Chapter 21 #2
I lean back and watch with a satisfied smile as he tries to move his arms down before discovering he’s been completely tied up. He licks his lips, lifting his head slightly before dropping it back onto the pillow. I climb off him and chuckle when he huffs at the loss of contact.
“Patience, baby.” I stand at the foot of the bed, taking in all the glory before me. His toned thighs, distinct abs, messy hair, strained biceps, and his thick, hard cock standing erect and ready for me. “I’m going to take care of you.”
Discarding my top and bra, I slowly kneel on the bed between his legs, lightly grazing my nails up his thighs.
He shudders under my touch, arching into it all the same.
I slowly ghost my finger up the underside of his dick, a soft, triumphant smile on my lips as it twitches in anticipation.
Bending down, I press a gentle kiss to the tip and he groans again.
He lifts his hips, but I rest my hands on his thighs, pinning him down.
“You will not move,” I tell him as I kiss his cock again. “You are only allowed to speak if it’s to praise me.” I run my tongue up the length of him, and he releases a breathy moan. “And you are not allowed to come until I tell you that you can.” Another lick. “Do you understand?”
“Yes,” he breathes.
I grab his cock with my right hand, slowly running my hand up and down the length of him.
I can feel his stomach clench, trying to keep his movements at bay.
Lowering my head, I run my tongue along his tip before taking him all the way into my mouth so he hits the back of my throat.
He moans loudly, and I hear the headboard hit the wall.
I move my head up and down the length of him, working my hand along his base. My tongue glides along his sensitive underside, and his sexy grunts and moans fill the room. When I take him all the way again, he swears.
“Fuck, that feels so fucking good, baby,” he pants huskily. “You suck my cock so well, Lowe.”
I hollow out my cheeks, sucking roughly and he stutters, tugging on the rope again. Cupping his balls in my other hand, I tease him as I pick up the pace, twirling my tongue along his dick as I bob my head. He curses again, his hips bucking on their own accord.
“I’m so close, Lowe,” he moans, tensing again as he tries to stop his movements. “Please, let me come.”
“Not yet.”
I take him back into my mouth, increasing my speed, and his moans become inconsolable.
The headboard is smacking against the wall as I release his balls, dropping my hand down and teasing his puckered hole with my finger as I grip his cock harder.
He hisses in surprise but groans as I apply some pressure.
“Lowe, I can’t—”
I pull my mouth off of him completely, no longer holding his cock, but I still swirl my finger around his asshole. He huffs in frustration, so I apply a little more pressure to make him moan again.
“Do you like that, baby?” I glance up at his eye mask covered face to see him nod.
“My man likes his ass played with, huh? We’ll have to do something about that later.
” I remove my hand and lick up the length of his cock one more time before I move to straddle him.
“The only way you’re coming tonight is inside of me. ”
Gripping his cock, I line it up with my entrance and slowly lower down before lifting back up, teasing him as I take him in a little more with each thrust. He’s a moaning mess beneath me once I’m fully seated, so I reach a hand out and gently grip his throat.
“Remember, you don’t come until I tell you to.” He nods, his chin lifting slightly so I increase the pressure of my grip. “I’ll show you just how good I can ride.”
I lift my hips, sliding up and down the length of him, and I can’t stop the moan that escapes me as he hits my g-spot.
My hands rest on his pecs, my hips moving as I ride him like my life depends on it.
I bend down and crash my lips to his, swallowing his moans as he fights the rope with no success.
“God, you feel so good, baby.” He slips his tongue into my mouth, and I can still taste myself on his mouth. “That’s it, just like that, Lowe. Take what you need, baby. Use me. That’s a good girl.”
My head falls back at his words, his praise spurring me on as I continue to ride him. By the way his breathing hitches, I know he’s close, so I slow down again. We fuck that way for awhile, me walking him right to the edge but not letting him fall off as I watch him come undone beneath me.
“I can’t take it anymore, Lowe,” he tells me, pleading. “Please, please let me come, baby, please.”
I lean down and take his earlobe between my teeth before whispering, “You can come when I do.”
I move my hips faster, slamming him into me and moaning loudly as his cock hits that toe-curling spot inside of me with every thrust. His stomach clenches under me again, signaling that he’s trying his best to not finish yet.
He bites his lip and I tug on my nipples, sparking a new wave of pleasure through my body.
“Come for me baby, please,” he groans, the back of his head digging into the pillow, exposing his throat. “I can’t—”
“Fuck me, Levi. Make me come.”
His hips buck upwards, pushing me up his chest as he bends his knees so he can thrust into me. My moans tumble from my lips uncontrollably as my nails dig into his shoulders, my eyelids fluttering closed as I feel my orgasm start to build.
“I’m so close, baby,” I tell him, and he increases the pace, causing me to scream his name. “Fuck, Levi, I’m going to come.”
His thrusts become sloppy before I feel his cock twitch inside of me, and my body shudders as my climax tears through me just as he groans, spilling into me. Once his thrusts slow and come to a stop, I slowly slide off him and fall into the bed beside him.
“Please don’t ever edge me like that again,” he breathes, and I can’t help it as I chuckle softly. “I don’t know if I’ll have that same restraint next time.”
I lift my head and flip onto my side, reaching up to take the eye mask off. He blinks a few times before he looks down at me, a sated look on his face. “I guess we’ll see, won’t we? Maybe next time I’ll get to punish you.”
“Punish me?” His eyes twinkle in curiosity as he raises a brow. “And how would you do that?”
“Come too early and find out.”
Half an hour later, after I’m cleaned up and changed into a pair of Levi’s sweatpants and one of his sweatshirts, I lay in the back of the pickup truck amongst a giant pile of pillows and multiple blankets as I look up at the stars.
