Chapter 59
Destiny's pov
I opened my eyes slowly and looked around. I was in Amanda's room. I sat up and looked at the crib, Nick was not there. Looks like both are up. I remember bringing Nick up to sleep and I didn't know I slept here last night.
I got and looked down at the clothes. Someone changed my outfit, I think Amanda did it. I found my bag in the room. I went inside the bathroom and did my business and showered. I got out with a towel and put on my dress. I was putting some make up on. I heard a knock. I said come in.
Liam came in as I saw in the mirror. I continued what I was doing not turning to him. He made a mistake and I am mad at him. He just can't go attack people like that. And he did that to my brother. He sighed and came behind me.
"Princess" he called. I finished it and put my things in the makeup bag. I got up and went around him and placed the makeup bag in my bag. I turned to go out. He caught my hand.
"I am sorry. I even apologized to your brother. You didn't talk to me from last night. Talk to me" he said pleading to me. I didn't turn to him. I know if I look at him, I will forgive him. But he must learn he can't do that to other people.
"I am still mad at you. I don't want to talk to you now" I said trying to remove my hand. But he hugged me from behind.
"I am really sorry. I was jealous seeing you with other men" he said.
"Liam if you really mean it then I am happy. But you can't just act like that with other people. I was scared to see you like that. I don't want you to be like that" I said calmly. He hugged me tightly.
"I promise I will not do anything like that in future" he said. I sighed.
"I am still slightly mad at you" I said crossing my arms.
"At least can I get a kiss" he asked.
"What part of you didn't understand, I am still mad" I said annoyingly.
"What about just a peck" I tried to release from him "Think about the man, who didn't get kisses from his girlfriend for 12 hours" I turned in his arms and glared at him "Okay, what about a peck on cheek" he asked pouting at me "I am asking just one" he asked pointing out one finger.
"Only one" I said. He nodded his head happily but I see a mischievous glint in his eyes. He turned his head to side.
I went on my toes and was about to kiss his cheek, he turned his head. Our lips touched. I pulled away and glared at him.
"You said on the........ " my sentence was cut off when he leaned down captured my lips with his. He lifted his hand to my neck and kissed me deeply. I kissed him back. I grabbed his arm for the support. He pulled me towards him not leaving a gap between us.
We were kissing when the room door opened and someone dropped something on the floor. We pulled away and looked at the person. My brother stood there with wide eyes and mouth. His hand was lifted to his lips and a bowl in his other hand. I looked down and saw a spoon.
"Oww my eyes. I saw such a horrible scene. My sister is kissing a man. Oww my eyes" my brother over reacted covering his eyes and rubbing them. I turned towards him and shouted.
"Christian"
"What a horrible scene to start a day" he said still rubbing his eyes. I started walking towards him, he saw that and ran out. I chased after him downstairs.
"You come here dimwit" I said.
"No" he said running into the dining room. He found mom and stood behind her and covered himself. I tried to reach for him but he would move my mom infront of me.
"What did you do Chris" my mom asked laughing.
"I went to wake her up, but I saw a horrible scene I am sure it ruined my eyes" he said behind her. I reached him again but he covered from me.
"What did you see" she asked.
"I saw her kissing..... " he was cut off by my shout.
"Christian Ivan Walker" I blushed hard. Liam walked in at the same time. I reached across my mom and grabbed his ear and twisted it. My mom laughed and moved away.
"Owww Sky, what did I do. I said the truth. I saw you kissing Liam" he said on pain. I left his ear and started beating him. I am embarrassed to hear from him, he is my brother. It's all Liam's fault, he said a kiss on the cheek.
"You should not say that loud" I said. I turned to Liam and glared at him.
"I am more mad at you now" I said sitting on the chair and started plating. I ignored both of them and started eating. Everyone came to eat breakfast except dad and Nick. Everyone plated and started eating, dad walked in with Nick. Seeing him everyone started laughing.
Dad's hairs has big hairs pins on top of his head.
"What happened? Why is everyone laughing" he said placing Nick in the high chair and sat beside mom.
"Damn dad, you look handsome today" Chris said controlling his laugh.
"Thank you son" he said smiling at him. Everyone started laughing again.
"Oh David, what happened to you" mom said removing the pins from his head. Dad was surprised to see it. He lifted his hand up to his hair and touched it.
"My God, how did it..... Wait a minute. It's your work isn't it" he said narrowing his eyes at Nick. Nick chuckled and clapped his hand.
