Chapter 2

Lily

“W hat ?” my friend Rose gasps. “Are you kidding me?”

We’re seated on my bed with notebooks and papers scattered across the coverlet, but neither of us are doing any work at the moment. Instead, I’m sharing the latest development in my love life, and the revelation has Rose gasping with shock.

“No, I’m totally serious,” I say with a smile playing at the corner of my mouth.

“Why would I pull your leg? It’s really going down, Rosie.

Lionel’s having some of his friends over to bowl, but of course, it’s going to be much more than some balls rolling around.

Or maybe there will be lots of balls rolling around and bouncing against one another.

I don’t know,” I finish with a saucy wink.

My pink-haired friend merely stares at me, her mouth agape with wonder and surprise.

Rose is very pretty and resembles an ethereal fairy with her long, pinkish-blonde locks; ivory skin; and big blue eyes.

She’s my closest pal at St. George High School, and we share everything with each other.

She knows that I’ve been secretly dating my stepfather, although I haven’t told her about Lionel’s special anatomy yet.

It seems disrespectful to disclose my stepdad’s secret because he’s been hiding it all his life.

Maybe in time, the facts will reveal themselves, but I know it should be Lionel who makes the call, and not me.

In the meantime, there’s plenty to gossip about because I’ve told Rose how I plan to meet a few of my stepfather’s hot friends for a deliciously raunchy foursome.

Rose is still blinking with surprise, her mouth opening and closing a few more times like a silent fish. Finally, my buddy manages to speak.

“Wow,” she breathes. “Just wow.”

“I know,” I say in a pleased tone. “It’s going to be amazing, and I can’t wait.”

Rose shakes her head, pink locks swaying.

“But who will the guys be? I mean, did Lionel say?”

I shrug.

“He didn’t say specifically, but I think it’s his bowling friends. You know we have an alley at the house, right? Down in the basement, next to the rec room.”

Rose shakes her head.

“No, girlfriend, you’ve never showed me the bowling alley. We watched a movie in your private screening room, and we used the pool and tennis courts out back, but you never mentioned there was a bowling alley.”

I shrug and toss my hair over one shoulder with a smile.

“I guess it’s because you and I aren’t the bowling-type.

But yeah, we have our own lanes and Lionel sometimes has friends over to bowl.

I haven’t met them yet but I doubt they’re your stereotypical bowler.

I mean, I can’t imagine that Lionel hangs out with seventy-year-old geezers sporting big paunches.

My guess is that his friends are fit and masculine, and every bit as gorgeous as my stepdad. ”

“Lionel is gorgeous,” Rose hums in agreement. “I looked him up on-line and he looks like a movie star. It’s hard to believe he works in an office all day.”

“Well, my stepfather works out a lot,” I say in a smug tone. “He tries not to wake me up in the mornings, but generally he meets with a personal trainer at 5 a.m. every day. That is, if I don’t get in the way and ‘distract’ him,” I say with air quotes.

“ Distract ?” Rose squeals while giggling. “Oh my god, I know what you’re insinuating. You’re such a naughty girl, Lily. Holy cow.”

“I know,” I say with a satisfied grin. “He takes me so thoroughly each and every time too,” I add. “Even at 5 a.m. because the man has the energy and stamina of a bull.”

“Oh my god,” Rose chokes with laughter as a faint flush appears on her cheeks. “I can’t believe you’re telling me this.”

I merely shrug while tossing a brown lock over one shoulder.

“Maybe you’ll find your own older man someday, Rosie. Wouldn’t that be amazing? I highly recommend it.”

My pink-haired friend blushes and nods, although she doesn’t say anything. She picks at the coverlet while averting her eyes, and my spidey sense goes off. Is something going on? My mind begins considering various possibilities, but then Rosie speaks again, turning my attention elsewhere.

“So what’s going to happen during this sordid get-together?”

I shrug and smile.

“I don’t know exactly. We’re playing it by ear. But Lionel told me that he’ll have three buddies over because they usually play two to a team when they bowl. So that’s four men total, and I’m expected to service them all.”

Of course, my stepfather wasn’t clear about whether his league is a league of double-cocked men, or whether each guy will be brandishing only the standard equipment. But I’m actually fine either way. This is going to be an experience for the ages, and I can’t wait.

Still, I’m nervous too. I’ve never been with multiple men at once, and although my senses are clamoring for the event to happen sooner rather than later, I wonder if I’ve done enough to prepare myself. A lot of things could go wrong, and I exhale slowly, trying to slow my shuddering pulse.

Rose notices and nods knowingly.

“So are you prepared? I mean, have you taken an Epsom salt bath and done all the good stuff?”

I sputter.

“Epsom salt bath? Why?”

