21. Chapter 21
Chapter 21
Andy
“You know you didn’t have to take off to come with me, but I’m glad you did.”
When I told Jesse that all the guys were getting together to celebrate Cody’s new store, he rearranged some things so he could come with me.
“I didn’t mind at all, slugger. Your brother had a whole week off, so it won’t kill him to handle a Tuesday night by himself. Plus, I love music, so I’m interested in meeting Cody.”
“I bet you are. You could almost open your own record store with as many as you have.” I teased. Kind of. The guy did have a huge collection.
“True, except if I did that, I would have to let them go. And, baby boy, when I find something I love, I keep it.”
I wasn’t sure if he meant what I hoped he did by that, but tonight wasn’t the night to ask, so instead, I just chose to believe that he planned to keep me, too.
I leaned over and brushed a kiss across his lips. “We better get going, or we’ll be late.”
A few minutes later, we walked into The Spotted Dog, and he looked around, taking in the packed tables and all the people standing around the bar. “Wow, is it always this busy?”
“On pool tournament nights, it is, but not usually. First responders are pretty competitive. I think it’s part of their genetic makeup.”
“I can see that.”
“You should see us when we’re doing drills. We split into teams, and getting the fastest time is a point of pride.” I looked around until I found where all the guys from Station Sixty-nine were sitting. They’d pulled two large tables together, and even those were pretty much full. “There they are.” I grabbed Jesse’s hand and dragged him with me over to the table.
“Probie!” Ford called out. “About time you got here. Pull up a couple of chairs and join us.” All the guys scootched closer together, making room for two more chairs.
“Where’s Caleb?” I loved hanging out with the crew from the station, but I’d been looking forward to spending some time with Caleb. I hadn’t seen him much in the last couple of weeks.
“He has a thing at the library tonight, so he couldn’t make it.”
“Oh, okay. I’ll give him a call later then.”
We found two empty chairs at another table, and after making sure they weren’t being used, we pulled them up to our table and took a seat.
A lot of the guys already knew Jesse, some from the club, and just from growing up here, but we went around the table doing introductions, anyway. He’d never met Cody before, and they launched into a discussion of music almost right away.
“So…” Ford motioned his head towards Jesse, who was deep in conversation about the comparison between folk-pop and outlaw country music. “Things seem to be going pretty good.”
“They are.” A smile the size of Texas spread across my face. “Like really good.”
“Good deal. You deserve it.”
“So do you. You should really ask her out.”
“Who?”
“You know who.” I glanced over at Yasmin, one of the firefighters on C shift.
“No, and I’m not going to. Chief wouldn’t like it. She may be on a different shift, but she’s a lieutenant.”
“Excuses, Ford, all I hear are excuses.” I laughed when he rolled his eyes at me, but he knew I wasn’t wrong. The chief would’ve kept them on separate shifts for sure, but he wouldn’t have had a problem with them seeing each other. The real problem was Yasmin was a strong woman, and Ford was scared shitless.
“So what can I get for y’all?” The server, Don, looked at me and Jesse. “They already ordered some nachos that should be out any minute.”
“Yeah, but I’m hungry. So I think we should get a second order just to be safe.”
“Sure thing. I’ll put that in for you. Y’all do have a big crowd tonight.” He motioned to the large group sitting around the makeshift table.
“Yeah, it’s been a while since we had this many people from the station come at once. Of course, some of that is because Cody over here is about to open his new business, and this crew can turn anything into an excuse for a party.”
“Well, you’re here, aren’t you?” Kevin asked from across the table.
“I didn’t say it was a bad thing. Just that it was a thing.”
“It’s true, though,” Keith agreed. “We do like to celebrate our wins, and this is a win for Cody, and for Vesper. We haven’t had a record store in town since Spin went out of business last year.”
“A record store sounds cool,” Don said. “I don’t have a turntable, but my sister does. As a matter of fact, a record would probably make a good present. Her birthday is next week. Maybe I’ll stop in. When are you opening?”
“It’ll still be a couple of weeks, so not in time for her birthday, sorry,” Cody said.
“That’s okay. Maybe I’ll just give her some cash and tell her to use it in your store when it opens. Now, other than the second order of nachos, can I get y’all anything?”
“No,” Robert said. “We have plenty of beer, so I think we’re good.”
Don went on his way, and we all went back to talking.
“So, Jesse, how is that second Daddy/boy Night working out?” Keith asked.
