Chapter 40
Liam's pov
Today is the day, we are going to the aquarium. A little heads up, maybe or may be not I have booked the whole aquarium.
Yesterday I called Alex and said about the plan.
He accepted to come. Yesterday was fun, I made Destiny to work in my office.
We talked, laughed about everything. I dropped to her apartment yesterday.
I also said, I will come and pick her and Ava.
She agreed to it. So here I am waiting outside the car for her and Ava in parking lot with a complete idiot next to me.
I called her saying I am here, she said she was coming down.
Alex came with me, saying something about saving fuel. Throughout the way he babbled about something, I just shut my mouth all the way. Even now he is talking about something, I am just standing here.
Suddenly, he stopped talking. I looked at him to see him looking at something with wide eyes and mouth open. I looked where he was seeing. There were the two girls coming our way looking completely beautiful.

But my eyes was only fixed on Destiny. She was laughing at something that Ava said.
"Wow" I heard Alex saying. I punched his arm. He yelped.
"You better be not talking about Destiny" I threatened him. He was rubbing at the place I just punched.
"No, I said for Ava" I ignored him and went towards Destiny. When she saw me, she smiled happily and waved at me. Ava just nod at me and walked past me as I stood infront of Destiny.
"How do I look" she asked shyly.
"You look beautiful, but isn't it too short" I said looking at her legs then her eyes. She was looking so sexy.
She rolled her eyes and said "But it's comfortable. Now come on we don't wanna be late" she grabbed my hand and dragged me to my car. Alex and Ava was already seated in the car. Alex was sitting in the passenger seat. I glared at him, as I opened the door for Destiny in the back.
I went to the driver seat and got in. I glared at Alex, who is in deep in thoughts. I started the car and drove it to the aquarium. The car ride was silent. It was so unusual. Alex and Ava were to talk so much, but they are silent. Ava and Destiny would talk.
In half an hour we reached the place. Everyone got out and waited for their friend.
"Ava" I heard the voice. We looked up to see a guy jogging towards us. Don't tell me he is their friend. Ava saw him and waved at him. He came and hugged her.
"Destiny" he said and pulled away from Ava to hug Destiny.
But I put my fingers in her belt loops to stop her.
She felt the tug and looked at it. She saw my hands and glared at me.
But either way, the guy just hugged her and pulled away.
I pulled Destiny to me and placed my arms around her waist. She just pinched my arms at that.
"Nathan, this is Alex" Ava introduced pointing at him "And this is Liam" she said pointing at me. "They are our friends"
"And this is Nathan. Our new friend" she said looking at Nathan. Nathan nodded his head. Me and Alex just nodded our head back.
"Now let's go, I don't wanna miss anything" Ava said linking her arms with Nathan guy and started walking towards the entrance. I heard some mumbling next to me. I looked towards it, to see Alex glaring at them.
Hmm interesting.
Destiny took my hand and intertwined with hers and pulled me towards the entrance. I looked at our hands and smiled. I grabbed it tightly and walked along with her.
I talked to the manager, who was at the entrance waiting for me. He gave us a tag and went away. We have time to spend till the evening. I have arranged a special lunch here for everyone.
We entered the aquarium and looked around. I was just standing there looking at Destiny, as she enjoyed with Ava. I don't know when she escaped from my side. I would take some pictures without her knowing. I can see Ava is more excited to be here.
They were both enjoying it with the Nathan guy.
I think he is more into Ava than Destiny.
Nathan would put his arms around her shoulder while walking.
Ava is in the middle of Nathan and Destiny.
So there is no problem with me. But something is not right.
Alex has become more silent. Usually he was the talkative one, yet he is so silent today.
We were both standing here, looking at them as Ava explained something to Destiny and Nathan. I looked at Alex, he was looking at them with a small smile on his smile.
"Okay, seriously what happened. Usually you are talkative" as soon as I asked him his smile fell and looked at me.
"What are you talking about. I am talking now right" he said looking back at them.
"I just can't understand you sometimes" I said as I made my way towards Destiny. I hugged her from behind which made her jump.
"You scared me" she said, playfully hitting on my arms. I chuckled at her as I placed my chin on her shoulder.
"This place is so quiet, I think only five of us are here. I don't see any people here" she said looking around. I just stiffened a little. But she felt it. She turned in my arms and crossed her arms and looked at me intensely.
"Something is fishy here" she said narrowing her eyes at me. I was avoiding to meet her eyes as I looked around. Both Nathan and Ava are not here. They have moved to the next one. I felt a pain in my left ear.
"Oww" I hissed in pain. Destiny was pulling my ear.
"I am asking you Liam. What did you do" she asked still pulling my ear.
"I may or may not have booked this whole place" as soon as I said that, she gasped with wide eyes leaving my ear. I rubbed my ear to lessen the pain.
"You didn't" she whispered looking at me.
"I did. I just want this to ourselves, no disturbance" I said looking in her eyes. She stood on her toes and placed a kissed my cheek.
