Chapter Twelve #2

For a beat, he just watches me. Then he pulls his shirt over his head and tosses it aside. His chest is broad, dusted with just enough hair to make me want to run my fingers through it. His abs ripple as he moves, every muscle flexing with control.

When he unzips his jeans and sends them flying—accidentally knocking into the mirror—we both laugh.

Even before his boxers come off, I can see how hard he is.

The fabric does nothing to hide the thick length of him, straining toward me.

When he strips them away, I stop breathing altogether.

He’s big—long and thick and beautiful—and the way he moves toward me, cock bobbing slightly, makes everything inside me clench with need.

“I’m not going to be strategic about this,” he says.

“I don’t want you to be,” I breathe.

Without needing to be told, I part my thighs for him, my pulse roaring in my ears. I’m aching. Desperate and ready.

His fingers glide gently down, brushing over my folds with a featherlight touch that makes my hips jump. “You’re wet,” he says, almost in awe.

I nod. I’ve been wet for him since the moment he kissed me.

He slides one finger into me, slow and deep. I gasp, my body tightening around him. “Jason…” I groan, my voice trembling.

He lowers himself between my legs, arms braced beside my hips, and lines himself up. When he begins to push in, my whole body rises to meet him. The stretch is intense, almost too much—but I don’t want him to stop. I want all of him.

“You’re the perfect size,” he murmurs, and something in me melts.

He starts to move, slow and careful, his rhythm tuned to my body’s every reaction. I grow wetter with every thrust, his cock sliding deeper each time. He checks in, his voice gentle. “Is this okay?”

“It’s amazing,” I breathe.

My moans come faster now, soft and broken, his name tumbling from my lips in pieces. “What do you need?” he asks, his voice husky.

“Just this,” I whisper, clinging to him.

And he gives it to me.

He lifts one of my legs, hooks it over his shoulder, and drives deeper. My whole world tilts. I can barely hold on. I can barely think. The only thing that exists is the feel of him, filling me, claiming me.

“Jason…” I whimper. “I want…”

“What?” he growls, chest heaving.

“I want to be on top.”

He stills, eyes burning into mine. Then he rolls to his back, hands behind his head like he’s offering himself up.

His cock stands proud, glistening with my arousal. I climb over him and sink down slowly, inch by inch. It’s intense—more than I expected—but so good I forget to breathe.

His hands come to my hips as I move, steadying me as I ride him. His eyes are glued to my breasts, then my face, drinking in every expression like he’s memorizing it.

“You feel so good,” he says. “You’re so damn beautiful like this.”

When he pinches my nipples, a sharp jolt of pleasure shoots through me. My pace picks up, and with every downward thrust, I grind just right—my clit catching on the base of him in a way that makes me see stars.

“Jason,” I gasp. “I feel it… I really feel it.”

“Let go, Violet,” he growls. “I’ve got you.”

I hold on a second longer, just to savor it. The heat. The rhythm. The slick sounds of our bodies moving in sync. Then it crashes over me—hard and fast.

My orgasm rips through me like lightning. My body shakes, my vision blurs, and I cry out his name, tears sliding down my cheeks from the overwhelming release.

He flips me gently onto my back and thrusts into me again, each movement rougher, more desperate. “Violet,” he groans, “you’re perfect.”

He shudders above me, his body tight with effort. And then he breaks—moaning deep from his chest as he spills into me, warm and full and undone. We collapse together, sweat-slicked and breathless. And for a long, quiet moment, neither of us says a word. Then:

"I love you," he says quietly, and the words slip out like they've been waiting for exactly this moment.

"I love you too," I reply, and saying it feels like solving the most complex equation I've ever encountered—challenging and satisfying and absolutely right.

Afterward, we lie tangled together, and I marvel at how different everything feels. Not just physically, though that's part of it, but emotionally too. Like we've crossed some invisible line and ended up somewhere new and important.

"No regrets?" Jason asks softly, his fingers tracing patterns on my shoulder.

"None," I say, and I mean it completely.”

"Good," Jason says, pressing a kiss to the top of my head. "Some changes are worth recalculating everything else for."

As we lie there in the afternoon light, listening to Jason's phone buzz insistently from somewhere on the floor, I realize that all my careful planning and systematic approaches were helpful, but this—this moment of complete connection and trust—this couldn't be strategized into existence.

Some things really do just happen when they're supposed to.

And some systems work best when you stop trying to control every variable and trust that the most important components will find their way into perfect alignment on their own.
