Chapter 19 – Otis #2

“But why would he do that? The picture clearly shows that they’re together,” I ask.

“I have no idea, but I have a very bad feeling about this,” Jasper says.

“Then we do too,” Lars replies. “But who is Clive?”

“Clive was a client and an ex that broke my heart,” Jasper confirms.

“Oh he is more than an ex. He was a complete prick,” I tell Lars.

“And was married when we were going out,” Jasper adds.

“I think that you need to call Kimber and advise her of what’s going on. Make sure that her lawyers are aware of a potential threat.”

“Hopefully this will blow over, but I’m glad that we’re leaving today for the UK,” Lars replies.

And all of us nod our heads in agreement.

Jasper had been right. Clive and Marj didn’t go away. Well Marj didn’t, anyway. The press at the moment didn’t seem that interested, but it was only a matter of time. I knew that Marj was going to do something. I just didn’t know when.

“You okay to be racing?” Jasper asks, coming over to me from the bathroom.

Being back in the UK, we have been able to stay at Jasper’s house. It was a little further from the racetrack, but I needed the security of home. Of being here with Jasper. It would’ve felt strange going back to my flat.

“Yeah. I will be okay. I need the distraction,” I say over to Jasper.

“At least we have three weeks off then. Do yYou have any idea what you want to do?” Jasper asks.

“I want to stay home with you,” I reply, and look over to Jasper to see his eyes wide. “What?” Wondering why he’s surprised.

“Home?” Jasper replies.

“Yes, home here with you,” I confirm, and then I realise why he was confused. This is the first time that I have referred to his house as my home, “Is that okay?”

“I like you calling it home,” Jasper replies.

“Good. You know that I haven’t been back to the flat since we started dating. Admittedly we have been travelling, too.”

“Yeah I figured that out.”

“I’m going to have to sell my flat. Find myself something else,” I say out loud. Not really talking but more like thinking out loud.

“Sell your flat?” Jasper questions.

“I haven’t been back there since the start of the year and I need something more secure. No secret way in. Plus it was the place I had when I was going out with Marj. It wouldn’t take her long to tell the press what the address is. There would be no place to hide.”

“What about you staying here?” Jasper says.

“Well I would stay here.”

“No, I mean sell your flat and move in here with me,” Jasper says.

“Are you asking me to move in with you?”

“Yes. Technically we are at the moment,” Jasper adds. “It’s just been in hotel rooms, but I have gotten used to waking up next to you.”

“Waking up next to you is nice,” I confirm, “And your bed is better designed for our nighttime activities.”

“Nighttime activities? That’s an interesting way to say sex.” Jasper laughs.

“If I move in here, that means we will have to tell the team about us,” I say.

“Really?”

“I thought that you wanted to tell the team?” I’m confused at Jasper’s sudden change of heart. Since the beginning, the plan had always been to come out to the team. Why does he suddenly no longer want to do that?

“I did. But now I kinda like sneaking around. It makes it fun. The silly little gestures we do.”

“Yeah they are fun, but I never want to hide you. Ever. This thing with Marj is making me reevaluate everything,” I say.

“What do you mean?”

“At the beginning of the year, I was adamant that this year was to be just about my driving. I wanted to show the world that I was faster than Lars.”

“And you are,” Jasper confirms.

“Yes, but Marj coming out of the woodwork has changed all that. She brought my love life into the picture. Maybe I should’ve done a press release back in Japan. Told the world then that the photos were fake.”

“But we agreed to wait,” Jasper says. “We didn’t know what she was going to do.”

“And now Clive is in the picture,” I add. “We know that he’s up to something.”

“But is he? They haven’t done anything in days,” Jasper says.

“They’re up to something, and for some reason I think that they’re going to switch gears and come after you.”

“Because of us?” Jasper responds.

“No. They have no idea about us. But Clive knows about your past. My concern is that he’s going to use that. Get the headlines that way and Marj will appear as the loving supportive girlfriend.”

“I am so sorry that I brought Clive into this,” Jasper says quietly.

“This isn’t your fault. I should be apologising to you for sending Marj in his direction. Maybe I should’ve come clean from the start. Been an out and proud rookie driver.”

“You made the decision that was best for you,” Jasper adds, and he reaches over and pulls me close to him.

At the moment, we’re sitting in the living room, looking at the tele but not really watching anything. Just enjoying some time together alone. No interruptions from the guys. No stupid questions from Marcus.

“You fancy having an early night? We have that new plug to try?” Jasper whispers, kissing the side of my head.

“Actually, I think we’re going to have to reduce our scenes around race days. Last week, going around the track was interesting,” I say.

“Interesting?”

“Okay at times, it was painful, and not the good way. Lars warned me, but I thought that I was better than that. That I would be able to cope better than he would. I was wrong,” I say.

“I want to say sorry, but I’m not. Your arse is just too good. I will try and restrain myself, but I’m warning you, after the race on Sunday, you aren’t going to be able to sit down for the next three weeks,” Jasper responds with a chuckle.

“That sounds like a plan I can agree with,” I say, suddenly looking forward to the next few weeks.

“You know that you still haven’t answered my question about your moving in with me,” Jasper adds.

“Didn’t I?” I reply, trying to be coy.

“No, you didn’t,” Jasper responds, and I feel him squeezing me tighter.

“Are you sure? It’s a huge step. I have never lived with anyone before,” I reply.

“I have never wanted to live with anyone but you. I think you broke me,” Jasper states. “I was happy with the club. Having a scene once in a while. Now look at me wanting to be all domestic.”

“Domestic is not the word I would use to describe you,” I add with a chuckle.

“For fuck sake, Otis,” Jasper demands, and I can hear the frustration in his voice, and I wonder how long I can string him along.

“What?” I reply.

Suddenly, Jasper is pushing me forward, jumping out of the seat and pushing me down onto my back. He covers my body with his and takes my lips in a searing kiss, his tongue slipping into my mouth.

“I have ways of getting you to talk, that don’t involve me taking your arse,” Jasper says as he breaks the kiss. “You are not allowed to move, but you can talk. Do you understand?”

“Yes, sir,” I say, noticing the change in Jasper’s voice.

“Good.”

Jasper places kisses on my jawline, before making his way down my neck.

I can feel him pulling my t-shirt out of my jeans and pulling it over my head, and just when I think that he’s going to pull it off he leaves it in place.

My arms above my head, virtually tied together, and there is nothing I can do. I’m not allowed to move.

“Imagine being able to do this whenever we wanted,” Jasper says between kisses as he goes down my chest.

“Oh,” is the only response I can give him. Too lost in his kisses.

“We could walk around naked if we wanted to,” Jasper adds. I can feel him unbuttoning my jeans and pulling down the zipper, but when I feel his hand slip inside, cupping my dick, all thoughts vanish from my mind.

“Otis,” Jasper demands, and I must have missed something that he said.

“Yes, sir,” thinking that has to be my best response.

“You mean it?” Jasper says, but this isn’t his Dom voice, “You will move in with me?”

“Yes, sir,” meaning every word of it.
