Epilogue
Excerpt, Hollywood Rising Star Report
In a gorgeous sunset civil ceremony in Malibu today, music sensations Ellery Vaughn and Dante Baker tied the knot in front of their nearest and dearest. Fellow Vendetta band members Selene Huynh and Lorraine Delarosa, as well as Dante’s twin brother, Casper Baker, completed the wedding party.
Huynh and Delarosa are planning their own happily ever after at a winery above Santa Barbara next month.
The happy couple walked down an aisle lined with seashells and native California succulents, and both were resplendent in shades of green. The color of new beginnings, perhaps?
Many thought leaving Logan Groff would end Ellery Vaughn’s career.
However, since going out on their own as the Vendetta, following the legendary final night of the Dark Waters tour—those who were present report it was like nothing else they had ever seen, magic and healing all on stage—the band has thrived.
Ellery’s taken more of a backseat role, letting her bandmates shine, and the public’s response has been overwhelmingly positive.
From the flurry of new material they produce, one would think the quality would suffer, but this has not proved to be the case.
Variety predicts no fewer than five of their new songs could be Grammy-winning next year, particularly the Selene and Lorraine duet of “Timekeeper” and the extemporaneous sensation “Always You.”
We here at Hollywood Rising Star Report wish Ellery, Dante, Selene, and Lorraine all the best. The Vendetta certainly has a bright future, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.
