CHAPTER 24 ALEX

Morning comes all too quickly, and my heart sinks, knowing that today is the day she leaves my apartment. I don’t want her to go, but I know it would be selfish to ask her to stay. She has a family right here in the city that is worried about her, and she needs to put their minds at ease.

I sigh, looking at her sleeping peacefully in my arms. I want to stretch these last moments out forever. My cock is nestled between her thighs, and I shift slightly, feeling myself stiffen.

I remember what she told me about waking her up for sex, so I decide to take advantage of it. I slowly begin to grind my pelvis into her, my erection taking no time at all to reach full-mast, throbbing in anticipation. I take my hand and gently guide myself to her pussy, still leaking my cum from last night.

Thanks to the extra lubrication I slide right in, moaning as her warmth surrounds me, gripping me tightly. I thrust slowly, feeling her beginning to stir awake beneath my touch.

She moans softly, reaching her hand around to touch my hip.

“Good morning.”

“Good morning, beautiful,” I whisper in her ear.

She moans again, lightly digging her nails into my skin and grinding her hips back to meet my thrusts. I know I’m not going to last very long.

“You like my dick in you?” I murmur into her ear. “You like waking up like this?”

“I wish I could wake up like this every day,” she pants. “It’s the best feeling.”

“Better than an alarm,” I agree.

“Your cock was made for me,” she moans.

Oh shit . I feel myself stiffen as an orgasm hits me like a train, brought on by her words. She whimpers as I fill her pussy, shuddering slightly. I hope she came too.

As if to answer my thought, at the end of her shudder, her vaginal walls clamp down on my erection, seeming to milk it. There it is.

We lay there silent and motionless for a minute, just basking in the afterglow. At last, she breaks the silence.

“What time is it?”

I crane my neck to look at my alarm clock on the nightstand behind me. “Almost 10.”

“Ah, shit. I’ve got to get home soon.”

“Go jump in the shower. I’ll make us some breakfast.”

“Will do.”

She rolls to her stomach, my softening erection easing out of her with a plop as she moves away. I watch her get up and move toward the bathroom, admiring the silky shine of sex left behind on her inner thighs.

My stomach grumbles and I grunt as I sit up. Time to make some food .

The rest of the morning was relatively uneventful. We ate breakfast, then she kissed me goodbye and left with a promise to let me know when she was home.

True to her word, she sent a message once she arrived, but then went silent. She’s probably dealing with her worried parents, I rationalize. Don’t take it personally . I know she has been through a devastating ordeal the last few days, and she can’t exactly be open with her family about everything that happened. Or about me, I realize. There’s a twinge in my gut as the hurt I felt when she told me the situation tries to arise, but I quickly brush it aside. She loves me. There’s no reason to be petty.

I took a few days off work in case she needed me, so I have some time to kill. I look around my living room and notice for the first time just how sparse it is. I grab paper and a pen and begin to make a list of things that would make my place feel more like a home.

I pull out my laptop and start browsing, looking for paintings, pictures, drapes, throw pillows, and other accessories to liven up my space. I quickly realize how deeply in over my head I am. I need a woman’s opinion.

I add items I like to my cart, making a mental note to ask Mina what she thinks before I buy anything. I want her to like the things I get. As I close my laptop, my phone rings. It’s her. I snatch it up and answer, unable to stop the smile that spreads across my face.

“Hey baby!”

The smile fades quickly when I hear what she says.

“Hey! So, this is kind of last minute and you can totally say no, but my parents want you to come to dinner tonight.”

Shit. Shit shit shit . “Oh, damn. Why?”

“They want to meet you and thank you for being kind enough to let them know about my accident. I told them you checked on me at the hospital, and that you made sure I had everything I needed.”

“Shit.”

“I know. You can say no.”

I sigh deeply. “No, I’ll come. Send me your address. What time is dinner?”

She quickly fills me in on the details and says goodbye. I lean back on my couch and rub my hands over my face. Guess I’m headed into the lion’s den.
