Chapter Five
They were still laughing as they stumbled into the house.
While the volume had lowered to make Alistair more comfortable, the chaos was definitely still there as people approached him offering everything they could think of in exchange for Alistair’s coupon.
He was still surprised by Maverick’s offer, which he hadn’t expected from the stoic dragon.
“Did Maverick really offer you two thousand dollars for that coupon?” Elijah asked as he unwound his scarf and hung it on the hook by the door.
“Yes,” Alistair chuckled. “Then Brennus offered me my own assistant, and Ozen offered to make me head of security.”
Elijah shook his head, still snickering as he headed into their living room. The Christmas tree wasn’t as grand as the Hawksley’s, but it was still gorgeous. He moved around the room, re-lighting the candles that they’d put out while they were gone and talking with Alistair over his shoulder.
“Who did you end up trading it to? I was talking to Taron about lunch ideas for our friend date and missed it.”
“Isaac,” Alistair answered from the other room. “I figured he’d enjoy the trading chaos more than me.”
That was so much like his Alistair. He didn't care about offers of money or power. His little brother was standing a few feet away and would have fun with the gift he was given, so he handed it over without a thought. Elijah smiled to himself. Those two gave him hope that one day he’d have the same kind of relationship with his own brother.
“Will you feed Helios?” Alistair called.
Elijah spun around with a frown. He’d assumed since Alistair hadn’t joined him in the living room that he was feeding the cat. What was his anchor doing?
“Don’t worry about it,” Alistair answered.
He rolled his eyes, a smile pulling on his lips as he patted his shoulder to get Helios’s attention. “Come on, little prince. Time for your supper.”
Helios hopped from where he’d been watching Elijah light candles on the back of the couch onto his shoulder, tail curled around his neck as they headed to the kitchen.
He had picked up some extra fancy cat food for the holiday, though he was pretty sure he saw a few people sneaking the kitty some scraps from their plate that they knew were safe for him.
Helios, being the spoiled boy he was, ate heartily despite the snacks, and Elijah left him to it, seeking out his anchor to see what he was up to.
When he stepped into the living room, he gasped.
He’d thought the room looked amazing before, but in the short amount of time he’d been gone, it’d become truly magical.
Glittering snowflakes fell from a thin layer of clouds on the ceiling, wisps of clouds formed creatures of all kinds as they flew around the room, and the candles that had been on different surfaces were now floating, sending cheery light throughout the room.
“Alistair…” he breathed, enchanted as he looked around. Music played softly in the background, something he’d heard playing while at the holiday party earlier but wasn’t entirely familiar with. It was soft and warm and only added to the magic in the room.
The heat of Alistair’s body pressed against Elijah’s back, warm arms wrapping around his middle. “You told me you never celebrated the holidays before. I wanted to make your first time special.”
Spinning around, Elijah slid his arms around Alistair’s neck. “You make all my first times special.”
His anchor smirked but that wasn’t what Elijah meant. Alistiar was the first person to casually touch him, to trust him, to truly see him. He was the light after so much darkness, and he couldn’t imagine life without the man in front of him.
“Same here, sweetheart. You’re everything I never knew I needed.”
Unwilling to cry and ruin the moment, Elijah leaned in and pressed his mouth to Alistair’s, pouring all his love and devotion into it.
Alistair gripped him a little tighter, tilting his head for a better angle.
He brushed his tongue along the seam of Elijah’s lips, and Elijah opened for him without hesitation, moaning as Alistair’s tongue slid against his.
They were both panting when they separated, and Elijah felt a steady thrum of need in his blood. He couldn’t get enough of this man.
He remembered Alistair’s teasing comments from earlier, and his voice was embarrassingly breathless as he told Alistair, “I did as you asked and only had one glass of wine.”
Alistair’s pleased hum was half-growl and made Elijah’s cock twitch. If they didn’t get naked soon, he might lose his mind.
“That’s right. You did. Do you want your reward, Eli? Think you’re ready for it?”
Elijah nodded quickly, digging his fingers into Alistair’s hair to draw him back into another kiss.
Alistair kissed him back, but removed his hands, holding him in a loose grip behind his back.
Elijah let out a whimpering plea along their bond, and Alistiar had to bite back a laugh as he shook his head.
“First, we need to get you ready.”
Elijah’s confused frown made him grin, and he distracted him by stripping him slowly while their mouths were fused together. When they were completely naked, he led Elijah to the plush carpet near the tree, laying him down and pulling his hands over his head.
Whispering a spell, the ribbon he’d set aside slowly slid up Elijah’s body, tickling his balls and teasing his nipples as it slowly wrapped around him.
Alistair kept him distracted with kisses so he couldn’t see what was happening until it was too late, and his hands were tied neatly with a bow around his wrists.
The ribbon wrapped intricately around him, making him the prettiest present Alistair had ever received for any holiday.
“Alistair?” Elijah murmured, confused. He wriggled, but the ribbon kept him immobile, and he wasn’t going anywhere. Even his legs were tied together, though he’d change that eventually. He wasn’t going to deny himself the feeling of Elijah’s legs around his waist as he thrust inside him.
Elijah moaned at the image, cock twitching against his stomach. Alistair chuckled, running light fingers along Elijah’s chest and abdomen, watching him squirm again.“Do you trust me, Eli?”
Eyes fluttering open, Elijah’s brows drew together tightly. “Of course I do.”
