Chapter 23 #2
As soon as he exhales with a sated groan, I slide my mouth off his cock but make sure to take all his cum with me.
“I can’t believe you did that.”
Sitting up, I make sure he watches me swallow.
“And I can’t believe you did that.” His brows shoot up like he’s impressed.
That makes two of us, but I especially can’t believe that happened before we’ve kissed on the mouth.
“It was a lot of fun,” I finally tell him. “I’m honestly surprised how turned on it made me knowing how aroused you were.”
All this time I thought there was no way it’d fit in my mouth, and I’d choke to death. But now I’m addicted to his reactions and crave hearing him praise me for doing a good job.
He adjusts his jeans, tucking himself back inside his briefs. “That’s what should happen, especially with someone you trust.”
“In case you wondered, cum has a weird texture and is a little bitter and salty.”
Waylon bursts out laughing. “Yeah, so I’ve heard.”
“Girls don’t taste like that, right?”
“No, not at all.”
“I felt it when I came earlier…almost like I peed myself a little.”
“That’s common. Some women can squirt and it makes a huge mess.”
“Whaddya mean by squirt? Like how?”
“Like…a waterfall, almost?”
“A waterfall? You’re messin’ with me.”
“I swear, I’m not!” He holds up his palms in mock surrender. “There’s like a bunch of studies and articles on how to do it.”
“Wow…more stuff I need to research and learn.”
“It’s easiest with fingers and clit stimulation.”
“Really?” I arch a brow. “So you’ve made someone squirt before?”
“Uh, you want me to answer that?”
“I might be a virgin, but I’m well aware you’re not. I know you’ve been intimate with other women.”
“That doesn’t bother you?”
“Why would it?”
He shrugs, glancing away, and I wonder if that was the wrong thing to say. I suppose most people wouldn’t want to hear about the previous partners of the person they like, but I have no right to be upset about something that happened before we even started talking or hanging out.
“It doesn’t bother me because it’s in the past. It’d be different if you were teachin’ me and three other girls at the same time.”
“Three?” He huffs a laugh.
“I’m just sayin’! And I only asked because I wanted you to try it on me.”
“You want me to go down on you?”
“Only if you wanna. It’d be cool to experience it with someone who knows what they’re doing. Like you said, it’s important to have the right partner who can make it good for me.”
“Right, I did say that.” He scratches his cheek.
“You don’t haveta if it’s uncomfortable for you,” I tell him. “You’re allowed to say no to me, by the way.” I chuckle, hoping to slice away the tension between us.
“It’s not that I don’t want to, Harlow…trust me, I’ve thought of nothin’ else than makin’ you cum on my tongue.”
“Oh…” My face flushes at his blunt confession.
“But before we go further, I think we need to talk about the elephant in the room.”
Licking my bottom lip, I suck it in between my teeth and hold my breath as I anticipate his next words.
“Okay…”
“I want you.” His blue eyes meet mine. “As more than a friend. I want you all to myself. And I know you being Delilah’s sister and much younger than me might cause issues, but I couldn’t go another second without tellin’ you how I feel.”
I swallow hard, trying to suck in as much air as possible, but all the blood drains from my face and then I get dizzy.
“Harlow?”
I beg my head to catch up so I can say the right thing, but the longer I say nothing at all, the more awkward it gets.
“Are you okay?” he asks.
Finally, I blink away the fog and shake my head.
“S-sorry. You…I…” I swallow again because my throat’s gone dry. “I wasn’t expectin’ that and am tryin’ to find the right words to say.”
He lowers his gaze as if he anticipates something bad. “Say whatever you feel.”
“I feel…like you could do so much better than me.”
He tilts his head, narrowing his eyes as they meet mine. “Why would you think that?”
“I’ve crushed on you for a while, but in the way someone crushes on a famous singer—not someone who’s within arm’s reach and could like you back. You have so much more to offer than I could give you in return.”
“I don’t agree with that. But you didn’t know I liked you?”
“I mean, Natalie suggested that you did, but I told her she was wrong. I thought you were just being helpful and friendly.”
The corner of his lips tilts up in amusement. “Natalie was not wrong. Although I was being helpful, I’m not usually this friendly with girls I don’t like.”
“Dammit, she’s gonna love rubbin’ that in my face.” I laugh, then ask him the million-dollar question. “Why haven’t you kissed me?”
“I was tryin’ not to cross the line between teachin’ you the things you asked and makin’ things intimate between us in a way that a couple would be,” he explains. “I also didn’t wanna steal your first kiss if you didn’t have the same feelings toward me.”
“I only have feelings for you…like…a lot of ’em,” I admit shyly.
He blows out a breath of relief, grinning. “Good…then get back in my lap so I can kiss you the way you deserve.”
