to it. Either way, we’re not going anywhere.”
The first kiss was Rune’s—slow, coaxing, the heat of it pouring through her veins. She broke away on a breath only to find Kamon there, his lips firmer, hungrier. She gasped into him, the sound swallowed by his mouth, and Rune chuckled low in his chest.
“She tastes delicious, doesn’t she, brother?” Rune teased, voice rough with desire.
“Damn straight,” Kamon muttered, pulling Klarissa closer between them.
Their touches turned exploratory, reverent hands moving over fabric, slipping beneath the cream dress she’d worn to dinner. Rune’s fingers traced the line of her thigh, Kamon’s palm spread over her back, each touch grounding her even as it set her aflame.
Rune bent to kiss her shoulder, sliding the zip of her dress down to bare more skin. “You’re trembling,” he whispered against her ear.
“Maybe I’m nervous,” she admitted breathlessly. “This ... this feels like too much, too fast.”
Kamon kissed the crown of her head, his voice a low vow. “Then we’ll go slow. We’ll follow your lead, waan jai. Always.”
Her eyes burned at the simple truth in his tone. “And if I stumble?”
Rune pressed his forehead to hers. “Then we catch you. Every damn time.”
Rune peeled his own shirt off, muscles flexing as he tossed it aside. Klarissa giggled, tension breaking. “I did notice you flex a lot when you cook.”
He growled playfully, leaning in to nip her jaw. “Mock the chef, will you? Dangerous move, suuway.”
“Worth it,” she shot back, eyes dancing.
Kamon laughed, shaking his head. “She’s already figured you out, brother.”
They undressed her slowly, reverently—Rune sliding the cream dress down her body in one long sweep, leaving her in nothing but a lacy G-string and her high heels.
Her breasts were bare, flushed under their combined heat.
Kamon sank to one knee before her, his large hands sliding over her calf as he reached for one heel.
He eased it off, his lips brushing her ankle as he murmured, “One day, waan jai, we’ll leave these on when we take you. ”
Klarissa’s breath hitched, a smile tugging at her lips as the image sparked heat low in her belly. “I think I’d like that,” she whispered. Kamon set her shoe aside before removing the other, then stood again, eyes burning.
Rune ran a finger along the scar at her back, and then the one on her thigh, “I want to kill whoever left these abominations on you.”
Kamon growled against her neck. “Get in line.”
Klarissa smiled, shaking her head. “No, we will not be talking about any of that or allowing them to interrupt our night.” The smile on her men’s faces told her they agreed wholeheartedly with that statement.
Rune and Kamon shed the rest of their clothes with unhurried purpose, until there was nothing between the three of them but heat and want.
“Oh, God,” she whispered, arching into them.
Rune’s chuckle vibrated against her skin. “Not God, suuway. Just us.”
Kamon’s mouth replaced Rune’s hand, his tongue teasing her nipple until she moaned, body arching helplessly. Rune slid lower, spreading her thighs and pressing a kiss against the damp lace covering her sex. She gasped.
“Rune—”
He growled low, the sound vibrating against her.
“Taste of heaven,” he murmured before pulling the lace aside and sealing his mouth over her.
His tongue stroked her folds in long, slow sweeps, then circled her clit with deliberate pressure until she gasped.
He alternated sucking and flicking, relentless, his growl turning into a satisfied hum as she trembled against him.
Kamon slid in behind her, supporting her weight as he pushed her hips forward, giving Rune better access.
His palms cupped her breasts, thumbs brushing her nipples until they hardened beneath his touch.
He nipped her ear, voice low and rough. “So responsive, waan jai. So beautiful when you give yourself over to us.”
Her knees buckled at the dual assault, pleasure crashing through her as Rune sucked her clit harder, his tongue spearing into her heat while Kamon teased and pinched her nipples.
She cried out, her whole body clenching as the orgasm ripped through her.
Kamon held her up as Rune feasted, lapping her through every spasm, until she was groaning and shaking, her cries echoing around the room.
When the waves finally eased, they carried her to the bed, laying her down gently. Klarissa collapsed against the pillows, still vibrating with aftershocks, her chest heaving as she tried to catch her breath.
Kamon’s hand stroked her cheek. “You are so fucking beautiful when you come, waan jai. Will you let us have you?”
She nodded, breathless. “Yes. Please.”
Rune brushed a kiss across her lips, his voice steady. “There’s something you should know, suuway. Among our kind, the older male claims first. It’s tradition, not demand. I need to know you’re okay with that.”
Her breath caught, desire warring with nerves. “You mean ... am I okay with being with you first?”
Rune nodded, holding her gaze. “Only if you want it.”
Her eyes searched his, then flicked to Kamon. He leaned closer, his hand warm on hers. “Only if you want this, waan jai. Your choice. Always.” He nodded with quiet reassurance.
Klarissa’s chest rose and fell as she absorbed it.
She loved that Rune took the time to explain it all to her, and that both men made it clear her choice mattered most. In that moment she knew—if she wanted to stop, they would protect her decision without hesitation.
That knowledge wrapped around her like armor, grounding her even as desire threatened to consume her.
And there was no part of her that wanted to walk away.
She lifted a hand to cup Rune’s handsome face, and whispered, “I understand. Yes. I want this.” She leaned up, and kissed him deeply, licking into his mouth for a moment before pulling away, keeping her gaze locked to his the entire time.
“I want you, Rune. I want you to take me now.” Then she turned to Kamon, her smile wicked. “And then, I think I want to take you.”
Kamon groaned, closing his eyes for a moment. “Waan jai, that sounds like the perfect plan to me.”
Rune, moved, pressing her back into the pillows, guiding himself to her entrance, his gaze locked on hers. “Tell me if it’s too much, suuway.”
“It won’t be,” she whispered, lifting her hips. “I want this. I want you.”
He eased into her slowly, stretching her, filling her inch by inch until she gasped, nails digging into his shoulders. Kamon cradled her head, kissing her temple, murmuring reassurance while Rune pressed deep, groaning at the feel of her wrapped around him.
“Perfect,” Rune rasped, pulling back and thrusting again, gentle at first, then deeper, harder, as her body adjusted. Her moans rose to match the rhythm, her legs wrapping around his waist, drawing him closer.
Kamon stroked her hair, whispering encouragement, his arousal pressing hot against her hip as he watched his twin move inside her. “You’re ours now, waan jai. Every breath, every heartbeat.”
The pleasure built quickly, Rune’s thrusts growing sharper, her cries louder. She clung to them both, one hand gripping Rune’s arm, the other tangled in Kamon’s hair as he kissed her fiercely.
Her climax tore through her with brutal force, and Rune followed, growling her name as he spilled inside her, holding her tight as if she were his salvation.
He collapsed against her, chest heaving, then rolled enough to let Kamon gather her close. Klarissa trembled, overwhelmed and utterly sated.
Rune kissed her temple, sweat-damp hair sticking to his forehead. “Suuway.”
Kamon tucked the blanket around her and kissed her hand, his voice steady with devotion. “Waan jai.”
And for the first time in forever, Klarissa let herself believe she was.

Kamon padded back into the bedroom with a warm, damp cloth in hand.
He had slipped out quietly, needing the moment to ground himself after what he’d just witnessed—his brother buried inside their mate, her body shuddering around him, her cries filling the room.
Watching her come twice for Rune had been the hottest thing Kamon had ever seen in his life.
It left him both proud and hungry, determined that when his turn came, he would make her come just as hard, just as often. Twice—that was his vow for tonight.
