Rivanya's heart refused to calm down. There was a constant uneasiness inside her, as if something was about to go terribly wrong but what, she couldn't understand.

She kept pacing restlessly from one corner of the room to another, her thoughts tangled and heavy.

She had even messaged Rudraksh, asking him to come back on time in the evening.

His reply had been just a simple "hmm." Still, she had sent another message, half teasing and half serious, telling him she was taking that hmm as a promise.

But after that, there had been no reply.

Lost in her anxiety, she suddenly heard a familiar voice rushing toward her room.

The sound was unmistakable it was Dhara.

Instantly, a smile appeared on Rivanya's face, and she hurried outside.

The moment she stepped out, both of them collided, their foreheads hitting each other.

They both cried out in pain for a second, only to burst into laughter the next moment.

Without wasting another second, they pulled each other into a tight hug.

Still holding her, Rivanya said, "You took so long to come! Do you even know how long I've been waiting for you?"

Dhara pulled back slightly, cupping Rivanya's cheeks and playfully squeezing them. "What could I do, Rivu? Exams were there! But now everything is over, and I'm finally here with you."

Rivanya smiled warmly. "Come, let's go inside. This is my room."

Dhara glanced around as she walked in and teased, "Looks like jijaji really loves black. Half of this house is black! And what do you mean your room? Say your and your Kaamdev's room."

Rivanya's cheeks instantly turned red at the teasing. "Will you come inside quietly or not?"

"Okay okay, I'm coming," Dhara laughed as she walked in.

Both of them sat down on the bed, and Dhara immediately narrowed her eyes at Rivanya. "Now tell me, why does your face look like everything is upside down? What's wrong?"

Rivanya tried to brush it off. "Nothing... it's nothing like that."

Dhara folded her arms, giving her a knowing look. "Listen, it's impossible to lie to Dharika Rathore, daughter of Sandeep Rathore especially when it's about you. I've known you since childhood. You're like sister. Now tell me, what happened? Did you fight with jijaji?"

Rivanya shook her head. "No... it's not a fight."

"Then what is it? Speak up."

Rivanya took a small breath before saying softly, "Dharu... maybe your jijaji won't come to do the pooja with me this evening."

"What?!" Dhara exclaimed. "What nonsense are you saying? Why wouldn't he come?"

Rivanya then explained everything how Rudraksh had argued with his father in the morning and had left the house in anger. Dhara listened carefully, her expression thoughtful.

After a moment, she said, "Rivu, according to me, the man who came all the way to Kashi to bring you back despite saying he doesn't consider you his wife but still never lets you bow down in front of the world... that man will never break your trust in front of everyone today."

Rivanya fell silent at her words.

Dhara leaned closer and asked softly, "There's something else too, isn't there? Tell me."

Rivanya took a deep breath. "Dharu... I don't know why, but my heart feels very uneasy today. It feels like something bad is going to happen... and again and again, I keep feeling what if something happens to Rudraksh?"

Dhara immediately pulled her into a hug, holding her tightly.

"Rivu, so much has happened with you in such a short time. It's not easy to process everything at once. Maybe that's why you're feeling like this. But trust me it's just your fear. Nothing will happen to your jijaji. Have faith in Gauri Maa, okay?"

After breaking the hug, Rivanya nodded slowly. "Maybe you're right... I just really hope this is all in my head."

Dhara smiled and lightly tapped her arm. "And what kind of sister are you? I came to your house for the first time, and you didn't even offer me water!"

Rivanya hit her own forehead lightly. "God, I've become so absent-minded! Okay, do one thing you go freshen up first. I've already arranged a room for you. After that, we'll figure out something for you to eat."

Dhara laughed. "You're impossible, Rivu! Today is Shivratri even I'm fasting. I was just teasing you about the water."

Rivanya sighed. "Oh yes! My mind is completely messed up today. Go freshen up, okay? I have a surprise for you."

Dhara's eyes lit up. "A surprise? What is it? Tell me!"

Rivanya shook her head with a small smile. "Nope. Go freshen up first, then I'll show you. Your room is on the left from here."

Dhara grinned as she got up. "As you command, future Rani-sa. I'll be back."

With that, Dhara left the room, still smiling, while Rivanya stood there for a moment her smile slowly fading as the uneasiness crept back into her heart. Shaking off her thoughts, she turned and headed downstairs.