Alistair grinned at him, rewarding him with a chaste kiss before whispering another spell to summon the blindfold from where he’d hidden it earlier.
“I want to play with my present. Will you let me?”
A flash of understanding went through Elijah’s mind. So this is why he wanted me sober.
Alistair silently agreed. This kind of play required trust and consent, not everyone would be comfortable being tied up and blindfolded, and even with their bond, he wouldn’t be comfortable doing this unless Elijah was fully sober.
The way Elijah’s body responded told Alistair his answer before Elijah said it out loud. He squirmed, breath catching at the thought, and his cock gave another kick. He was so damn sexy.
“Yes… Please…” Elijah panted.
Slipping off his glasses and setting them safely aside, Alistair replaced them with the blindfold, putting a hand on Elijah’s chest to check in with him before sitting back.
“I’ve noticed you’re still needy for touch, Eli. I wanted to give you a chance to just feel for a little while.”
“Oh, gods.”
Alistair smirked at his response, pushing to his feet so he could get the box of things he’d collected to tease his telepath.
He kept his mind blank so Elijah wouldn’t know what was coming, pausing as he turned around and took in the sight of Elijah naked except the ribbon decorating his skin under the tree.
“You’re so godsdamn sexy.”
“Alistair,” Elijah whined.
He smiled to himself, but the image of Elijah all trussed up under the tree was definitely one of his favorite parts of this holiday. Maybe he’d make this an annual thing.
“Alistair!”
Chuckling, he kneeled beside Elijah, leaning to kiss him soft and slow, teasing him with hints of tongue and teeth just to make him whine again. It was one of his favorite sounds.
When the whine turned to a whimper, he gave in and turned to the box, pulling out a sprig from the tree that had fallen off during the trip home.
He dragged it along Elijah’s collarbone and down the center of his chest, watching as his telepath gasped and arched into the touch.
Next came the feather that teased over Elijah’s nipples and tickled his neck.
Another holiday ribbon trailed over his cock and inner thighs.
He alternated between textures and sensations until Elijah was moaning almost constantly and his cock leaked like a fountain.
Only then did he whisper the spell to unwrap the ribbon around his legs, spreading them wide without releasing his hands.
When he trailed the ribbon lower, over his balls and taint, Elijah arched with a choked sob. His mind was a whirlwind of demands and pleas, the gentle touches not nearly enough for what Elijah wanted.
He gave in a little, lifting Elijah’s hips higher and switching the ribbon for his tongue.
“Ungh, Alistair!”
Each swipe of his tongue was slow and light at first, like the ribbon had been, but it wasn’t long before Elijah’s cries got the better of him, and his control slipped.
He pushed his tongue inside Elijah’s quivering hole, fucking him with it, until the pitch of Elijah’s voice changed, and Alistair knew he was seconds from coming.
“No!” Elijah cried in protest as he pulled away.
Chuckling, Alistair blew cool air on Elijah’s spit soaked hole, loving the way his back arched, and he shuddered hard.
“You’re my present, Eli. Remember? You’re not coming until I’m inside you.”
“You really are evil!” Elijah gasped, moaning when Alistair pushed one finger inside him. There was lube in his box of goodies, and he coated his fingers in it before pushing in again.
With his legs free, Elijah tried to plant his feet so he could ride Alistair’s fingers, but Alistair wasn’t having it.
He pushed Elijah’s knees against his chest, twisting his fingers and rubbing against the front of his channel to scatter Elijah’s thoughts.
His telepath wailed, head thrashing, but with the way he was pinned, his wrists still bound, there was nothing he could do but take it.
Nhg. That thought was too damn sexy. If Alistair didn’t get moving, he was going to embarrass himself.
Pulling his fingers free, he slicked up his cock and moved Elijah’s legs around his hips, pressing a kiss against his lips. “Use your magic, Eli. Share with me.”
Elijah’s magic swelled, and the echoes of pleasure exploded through Alistair’s mind and body as he pushed slowly inside Elijah’s hole.
He knew better than to think he could go slow when Elijah used his magic like this, so he didn’t even bother to try.
He waited for Elijah’s body to adjust, which didn’t take long given how often they ended up wrapped around each other like this, then bucked hard, picking up a rhythm guaranteed to get them both off.
“Alistair! Alistair! Oh, gods!”
Elijah’s release swelled, Alistair felt it coming, but after all that teasing, there was no hope he could hold back.
It slammed into him, and the echo of it hit Alistair like a lightning bolt, ripping his release from him and making him shout.
He rode it out until Elijah stopped twitching, and Alistair felt drained, then he collapsed to the side, pulling Elijah with him and twining their legs together.
Elijah’s arms looped around Alistair’s neck, reminding him that he was still wrapped like a present. He chuckled, reaching to pull him free.
“No, leave it,” Elijah demanded, tightening his grip around Alistair’s neck. “Now you can’t get away.”
He was teasing, and he followed the sentiment with a sweet kiss, but Alistair felt the need to tell him anyway, “I never want to get away. If I could, I’d spend the rest of my life like this.
Wrapped around you. You’re my greatest gift, Eli.
I’d do all the hard stuff again if I knew you were waiting for me under the tree at the end. ”
Snickering, Elijah pressed a kiss to his lips, the love and devotion overwhelming their bond. “Same. I love you, Alistair. Happy Christmas.”
“Happy Christmas to you, love.”
A very happy Christmas indeed.
The End