"Thank you" she said smiling at me. I pecked her lips and leaned my forehead against her smiling.
We went around, I took selfies with Destiny. I picked one from many as my wallpaper, with me kissing her side of the head as she smiled at the camera clicking it.
"Looking at this, I feel like I should be in here" Ava said looking at the fishes. Hearing that I took them to the diving section.
"Who wants to dive, it's ready in here" I said.
"Really" Ava asked excitedly. I nodded my head. I called the manager to arrange the things. In few minutes Ava, Nathan and Alex were ready to dive.
I and Destiny left them, as I took her to the dolphin section.
She enjoyed touching and playing with them.
She gave her phone to me to take the pictures.
I just sat there looking at Destiny. After playing with them, she came towards me.
I stood up. She hugged me tightly surprising me.
I put my arms around her. She pulled away and pecked my lips.
"This is the best day ever" she said smiling at me. I smiled back. Making her happy is the best feeling.
We sat and looked at the dolphins as their trainers trained them.
"Ava will be over the moon today. She has suffered a lot, a day like this is the best thing for her" Destiny said looking at dolphins. But her thoughts were somewhere else.
"What do you mean princess" I asked.
Then she explained about Ava's studies, her family condition, her brother sickness. Now her brother is in stable condition as Destiny's dad is looking after him. Destiny sees Ava as her own family. The trust, caring for each other and love they have is unbelievable.
I put my arm around Destiny and rubbed her shoulder in a soothing way.
"Let's see what future holds for her" I said as Destiny hummed in return. Soon Ava, Alex and Nathan joined us with the dolphins. After that I took them for the lunch.
"Wow, this place is amazing" Destiny said looking around the place. We sat down and ordered the food. I sat between Destiny at my right and Nathan to my left. Across us Alex and Ava were sat.
Alex, Ava and Destiny were talking about something rather arguing. I was just looking at Destiny. I felt a pat on left shoulder. I looked at Nathan.
"So I think Destiny is yours" he asked.
"You can say that. But if you try anything, I am not a good person to deal with" I said.
"Oh you don't need to worry about that. I am gay" he said taking a sip of water. I raised my eyebrows at him.
"And I am still in college, studying. But I have to say, these girls are amazing. I didn't have a single friend till now, but I am lucky I got their friendship. I may have met them few times. But I feel like I know them for years" he said looking down with a small smile. I patted his back saying.
"Looks like we are going to be good friends" I smiled at him and he returned it. We talked about his college. I gave him few tips about it. Our order arrived and we started eating.
"Liam just take a look at Alex" Nathan said. I looked at him confused, he nodded his head at Alex again. I looked at Alex, but I was surprised what I saw.
He was looking at Ava who was talking animatedly with Destiny, with a small smile on his face.
"Looks like someone got a crush" I smirked as I said this to Nathan.
"Now, watch this" Nathan whispered to me.
"Ava eat properly, you have got sauce on your cheek" Nathan said. But there was nothing on her cheek. Nathan got up, and took a napkin to wipe it. But he just applied some sauce. I saw Alex fisting his hand on the table.
Then Nathan acted like he can't approach her. Suddenly Alex took a napkin and grabbed Ava's chin and tilted to his side and wiped it.
This kid is intelligent.
They both locked their eyes and seemed lost in it. I patted Nathan's back. Destiny was so obvious to this. She was in her own world eating the food.
I cleared my throat loudly and asked "Destiny how is the food" hearing that they both retrieved back and continued eating their food. Ava was blushing.
"The food is so delicious. Here try this" she said lifted the spoon to my mouth. I opened it immediately.
"Thank you for that, I think I have found a thing to tease him now" I said to Nathan, he just smiled at me.
We all completed having lunch. We again walked around talking. This time Alex and Ava are ahead of us, as we three follow them. My arms are around Destiny, as she placed her head on my chest. Nathan and I went along well. Soon it was four in the evening. We went out, towards the car.
"This day was amazing. Thank for inviting Ava" Nathan said hugging her. Alex just glared at him "Thank you Alex, Destiny and Liam, for accepting my company".
'well I didn't accept you' I heard Alex mutter under his breath.
"It's okay kid, I did enjoy your company" I said hugging him. We exchanged the numbers. We all bid him goodbye except Alex, who was sulking in my car now.
Soon I parked my car in the Destiny's apartment parking lot. Alex bid his goodbye to Destiny and Ava, and sat in the car.
"Thanks for today Liam" Ava said, I bid a goodbye to her. Then she went into Destiny apartment. I held back Destiny purposely.
"Now give me a proper goodbye" I said as I pulled her towards me. She blushed looking shyly at me.
"The day was amazing, thank you Liam" she said kissing my cheek. I groaned at her antics.
"You are teasing me princess" I said. She chuckled and kissed me on the lips properly this time. She pulled away quickly.
"Don't forget about tomorrow's date. I will come and pick you up at 5.30pm. Be ready" I said. She nodded her head. With a final peck on my lips she went into her apartment. I came back to the car and started driving to my house.
