Life looks the same today.

Gym. Work. Pickleball.

But I feel like we have a shot at beating Jim and Agnes. I really do. And it feels good to have this kind of anticipation and hope in my life again.

Oh, and I started seeing a therapist. It's weird to tell someone else my thoughts, but it also feels like the most natural thing I could do. Maybe that means I was ready. Yeah, let's go with that.
