"We got two of the Parker Pack this morning," Geo said, striding through the door.
I looked up from my laptop, a courting gift from Aiden, and smiled. "That's great. But wait, only two?"
"We'll get the others, don't worry. They took off during the raid in their house." He looked annoyed. "I saw the place, baby. It was awful. I can't believe you lived there for over a year."
"It's in the past now," I told him.
"There were still bloodstains on the floor." He closed his eyes. "I can see you there, bleeding . . ."

"Rich and Bronson."
"Okay. They'll probably talk at some point, right? Tell you where the others are?"
"That's the hope." He leaned back on the sofa, his eyes flicking to my open computer screen. "What are you looking at?"
"Just doing some research. I want to help other omegas like me get away from dangerous alphas."
He put an arm around my shoulders and leaned forward. "Interesting. Did you find anything you can join?"
"Yes! A bunch of places, actually."

"I have zero good answers for that," Finn admitted. He was eyeing Geo now, probably wondering what he saw. "Are we good, man?"

"As part of the pack, you'll get used to it," Finn assured him. "There will be times when we bump into each other or certain parts touch, but it's no big deal."
Geo nodded, his eyes turning to me and darkening. "Our beautiful girl comes first."
"You know it." Finn scooped me up and tossed me in Geo's direction so I landed in the middle of the bed. "I warmed her up already."
"I heard," Geo leaned in to kiss me. "Looks like you better go first, since it's been two years."
Finn sighed. "I'm going to embarrass myself in front of two people now."
"Part of being in a pack?" Geo suggested.
"Forget him." I reached for Finn. "Come here and let's get reacquainted."
