Chapter 12 The Contract
THE CONTRACT
PSEUDO-ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT
The Parties. This service contract (“Agreement”) is by and between:
Service Provider: Simone Bishop (“Fiancée”), and
Client: Brendan Black (“Client”).
The Fiancée and Client are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, brENDAN BLACK hires SIMONE BISHOP to work as a pseudo-Fiancée under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the Parties:
Term. The term of this agreement shall commence upon signature and be terminated upon the Service being completed by the Fiancée if and when ANY of the following conditions are met:
Four months minimum and six months maximum from the date of signature; OR
The Client is named Chief Executive Officer of Blackguard Holding, Inc.
The Service. The Fiancée agrees to provide the following, hereinafter known as the “Service”:
Public representation of herself as ENGAGED TO BE MARRIED to the Client, including to all family, personal friends, coworkers, acquaintances, members of the press, and any others she may encounter during the Term.
Cohabitation with the Client in his place of residence throughout the Term, with the understanding that:
All rents, utilities, and other bills associated with the Fiancée’s legal place of residence will be paid for in addition to the agreed Payment Amount.
Accompaniment of the Client to all social, familial, and professional events as the Client deems necessary during the Term.
Enactment of public displays of affection as outlined in Section 8D.
Payment
Cosmetic dermatology and dentistry, including but not limited to Botox, filler, dental veneers, laser, red light therapy, or anything else deemed necessary by the Client, Stylist, or both;
Fashion, including personal clothing and appearances by the Fiancée at major fashion events as a prospective member of the Black family;
Exercise, which will include daily two-hour sessions with a personal trainer;
Any other elements that may come up at the discretion of the Stylist and the Client’s needs.
Housing and other Accommodations. At the Client’s expense, the Fiancée agrees to reside solely at any of the Client’s personal residences at his discretion and will reside with him in the same room or suite in any hotels or other accommodations as needed should travel be required.
Corporate and Social Event Requirements. Both parties must attend any scheduled Corporate Events named by the Client at any time of day or night at the sole will and discretion of the Client. This includes corporate, personal, and family events throughout the Term.
Physical Intimacy Requirements. Naturally occurring levels of affection will be required to ensure authenticity of the performed relationship in front of audiences of one or more (“public”), according to the following guidelines:
No touching between the two parties will occur in private as part of the Agreement. Any touching that may occur is separate from the Agreement.
Parties will not engage in any kind of sex acts with other people, publicly or in private, including, but not limited to, kissing, manual stimulation, oral sex, anal sex, or vaginal penetration of the Fiancée.
Any sexual contact between Parties that may occur will happen outside of the scope of this Agreement only by the explicit consent of both Parties.
In public, the Client may touch the Fiancée on the following body parts at his discretion: hands, back, shoulders, neck, hair, arms, waist.
In public, the Client may kiss the Fiancée with a closed mouth (no tongue) at his discretion on the following body parts:
Lips
Neck
Shoulders
Head
Hand
At his discretion, the Client is allowed ONE of each item per public appearance with the Fiancée:
Open-mouthed kiss with the use of tongue for up to 10 seconds.
Fondling of the Fiancée’s buttocks for up to 3 seconds.
Kissing with light application of teeth, commonly known as “nibbling,” of the Fiancée’s ears, neck, or jaw for up to 10 seconds.
Grinding of hips to hips for up to 5 seconds.
Placement of Client’s fingers up to two inches below the waistband of the Fiancée’s pants or skirt on days she is wearing said items.
The Fiancée may initiate any physical contact similar to the terms above at her own discretion but agrees to appear receptive to any and all of the contact above initiated in public by the Client.
Any other physical intimacy enacted publicly during the Term must be agreed upon by both parties prior to engagement with written consent.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties to its subject and supersedes all prior contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings of the Parties.
No supplement, modification, or amendment of this agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by all Parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto agree to the above terms and have caused this Agreement to be executed in their names by their duly authorized officers.