She cocks her head at me.

“Because it loosens your muscles! You’ll need it.”

“But wouldn’t that be for after the encounter, and not before?”

Rose merely smiles.

“Maybe,” she demurs. “But before could help too. But tell me: what else have you done to get ready?”

I frown a bit, mentally reviewing my preparations.

“Come to think of it, not much. I mean, the men are coming over tomorrow night, so I’ve gotten waxed down there, and I had a facial last week.

I never like to get facials too close to D-Day because sometimes I come out puffy and splotchy afterwards.

The redness diminishes with time, but I’ve learned to get my skin taken care of a week in advance, just in case. ”

“Of course, that makes total sense,” Rose hums while nodding. “And what else?”

I shrug.

“Well, I got a mani-pedi,” I say, holding out my gleaming pink nails. “And I’ll get my hair blown-out the morning of, and probably shave myself all over a few hours before, just to be extra soft and ready. But why?” I ask curiously. “Am I missing something?”

Rose bites her lip.

“Well, I mean, there will be four men, so are you ... stretched ? I mean, it’s going to be a lot. It could be overwhelming if you’re not prepared beforehand.”

I sit back, realization dawning.

“You know, I do stretch myself sometimes, and Lionel stretches me out every night, of course. So yes, I get stretched.” Rose doesn’t know that the man of the house has two cocks, and is able to double-drill me while making me scream.

But still, my friend has a point. Four men is a lot.

It’s more than I’ve ever handled, and come to think of it, maybe I need to prepare more.

A thrill of anticipation runs down my spine, but at the same time, nerves start to roil inside my stomach.

“Oh god, I’m going to be sick,” I mutter while pressing both hands to my tummy. “Oh no, oh no!”

“Here, have some water,” Rosie says quickly, holding out her water bottle. “Breathe deep. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale.”

I close my eyes while following her instructions, and fortunately, the nausea subsides a bit. When I open my eyes again, the room is no longer spinning, and the bile seems to stay put within my tummy.

“Okay, that’s better,” I breathe while wiping away the sweat on my forehead. “Thanks, girlfriend, for the water. You’re a lifesaver.”

“It’s no problem,” Rose says, her pretty features genuinely concerned. “But that was quite the reaction, Lils. I think you should put off the foursome. Ask your stepdad if you can do it next week or even the week after.”

“What? No,” I say. “I couldn’t.”

“Why not?” she asks, cocking her head to the side. “It’s fine. Just tell your stepfather you’re not ready.”

I shake my head.

“No, I’m a woman who delivers on my word, and I’m not going to be the kind of girl who backs out at the last minute. I’m not flaky like that.”

Rose takes my shoulders in her hands and looks me in the eye.

“Of course you aren’t, Lils. I wasn’t implying that at all. But there’s a difference between being a flaky airhead, and being genuinely ready for an encounter with four men. It’s not the same thing and you shouldn’t be ashamed about taking a rain check. Especially if you’re not ready.”

I shake my head again, brown curls flying.

“No, I’m ready,” I say in a determined tone. “I can do it. I have to.”

Rose purses her lips thoughtfully, before nodding again.

“I believe you, Lils. You can do anything you put your mind to because you’re an independent, sassy curvy go-getter with a mind of your own.

But how about talking to Lionel first, and getting his take on it?

It can’t hurt to talk, right? Besides, you’re in love with your stepfather, and he cares about your welfare.

I think you can share your doubts with him, and he’d listen without judging. ”

My knee-jerk reaction is to shake my head again.

“No, I’m fine,” I say in a firm voice. “I can do it.”

“Of course you can, Lils,” Rose says in a soothing tone while taking my hand in her own.

“But it’s okay to talk with Lionel about any reservations you might have.

Who knows? Maybe he’ll have some suggestions on how to manage the situation.

I mean, it kind of sounds like he’s done it before, to be honest.”

I blink, genuinely surprised.

“Wait, what do you mean?”

Rose merely looks me in the eye.

“Lils, your stepfather is a gorgeous forty-something alpha male in the prime of his life. I know he was married to your mother for a bit, but my guess is that women have been throwing themselves at him non-stop ever since he was fifteen and on the football team. Didn’t you say that the waitress at the restaurant was practically salivating at his feet?

My guess is that Lionel’s done threesomes before, and that you’re not the first.”

Of course, Rose doesn’t realize that Lionel has two cocks, and that he protects that particular secret with his life.

But her words do make sense. Something tells me that Lionel’s walked down this path in the past, and maybe I should share my apprehension with him.

Maybe I should articulate my reservations, doubts, and fears because perhaps the alpha male will have insight about what to do next.

Lionel’s the love of my life after all .

.. and my guess is that the man of the house has all the answers.