On the other side, Dhara did exactly as Rivanya had told her and went straight to the room on the left. However, Rivanya made a small mistake she didn't personally come to show Dhara the room. And the result? Well... it didn't take long to unfold.

Dhara had only brought a small suitcase with her; the rest of her luggage was supposed to be sent upstairs by the maids as instructed by Rivanya.

Without thinking much, Dhara walked into the room and casually threw herself onto the bed.

But after a few moments, she noticed something odd the faint but distinct scent of a masculine perfume lingering in the room.

Not giving it much thought, she simply picked up a towel and went straight into the bathroom.

Enjoying her time, Dhara took a long, relaxed shower almost half an hour before stepping out wrapped in her towel. But the moment she walked out, she let out a loud scream.

Standing right there in the room was Viswraaj...shirtless.

Both of them froze.

Dhara, furious and shocked, shouted, "What the hell?! Who are you? And how did you get into my room without permission?"

Viswraaj, equally irritated, snapped back, "Your room? Excuse me, miss this is my room. And who the hell are you?"

Immediately, Dhara grabbed a vase nearby and pointed it toward him, warning, "Turn around! Don't you dare look this way, or I'll gouge your eyes out!"

Annoyed, Viswraaj turned his face away and said, "Trust me, I have no interest in looking at you like this. But who are you, and what are you doing here?"

By then, Dhara had already rushed back into the bathroom, quickly getting dressed. Meanwhile, Viswraaj wore his shirt and waited outside, arms crossed, clearly ready to interrogate her.

A few moments later, Dhara stormed out again, fully dressed but still fuming.

"Who the hell are you?" she demanded. "And why are you in my room? And standing like that shirtless? Look, I know karate. Brown belt. I can break your teeth in one hit!"

Before she could continue her nonstop rant, Viswraaj stepped forward and covered her mouth with his hand to shut her up.

"If you let someone else speak," he said firmly, "then maybe you'll understand why I was shirtless in my own room. Yes my room. My house. And you are the one who walked in here without permission, even used my bathroom. Now tell me who are you?"

Dhara glared at him with fiery eyes and gestured angrily toward his hand, signaling him to move it so she could speak. But before he could react, she landed a sudden punch on his stomach.

It barely affected him, but the unexpected hit made him instinctively step back and remove his hand.

"I'm Dhara," she snapped. "Rivanya's sister. And Rudraksh jijaji's saali. Who are you? Some kind of thief?"

Viswraaj narrowed his eyes and replied, "Oh, so you're that cousin sister of Bhabhisa who was supposed to arrive?"

"Bhabhisa?" Dhara frowned. "Who Bhabhisa?"

"My Bhabhisa your sister. Rivanya. My brother's wife," he replied sharply.

Dhara's eyes widened. "Your brother? Who? Rudraksh jijaji?"

"Yes," he said, crossing his arms. "Rudraksh Bhaisa. And I'm his younger brother. And just for your kind information this is my room."

Realization hit Dhara instantly. She had walked into the wrong room.

Without saying much, she quickly grabbed her bag, her face flushed with embarrassment but her attitude unchanged.

Before leaving, she shot him an annoyed look and said, "Jijaji might be nice, but not everyone is like him. You should learn some manners from your brother. And don't you dare come in front of me again, you ill-mannered man."

With that, she stormed out like a gust of wind, leaving Viswraaj standing there, stunned and irritated.

For the first time in his life, someone had spoken to him like that.

He stood there, replaying the scene in his head, disbelief written all over his face. How could this crazy girl be his calm, goddess-like Bhabhisa's sister? On one side, there was Rivanya graceful and composed and on the other, this storm of chaos... a complete bandariya.

And the worst part?

The mistake had clearly been hers.

Yet somehow... he was the one who got scolded.

Dhara, still fuming, stormed straight into Rivanya's room, muttering under her breath. Almost at the same time, Rivanya entered as well, only to find Dhara visibly angry. Slightly confused, she asked softly, "What happened, Dharu? Why are you so angry?"

Dhara turned toward her, irritation still evident in her eyes. "Your devar..."

Rivanya blinked in surprise. "My devar? Which one? And what happened?"

Dhara placed her hands on her waist and shot back, "How many devars do you even have, behen?"

Rivanya replied calmly, "Technically two... but Vyom is Rudraksh's best friend, so I consider him like a devar too. Which one are you talking about?"