“Good, I wasn’t sure if there would be enough interest to have two a month, but it seems to be going really well. Now we just have to see if it keeps up.”
“I think it’s going to be great for the club.” I reached over and took Jesse’s hand. “And all the new security precautions are going to help, too.”
“Thanks, slugger.” He leaned over and kissed me on the temple. “Now, did I hear someone down the table say something about a baseball game?” he asked.
“Softball, actually. It’s a fundraiser that Keith came up with while he was on light duty. We’ll have two teams and have an exhibition game at the park with a big cookout and everything. It should be fun.”
He leaned over close to my ear. “So I get to see you in a pair of those nice snug baseball pants, then?”
“Sure do. I’ll even give you a preview if you want.”
Don slid my plate of nachos in front of me and added a small stack of plates so they could be shared before heading down to the other end of the table with a tray of what looked like another order of nachos and an order of loaded fries.
I pushed one of the plates Don had brought us over in front of Jesse so he could help himself and grabbed a nacho that was loaded with meat, cheese, beans, fresh salsa, and sour cream. I took a bite and let out a small moan. All the ingredients they used here were super fresh, and the fajita steak they put on the nachos was perfectly seasoned.
“Good?” he asked, and I nodded. “Well, I’ll have to try them then.” He placed one hand on my thigh and used the other to pick up one of the chips, popping it in his mouth. “That is pretty tasty.”
He continued eating one-handed while the other hand remained possessively on my leg.
“So, Andy, are you back at your house?” Kevin asked in something that sounded like a challenge, and Jesse’s grip tightened on my leg.
“He’s staying with me,” Jesse said in something that sounded a lot like a growl.
Kevin chuckled. “Good, good. That’s what I was hoping you would say. I just wanted to make sure that was the case. I feel a lot better knowing Andy’s somewhere safe.”
Jesse’s grip loosened slightly. “I couldn’t agree more, Kevin.”
They stared at each other for a second.
“I figured you did, but I also know our probie here can be a little, umm, stubborn sometimes—”
“I am not stubborn.” I insisted, and Jesse and Kevin both gave me a you’ve got to be joking look, but then they went back to talking.
“I just wanted to make sure you were aware of the full situation. We don’t know what this guy is going to pull next.”
“I’m aware, but it makes me feel better knowing all of you are looking out for him when he’s not with me.”
“Don’t you worry, man, we got your boy’s back.” Kevin shot Jesse a look that said more than words, and Jesse gave him a decisive nod. Apparently, the two men had come to an understanding or made a pact or something. The only thing missing was for one of them to pull out a knife and swear a blood oath. Silly alpha types. And they called me stubborn.
He leaned over and placed a kiss on my cheek. I rolled my eyes, but I couldn’t hold back a little smile.
“I love how stubborn you are, brat. Don’t ever think otherwise.”
We finished off the nachos and most of the beer while everyone talked, mostly about who should play what position at the softball game.
I loved watching Jesse interact with my friends from the station. Turned out, he went to high school with both Si and Becca, and he knew more than a couple of the guys from the club. But what I didn’t love was the way he’d been teasing me ever since that conversation with Kevin. He was driving me insane, and I had no doubt he knew it. He’d run his hand up and down my thigh and then stop to focus on something he was saying. Then he would start again. At one point, I reached down and put my hand on his to stop him. He gave me a warning look, and I pulled my hand away.
We stayed until Keith checked his watch. “Oh, it’s time for Caleb to get off. I don’t want him leaving the library alone right now, so I need to get going.”
A couple of other people also stood up to leave, and Jesse took that as his cue for us to go, as well.
“Baby boy,” he said, just loud enough for me to hear. “You’re on shift tomorrow, so we need to get you to bed.”
“But I’m not sleepy.” I licked my bottom lip before rolling it up between my teeth and biting down on it.
“I didn’t say anything about sleep, now did I?”
“No, no, you did not.”
I stood, pushing back my chair. “Umm, time for us to go, guys. I’ll see most of you tomorrow. Cody, congrats on the store, man. I’ll stop by and see if I can find anything to buy after you’re open.”
I grabbed Jesse’s hand and pulled him with me. He looked back over his shoulder, laughing. “It was nice to see everyone.”