Our shoulders press together as he links his fingers through mine, his other arm tucked behind his head. I snuggle deeper into the blankets, tucking the one over me up to my chin as I release a content sigh.
“This is amazing,” I whisper as I stare up at the completely clear sky, admiring thousands of stars as far as my eye can see. “I never thought I’d be so lucky as to look up and see a sight as beautiful as this one.”
“Yeah,” he breathes, his breath fanning across my cheek. I turn my head to see him already staring at me. “It’s quite the sight, indeed.”
A blush creeps into my cheeks as a shy smile tugs at my lips. “How would you know? You’re not even looking.”
“I’m looking at the only sight that matters.”
He closes the space between us, flipping so he’s on his side while he cups my cheek in his hand, pressing his lips to mine in a heart stopping kiss.
I eagerly return his passion, gently holding onto his wrist as he steals the air from my lungs.
When he pulls back, he rests his forehead against mine.
“I just want to thank you,” I tell him, breaking the silence.
“Not just for this birthday trip, but for everything you’ve done the last few months.
And not only for me, but for Claire as well.
The only consistent male role model she ever had in her life was my father.
So you going to every game and spending all this time with her? It means more than you’ll ever know.”
“You don’t need to thank me.” He attempts to shrug, but the position we are in makes it difficult. “Can I ask you something? Something I’m pretty sure I’ve asked you before.”
I smile and nod. “Of course.”
“Do you believe in fate yet?”
“I’m starting to.”
A giant, dazzling smile lights up Levi’s face, causing my heart to constrict as I return his grin. He rubs his nose against mine and presses a quick peck to my lips.
“You know,” he begins, his voice low as he lays back and tucks me into his side.
His hand rubs small patterns up and down my spine, his heartbeat a constant in my ear.
“I never truly expected my life to take the twists and turns that it has. As a kid, you think you have everything figured out. Your goals, your career. And then you hit high school and your vision changes, but you still think there’s all these opportunities lined up for you.
Then you become an adult, and life tries its damnedest to beat you down.
To hit you with everything it can to see if you break.
And when you don’t, when you get up off your knees for the hundredth time, life finally rewards you. ”
Levi’s head tilts so he’s looking at me once more, his gaze soft.
“That very first night that I met you, life was teasing me with what I could have. Was showing me what my reward would be if I could continue to push through and keep fighting all the obstacles in my way. I dreamt about you almost every single night. Constantly wondered who you were or what you were up to. You consumed my every thought, every waking moment of every day.”
I tilt my head up and press a kiss to his cheek. “For what it’s worth, I thought about you a lot, too.”
“It’s worth a lot,” he says before continuing.
“But as the years went by and everything was falling into place for me in other aspects of my life, I started to lose hope that I would ever find you again. And I never told you this, but the day that I ran into you in the same spot we had five years prior, I was on the verge of selling the company and moving back here. But seeing you there? I knew I had to stay. I wasn’t about to let you go a second time. ”
Tears spring to my eyes before I can stop them and I lean up on my elbows, resting on his chest to look down at him. “You gave up moving back here… for me? Why?”
“Because I knew I would’ve been a fool to walk away from the woman I was destined to fall in love with.”
My eyes widen at his omission, causing a tear to slip down my cheek. He catches it with his thumb and kisses its path before pulling back to look at me with nothing but love and adoration in his eyes.
“I want you to know that wherever you go, I will follow. That whatever you need, I plan on giving it to you.” As he speaks, he trails kisses over my forehead, cheeks, nose and chin.
“I will never walk away from you, and I will do my best to always be what you and Claire need. You can always count on me, Lowe, because I love you.” Another salty tear escapes.
“I love you more than I ever thought it was humanly possible to love another person. But I thank whatever power may be that led me to you every single day that I am the man who is lucky enough to love you.”
A wet chuckle escapes me as the tears flow with no signs of stopping.
I bury my head into his neck, squeezing him tightly as he peppers kisses to my temple, one hand rubbing circles on my back and the other running through my hair.
Pulling back, I wipe at my eyes and give him the biggest smile I can muster as I cup his cheek.
“For a while, I thought I was destined to receive the bare minimum and to give everything, all of me, to everyone else. I never imagined that I’d find someone who gave me more than I gave and showed me I deserve so much more.
” He gives me a gentle smile, still running his hand over my hair.
“When my boss matched us together, I thought the universe was playing some kind of trick on me. Because why wouldn’t it?
Why would I deserve a second chance when I was the idiot who walked away all those years ago without learning your name? ”
His smile falls slightly as a sad scoff echoes between us.
“I found myself back on that rooftop every night for five months, hoping you’d come back so I could have a redo.
But when you didn’t show, I figured that meant I had missed my chance.
And then when I was handed my second chance on a silver platter, I was hesitant.
I was afraid of losing something so good because of my messy past. But you have taken everything in stride and been such a godsend to both me and my daughter.
How couldn’t I fall in love with you? I’ll always think, deep down, that I don’t deserve you.
But it’s so easy to love you, and I’m grateful that I get to. ”
“You love me?” Surprise seeps into his voice, mixed with hope.
I push myself up to my knees and reach for his hands, dragging him to sit up, too. Squeezing his hands, I stare into his eyes for a few seconds, making sure he’s listening before I speak.
“I love you, Levi Wright. And I thank my lucky stars for you every single day.”
“Say it again,” he whispers, cupping my face between his hands.
I rest my hands on his wrists. “I love you.”
“And I love you.”
Our lips collide, a kiss full of love and promise of the future I think we were both too afraid to let ourselves believe we could have.
We make out in the bed of the pickup truck like two horny teenagers in love, falling asleep amongst the pillows and blankets in one another’s arms, with nothing but the stars above us.
