Bonus Epilogue
Mina
We haven’t been to the Vegas Badlands in a while, but Cash insisted we come out to celebrate the engagement tonight. Some of his friends are in town to check out the club, and he wanted us to meet.
So now we’re here in Cash’s VIP round booth. My fiancé is next to me with his hand possessively on my thigh under the table. Cash is to my right, and his three friends sit next to him. Two men and a woman.
They seem cool. They are around my age, but Myles jokes about how he feels like the old man every time we come here because all of Cash’s friends are near my age. His age has never been a problem for me. I love him with all of my heart. I glance at the ring again and can’t help but smile.
“Can I see the ring again?” the woman asks me. She’s stunning. Short like me, with auburn hair. Her eyes are a beautiful honey brown with gold flecks in them.
I hold out my hand to her, and she takes it turning it back and forth to let the lights of the club catch on the diamond. It sparkles so beautifully.
“I think I need one,” she teases. The man on her left kisses her temple.
“Sure thing, Kitten. We can go on Monday and get something custom-made. Niko, you still keep in touch with Luca? You know he’s got a guy for everything.”
“I can give him a call. I think you need a black diamond though, Viper. What do you think, Levi?” the blonde man to the right of her asks as he kisses her neck.
Levi rolls his eyes as he puts his arm around her shoulders.
“Whatever our woman wants, she gets. Isn’t that right, Thea?”
She blushes as she looks up at me then rolls her eyes at Levi. I can see the shift in his eyes when she does. He gives her a look that has her blushing harder and even has me clenching my legs.
Myles’s hand clutches onto my thigh a bit tighter before sliding up higher beneath the hem of the dress. He keeps his conversation with Cash going as he does, acting like he isn’t causing me to melt under his touch.
“Sorry about them…They can be a bit…over the top,” she laughs as she lets go of my hand.
I turn to ask Myles something, but a blonde along the edge of the club catches my attention.
It’s Alexandria. We asked her to come out tonight, but she said she was busy.
When she locks eyes with me, she glances at Cash then the other three in the booth next to him.
Her eyes go wide before she spins and walks out the door.
I try to ask Myles if he knew what that was about, but Nico cuts me off.
“Hey…” Niko picks up his shot glass and gestures to the stage. “Remember the last time you got up on stage, Viper?” he laughs as he downs the shot.
“I don’t think I’ve heard this story,” Cash jokes as he props his elbows onto the table.
I glance at Cash’s arms. The sleeves are pushed up to his elbows showing off all his tattoos. That’s when I remember how he said he knows them. Levi and Nico own a tattoo shop back in Cash’s hometown. They’ve done almost all of Cash’s ink.
“What? We never told you about the night we went to go find Ruby at the strip club and ended up finding Thea as well…Fuck. That’s a fun one,” Niko laughs.
Thea’s face turns even redder as Levi whispers something against her neck. Fuck. Myles is possessive as fuck as is. I can’t even begin to imagine if I had two like him.
“Well…” Levi starts. “It all started when the song, Wicked Game, came on and a beautiful blonde stepped on stage.”
