Chapter 17
CHAPTER SEVENTEEN
ATHENA
“I don’t like it here,” I whispered to Evelyn after I stripped off my coat and handed it to the nice lady at the coatroom.
I awkwardly shifted from foot to foot and scanned the lobby, which looked relatively decent.
At least there wasn’t any sex going on yet.
“You’ll get used to it,” Evelyn said, handing over her coat.
“Get used to it?!” My eyes bugged out of my head. “I will not!”
Sun snickered to herself. “You see what Heather got me into?”
I playfully glared at her. “I will not be involving myself in a sex club on a normal basis.”
Heather walked over to us with a huge grin. “That’s what they all say.”
“It’s not going to happen,” I said, crossing my arms. “Trust me.”
After hooking her arm around Sierra’s, Heather walked to the left, where music drifted out of the room. I dragged my feet but continued after them because I did not want to be left here alone. What if someone tried to hit on me?!
“This is the main club area,” Heather said, stopping at the door.
I peeked my head in quickly, saw two older women sitting on this young guy’s lap with his arms around their waists as they felt up his hard cock, and then stepped back. No way did I want to see more.
This is so embarrassing!
Watching porn and seeing it in real life were two waaaaay different things, and I hadn’t prepared myself. I had twenty entire minutes to psych myself up in the car, but I hadn’t thought I’d be this awkward about it!
Hell, Sun came here alone.
“I can’t believe you come here—like, at all!” I said to Sun, my arm locked around her elbow.
Sun was the sweetest and quietest out of all of us, and somehow, she’d met a couple at a sex club?!
“There are naked people!”
Sun giggled into my shoulder. “You should see the glass rooms.”
My eyes widened. “What happens in the glass rooms?”
Heather popped her head between ours and threw her arms over our shoulders, steering us from the bar area and down a separate hallway, where men, women, and couples, scantily dressed, lounged on couches, drinking and kissing.
I gulped, unable to believe that I was here.
“Sierra’s classroom was down that hallway,” Heather noted, nodding to a hallway that we passed. “That’s where she lost her virginity to her professor.”
Sierra playfully slapped Heather. “Not everyone has to know!”
“Doesn’t feel too good, does it?” I giggled, loving that it wasn’t me on the spot now.
Evelyn nudged Sun. “Did you see Maya and Russ? They’re in the main room.”
Sun’s cheeks reddened. “They are?”
“Yep,” Evelyn said. “Bet Maya’s jealous that you’re with us.”
Sun tucked some hair behind her ear. “They don’t like me like that.”
“Mmhmm,” Sierra said.
At the end of the short hallway, Heather stopped and turned around. “You ready?”
“No,” I said.
What were these glass rooms anyway? Definitely nothing good.
“Too bad,” Heather said, yanking me toward her.
She dragged me down the next hallway, where there were several huge glass rooms—some that we could see into, some that we couldn’t, some that were vacant, and some that had a handful of people fucking every single hole in that room.
“Oh my God,” I whispered, pussy beginning to ache.
“Isn’t it so hot?” Heather asked. “Imagine fucking Charlie in one of these.”
My cheeks reddened even more. “Can they see us?”
“It depends,” Heather said. “If they want to see you, they can. If they don’t, they won’t.”
“How does it work?”
“There’s a remote inside the room. You can make the glass completely transparent—transparent from the outside, transparent only from the inside, or not transparent at all.”
“Depends on what the couple is into,” Sierra said. “Some people like to be watched. Some like the thrill of seeing other people while getting it on. Others don’t want to see or be seen at all.”
I sucked in a breath, my nipples hardening. If Charlie ever brought me here, I would want people to watch, but I wouldn’t necessarily want to see them. The thought of other people getting off because of me … made me excited, but the thought of seeing them in real life … not so much.
Online, sure. They could get good angles with a camera.
Some guy inside one of the rooms nodded at the group of us, beckoning for us to come in. My eyes widened, and I dug my heels into the ground in case Heather decided to try to get me to go into one of them.
That was not happening—ever.
Well, maybe not ever. Maybe with Charlie.
My entire body warmed at the thought of being in one of these rooms with him—the walls on the inside dark so that I couldn’t see out, but transparent on the outside so that everyone could see in and watch us have a good time.
It’d be just like … earlier.
Nipples hardening underneath my shirt, I crossed my arms to hide them and chewed on the inside of my cheek.
Would Charlie even ever consider coming to a sex club like this? Probably, but how would I even bring that up in our conversation?!
Hey, I think you might like me. Wanna go to a sex club?
Bruh, I would die from embarrassment if that came out of my mouth!
“I’m going to get a drink,” I said, speed-walking back to the exit of this place.
I needed to take a break or else I would combust from horniness over how much I wanted that man. It was unhealthy, but on the way over, Sierra and Heather had really convinced me that Charlie just didn’t want to overstep.
That had to be it, right?
He didn’t want to ruin our friendship, just like I didn’t want to ruin our friendship.
Once I made it out of the hallway of glass rooms and through all the kissing couples, I stepped into the main bar area, where we had kinda, sorta started. I blew out a low breath, thankful that there weren’t that many naked people fucking in all kinds of ways here.
No shame to them, but this was the first time I’d seen this many naked people in real life.
I found an empty seat on one side of the bar and slid up onto it.
“What would you like to drink, hon?” the bartender said.
I eyed his name tag, which read Abdul, and smiled. “Anything.”
“Anything?” he repeated with a smile, a single lock of his dark, curly hair on his forehead. “You sure?”
“Yes,” I said, relaxing against the back of the seat. “Anything’s good with me.”
All I needed was to get drunk or at least tipsy so I could get through tonight or to give me the courage of slipping out of here while I had the chance so my friends wouldn’t introduce me to blood play next.
“That’s a dangerous thing to say to me,” Abdul said, placing down a napkin and adding alcohol to a drink to make it a pretty pink color. He placed it in front of me and grinned. “What do you think?”
I sipped on it slowly, the sweetness calming me. “It’s really good.”
“House special.” He beamed. “Let me know when you need another.”
“That’ll probably be soon,” I said.
My gaze drifted around the bar aimlessly until I spotted Steven and Hector standing awkwardly on the other side of the bar. I furrowed my brows, wondering what was going on, but then my gaze moved to the couple behind them.
Charlie.
Eyes widening, I stopped mid-sip and stared at him. No, I had to be seeing things. Charlie wouldn’t come to a sex club. At least, not without me, right? The girls had hyped me up so much tonight that I … I thought that Charlie actually wanted me and only me.
I shifted my focus from him to the girl beside him, tears welling in my eyes.
A pretty girl, a foot shorter than him, chocolate hair, brown eyes, and more cleavage than I even had boobs.
Nadia.