We made small talk on the way home. He asked a few questions about some of the guys, and I did my best to answer, but after the way he’d been touching me all night, I was too on edge to be overly talkative. I swear I could still feel his hand sliding up my thigh, his finger creeping closer and closer to my hard cock, but always stopping before he actually touched me the way I wanted. Not that him stopping was a bad thing, because if he had touched my dick, I swear I probably would’ve come right there in my pants like a horny teenager. Just from the brush of a finger.
He pulled into his driveway and turned to look at me. He took in a deep breath and let it out slowly before speaking in that deep, commanding Daddy voice of his.
“Baby boy, go inside, take off all your clothes, and wait for me on the bed. I’ll be right there. I need to grab us a couple bottles of water.”
But he wasn’t fooling me. He didn’t really need water. He just wanted to give me time to get naked. I considered making it a game. I wondered if he would hunt for me if I hid from him. Or if he would chase me if I ran. He probably would, but there would be a price to pay.
Besides, my Daddy loved it when he found me naked on the bed waiting for him, and I wasn’t in the mood to play around. I just wanted him, and I wanted him now.
A few minutes later, he strode into the room, removing his clothes as he moved. He didn’t say a word, but when he reached the bed, he grabbed my legs and pulled me to the edge. Then with no warning, he leaned down and swallowed my cock all the way to the root, taking me to the back of his throat.
“Oh, fuck,” I cried out, taking quick, shallow breaths and praying I wouldn’t come right away. “Daddy, yes, oh, fuck.”
He held me there for a second, swallowing around my cock.
“I’m gonna come, Daddy. I—”
He lifted his head, sucking all the way, and my cock came out of his mouth with a pop. He chuckled and gave me a wicked smile. “No, you aren’t. Not yet anyway, but if you’re a good boy, I’ll let you come later.”
I whimpered at the idea that he might not let me.
“I love the noises you make, all needy and wanting. They have to be the sexiest thing I’ve ever heard.” He squeezed some lube onto his fingers and began to slowly slide them in and out of my hole, and those noises he’d just said he loved got so much louder and more desperate that I almost couldn’t even believe I was the one making them. “Are you ready for me, baby boy?”
“Yes, Daddy. I’m ready.” I gasped out because I wasn’t just ready. I swear if he didn’t hurry up and fuck me, I was going to die from… well from something. Need? Could you die from need?
“You want me to slide my hot, hard cock into your body and fuck you until you can’t think?”
“Yes,” I pleaded as he sped up the thrusts of his fingers.
“Well, baby boy, if you want me to fuck you, you know what I want you to do.”
I knew exactly what he wanted, and I wasn’t above begging, not if it made him happy. Not if it would get me what I wanted. “Please, Daddy, please fuck me. Please.”
“You beg so pretty for me.” He lined up his cock with my hole and slid in all the way until I felt like I was so full I might burst. He pulled almost all the way out and then thrust back in deep and hard.
“Yes, that. Daddy, please.” He was giving me exactly what I wanted. What I needed, so I didn’t know why I was still begging, but I was. “Please, please, please.” Over and over.
“Such a good boy. Taking Daddy’s cock like that.” He gripped my hips and shifted our position slightly, just enough so that he was hitting that magical spot deep inside me, sending shock waves of pleasure all through my body.
“Yes. Yes. Please, more.” I was so close, and I hoped he wasn’t planning to make me wait this time because I wasn’t sure I would be able to, and I wanted to be a good boy. I really did. Good boys got rewards, and I desperately wanted a reward right now. “I need to come, Daddy, please. Please let me come.”
“Such a good boy asking permission.” He slammed harder and faster into me, but he didn’t tell me I could come.
I whimpered and bit down on my lower lip, trying to hold off the inevitable climax that was hovering just beneath the surface of my skin. And just when I thought I wasn’t going to last, that there was no way I could wait, he grabbed my cock and began to tug.
“Come for me, baby boy. Now.”
My back arched, and I cried out as wave after wave of pleasure coursed through my body, and hot, wet cum shot out of my cock and up onto my chest. He let out a harsh growl and thrust into me hard and deep one more time, staying there as he emptied himself into my body.
When he was done, he collapsed down beside me. “Are you okay, baby?”
“Yeah,” I said softly. “Just wondering if I even have the energy to go to the bathroom and get cleaned up. I’m not sure my legs work anymore.”
He chuckled. “You stay put, and I’ll take care of everything.”
He went to the bathroom and came back with a warm washcloth. Then he cleaned us both up before dropping the washcloth on the floor by the bed, pulling me into his arms.
