Willa Radford Posts Hospital Selfie
Midnight Vampires actress Willa Radford was rushed to t he hospital on Tuesday morning.
After staying silent for two days, the actress took to social media to share an image of her sitting up and smiling in what appears to be a hospital bed. "Feeling so much better today! Thank you to the doctors and nurses at Hollywood Regional Hospital for taking such good care of me," Radford captioned the photo.
It has been reported that the twenty-seven-year-old actress collapsed at her home and was taken to the hospital after her housekeeper found Radford and called 911.
Yesterday, Radford's publicist, Becky Phelps shared that her client "is suffering from dehydration and exhaustion, but she is recovering well. Doctors expect that she will be released from the hospital within the next twenty-four to forty-eight hours."
Over the past five years, Radford has become a Hollywood darling and a household name. Unlike many young actresses before her, Radford has accomplished what few have—move seamlessly from child star into a bona fide adult movie star. Committed to her flourishing career, Radford has filmed twelve major motion pictures in the past seven years, and with that level of success comes mounting pressure to continue.
Sadly, it's not uncommon for celebrities to crumble under the demands of their grueling lifestyles, intense schedules, and increasing performance demands. Radford is simply the latest in a string of celebrities who have been hospitalized for dehydration and/or exhaustion in recent months.
The actress is set to begin work on the highly anticipated superhero film, Captain Commander , next month.
