Chapter 2 I Entered the Human World
Dad wanted to be the Wolf King but he was old and frail and could not become the Wolf King.
He placed his hopes on the next generation.
It was a pity.
He had only me, a daughter.
I did not want to be the Wolf King.
He was too upset so he had to try hard by himself.
After trying for a while he discovered that his rival suddenly became rich.
Protein powder and strengthening medicines were all stacked on his body.
He even bought many professional equipment!
He was already not young and his body was inferior to the young wolves so without better hardware he had no hope of becoming the Wolf King.
He pondered deeply and called me over. “You do not want to be the Wolf King so I will let you do as you wish but I have a condition.”
I lazily licked my fluffy big tail. “I will not listen.”
I would not be the Wolf King anyway. What condition did he need?
Dad broke down and threatened me but I could not be threatened so he cried and held my legs. “Liang Lan ah Dad begs you! You do not want your father’s lifelong wish to be destroyed do you!”
He was so pitiful.
I swung my tail. “What?”
Dad hurriedly answered for fear that I would regret it. “Give me some money. I want to use better medicine than that dead kid.”
I was stunned. “Me?”
Money was something humans used.
I was a wolf!
Dad nodded vigorously. “Yes! You!”
Carrying Dad’s hope I set out.