"Pa"
"You little monster" he said removing every pins "I don't know when I drifted to sleep again looking after him. This is why I say honey, don't wake me up early" he said groaning.
"Dad, why did mom wake you up early" I asked. He smirked looking at mom. Here it comes.
"You know what couples do when they are alone" there he said it. Mom blushed elbowing him in his stomach.
"Dad" I, Chris and Amanda whined together.
"Don't listen to him. I made him to go for the stores for few things" mom said narrowing her eyes at dad.
"But before that..." Amanda interrupted dad.
"Dad enough. We don't want details and we have a kid here" Amanda pointed Nick. Poor baby he was busy eating his food. Dad kept quiet and started eating.
I thought Liam's parents would think us as a crazy family.
I don't want them to feel awkward about it, so I looked at James and Lily.
They both were smiling and having food. I looked at Liam, but he was already looking at me with a small smile on his face.
He winked at me. I blushed and looked down at my plate.
We all finished and went to living room.
We spent time by playing cards and fishbowl.
Fishbowl was so fun. Liam was a laughing stock for us.
His face was neutral all the time. He don't know how to react for the word.
We all enjoyed. Liam got a call and he took it out for a silence.
When he came back, he face looked like he was frustrated about something.
"David can I borrow Destiny for few hours. We have to go somewhere" he said.
"Okay" dad said. I got up and went to Liam. He took my hand went out towards his car. We sat in and he started driving.
"Where are we going" I asked.
"We are going to the hospital. Ava called me and said someone might be following her" he said.
"Is she alright" I asked worriedly.
"She is good. We will go there okay" he said.
Soon we reached the hospital and went to Harry's room. Ava was pacing around the room as we entered. She saw us and came to me and hugged me. I hugged her back. I released her and looked at her. She looked stressed. We sat on the couch, Harry was sleeping in the bed.
"What happened" Liam asked to Ava.
"Harry said someone was here in this room when he was sleeping, when he got up and looked around no one was there.
So he got scared and called me yesterday night.
I came here as quick I can. I didn't believe him first. But when I slept, I felt someone was watching me.
I got up looked around but no one was there.
And in the morning, I went to run some errands.
I felt someone was following me. So I intentionally stopped at some random shops to see if is he following me, then I was confirmed he is following me.
I didn't know what to do. You guys were near to us, so I called Liam" she said.
"Don't worry, I will look after everything. Did you see that man face" Liam asked.
"No, he was dressed in black. He was wearing a cap with a mask. He was about 5'8 so I didn't see his face" Ava said.
"It's okay, I will call my security and talk about it" he said getting up and left. I grabbed Ava's hand caressed it.
"It will be okay" I said giving her a smile.
She nodded her head smiling sadly at me.
It's been 15 minutes Liam went out. I said Ava, I will be back and went out for searching him.
I didn't find him around the hallways. I went down out of the hospital.
I saw him pacing around the parking lot talking on the mobile.
He looked stressed talking to the person.
He wants to help people who are in danger and seeking his help. He wants everyone he knows to be safe. That's what I love about him.
LOVE. Yes.
I love him. When I realised yesterday, I was shocked.
I didn't know I was in love with him all this time.
His care towards me, trust, happiness, joy and understanding said love.
I love this man, and I was a fool, I didn't recognize it sooner.
The one feeling I was missing when he looked at me was love.
I know he loves me. I have seen in his eyes many times.
And I didn't acknowledged it before. I will tell him soon my feelings, my love to him.
I saw a unusual moment at the corner of my eyes. I turned my head and saw a car coming in full speed in the parking area. And it was headed straight to Liam. He didn't know what was happening. And in instant my legs started moving fast towards Liam.
"Liam" I shouted running towards him. He stopped pacing and looked at me. I saw the car coming fast. I ran towards Liam and pushed him hard. The car went past us in speed. Liam fell on the ground on his back.
But I lost my balance by one of my leg and hit my head hard on the car backlight, which was beside Liam. I kept my hand on the ground in odd way and fell on the ground.
My hand and head was paining like hell. My eyes started to blur and close slightly as I see the Sky.
I felt something trailing down from my forehead.
Through my blur vision I saw Liam face. He seems to be in shock and fear.
He lips moved but I was not hearing anything.
He looked around and called someone. Again he looked at me and his lips moved again.
I feel my eyelids becoming heavier and I blackout.
