Ben: So, it looks like the cat is out of the proverbial bag.
Melody: Dare I ask which cat is out of which bag?
Ben: According to the sports blog Rumor Has It, “You heard it here first! Benjamin Logan, star forward of the Chicago Challengers, appears to be dating none other than Melody McGuire, the daughter of assistant coach, Drayton McGuire. At the time of publication, no one from the Challengers organization saw fit to confirm or deny our suspicions, but one look at this picture and it would be hard to refute that the pair are involved, were involved, or will soon be involved . . .”

Melody: Oh wow. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that some of the escape room photos would wind up on the Learn to Skate website eventually, but I guess I never expected our team photo to look so . . . romantic?
Ben: It does look rather romantic, doesn’t it? <3
Melody: It really does. Despite Penny’s enthusiasm, all I can really see is the way you’re looking at me. It looks like you can’t take your eyes off me. *blushing emoji
Ben: You’ve had my attention since the very beginning. Now, there’s simply photographic evidence.
Melody: I don’t even know what to say to that. *blushing emoji
Ben: You don’t have to say anything, sweetheart. Just know it.
Melody: . . .
Ben: Did I scare you?
Melody: No. I was just gathering my thoughts.
Ben: Take all the time you need. I’ll be here when you’re ready.
Melody: . . .
Melody: Do you think it would be strange if I asked Shawna for a set of our escape room photos?
Ben: Funny you should ask that.
Melody: Why?
Ben: Because I already asked her. :-)

Melody: How is it that you always know exactly what to say?
