Extra Chapter

Five Years Later

The mansion was far too quiet.

Sara stepped out of the bathroom wrapped in a black lace robe, her still-damp hair falling over her shoulders. Even after a forty-minute shower, the steam from the hot water hadn’t managed to lift the weight in her chest.

It had been a month.

A month without any word from Vincenzo. Only one short message, sent by one of the brothers, saying he was alive and that he couldn’t contact her for security reasons.

Being married to a mafia boss meant this…

long absences, the risk of death… never knowing when you might see him again.

Sara had understood when she married Vincenzo that the only thing that made wearing his ring worthwhile was that he loved her deeply and felt completely lost in the world without her.

But his love was no guarantee that her life would be a fairy tale.

Happily-ever-after moments were just that—moments.

Sara had learned that life went on, but what kept her strong was knowing she was loved…

and she missed that feeling. Life without her husband, the father of her only daughter, was completely gray.

Sara went downstairs to the kitchen, ate whatever ready-made food she found in the fridge, and headed back up.

The robe slid softly over her bare skin, the thin fabric brushing against her sensitive nipples.

The loneliness weighed heavy. The bed felt far too big.

His absence was like a hole in her chest.

The moment she closed the bedroom door, everything went dark.

A strong hand covered her mouth from behind. Her body was pulled against a hard, warm chest. She struggled on instinct, her heart racing.

“Shhh…” The deep, rough, familiar voice whispered right against her ear, sending a violent shiver down her spine. “Hello, my sweet wife… I missed your scent so much… this hot little pussy… I almost went crazy. I hate being away from my wife.”

It was Vincenzo.

The relief mixed with desire hit so hard that her knees nearly gave out. He chuckled softly against her neck, biting the sensitive skin.

“Good girl. Don’t scream.”

Before she could answer, a dark silk blindfold was placed over her eyes. The world disappeared. Only the sound of his breathing, his scent—masculine, with a hint of sweat and danger—and the heat of his large body pressing against her remained.

He turned her to face him, yanked the robe open, and let it fall to the floor. The cool night air touched her bare skin. Vincenzo let out a low, almost animal groan.

“Fuck, Sara… Look at you. One month away and you’re still so fucking sexy.” He touched her wet pussy and sucked one of his fingers clean. “So wet… just from the sound of my voice.”

He pushed her onto the bed. Sara fell onto her back on the soft mattress. Vincenzo pinned her wrists above her head with one hand, restraining them easily. She felt the cold metal—leather-lined handcuffs—click shut around her wrists.

“Vincenzo…” she murmured, her voice trembling with desire and relief.

“I know, amore. I know.” He spread her legs with his knee, exposing her completely. Two thick fingers slid between her folds, feeling how wet she already was. “So ready for me. I missed this tight little pussy.”

He knelt between her thighs. Sara felt his beard brush against her sensitive skin before his hot, wet tongue slowly dragged over her clit.

She arched her back, moaning loudly. Vincenzo took his time.

He licked, sucked, pushed his tongue inside her like he wanted to devour her.

When two thick fingers sank deep, curling against the perfect spot, Sara pulled against the cuffs, her body shaking.

“Please…” she begged.

“Not yet.” His voice was rough, full of control. He climbed up her body, kissing her stomach, her breasts, biting one nipple hard enough to make her moan in pain and pleasure. “One month, Sara. One month of thinking about fucking you every single day. You’re going to wait a little longer.”

He flipped her onto her stomach, pulling her hips up. Sara ended up on all fours, her face pressed into the mattress. Vincenzo grabbed her hair with one hand and, without warning, buried himself inside her with one deep thrust.

His groan was guttural. Hers matched it.

“Fuck… so hot. So tight. This pussy was made for me.”

He started thrusting hard and deep, gripping her hip with his other hand. The sound of skin against skin filled the room along with her moans. Every thrust hit deep—almost painful in how good it felt. Vincenzo leaned over her, biting her shoulder as he sped up.

“Say you’re mine,” he growled in her ear.

“I’m yours… only yours,” Sara answered, her voice thick with pleasure.

He released one of her hands just so he could reach between her legs and rub her swollen clit while he kept fucking her.

Her orgasm hit hard and violent, making her whole body shake.

Vincenzo didn’t stop. He kept fucking her until she was panting, far too sensitive, and only then came deep inside her with a long, rough groan.

They collapsed onto the bed. Vincenzo removed the blindfold and the cuffs, immediately pulling her against his chest. His arms wrapped around her tightly, almost crushing. He kissed her forehead, her tear-damp cheeks, her lips.

“I want another baby, Sara… I’m never staying away for a month again,” he murmured, his voice still rough. “I almost went insane without you… I want you carrying another child of mine…”

Sara buried her face in his chest, feeling his heart pound hard.

“I was going crazy without you… I think you’re going to have to make twins now to make up for it,” she whispered.

“With absolute pleasure… My mission is to fill you with cum tonight.” He tightened the embrace, possessive as always. “I love you, Sara… Now grind that big ass for me, amore… let me watch it bounce for me.”

At the Salvatore mansion where Vincenzo’s parents lived, the place was full of life that sunny afternoon.

In the back garden, little five-year-old Catarina ran among the flowers, her dark hair flying in the wind.

Her grandparents watched from the shade while Mateo and Lorenzo—the most chaotic uncles on the planet—competed for her attention, calling out to her.

“She’s going home soon. Our little brother just got back from a mission and will want to see his daughter.

But until he gets here… we can go buy some chocolate,” Lorenzo announced, easily scooping his niece into his arms. “What do you think, little princess? Want to rob a candy store—I mean, visit a candy store?”

Catarina smiled. “I want to! Uncle Lorenzo… I want a box of white chocolate.”

Mateo crossed his arms, raising an eyebrow.

“I’m coming too. I don’t trust you alone with her.”

Vincenzo’s mother, Francesca, stepped out onto the terrace with her hands on her hips.

“Lorenzo Salvatore, I know you. Be careful. No craziness, understood? She’s only five.”

Lorenzo flashed a smile far too innocent to be real.

“Mom, relax. It’s just chocolate. What could go wrong?”

Francesca sighed, already bracing for disaster.

“You two are terrible influences…”

“She’s safe, Mom. Don’t worry!” Mateo shouted, already following his brother.

Catarina laughed, wrapping her arms around Lorenzo’s neck as the three of them climbed into the black armored car.

At the exclusive chocolaterie in the city center, the clerk smiled when he saw the trio walk in. Lorenzo entered with Catarina holding two of his fingers in her little hand and pointed with the other toward the shelves full of imported chocolates.

“Pick whatever you want and as many as you want, princess.”

Catarina pointed at several, her eyes sparkling. Lorenzo leaned down and whispered in her ear with a mischievous smile:

“Now listen to Uncle Lorenzo. We don’t need to pay for this. Just grab them quickly and walk out like they’re ours. Got it? But you have to be sneaky—don’t let anyone see you take them.”

Mateo’s eyes went wide and he whispered like they were about to rob a bank.

“Lorenzo, have you lost your mind?”

“Shhh. It’s training. She’s got our blood—she can do it.”

Catarina, with the pure innocence of a child who had Lorenzo for an uncle, filled her little arms with chocolates. The moment the clerk turned to rearrange some boxes, Lorenzo gave a nod.

“Now!”

The three of them walked out normally… until the store alarm went off.

“Hey! Stop!” the clerk shouted.

“Run!” Lorenzo yelled, scooping Catarina into his arms.

Mateo cursed. “Fuck…”

The three of them bolted out of the store like professional criminals. Mateo yanked the car door open while Lorenzo strapped his niece into the car seat. They scrambled in, slammed the doors, and Lorenzo peeled out with screeching tires.

In the rearview mirror they watched the clerk running down the sidewalk, but it was already too late.

In the back seat, Catarina was laughing hard, her little arms full of every kind of chocolate. She started opening them one by one to eat.

Lorenzo looked in the mirror, grinning like an idiot.

“We did it!! Who’s Uncle’s little mafia princess? Who is it?”

Catarina held the chocolates high, her face already messy, and shouted with all the lung power she had:

“Me!!!”

Mateo held back a laugh and put a hand over his face, already imagining the future.

“You’re going to end up raising a little monster, Lorenzo. Sara is going to kill us.”

“She’ll survive,” Lorenzo answered, speeding down the avenue with the wind rushing through the windows. “Better than being a fragile little princess. We’re going to teach this one how to rule the world.”

Catarina kept laughing, waving the chocolates like trophies while the uncles argued in the front seat over who was the better uncle for her.

In the back seat, with the wind messing up her hair and the sweet taste of chocolate in her mouth, Catarina Salvatore felt like the happiest child in the world.

And in a way… she really was.
