Epilogue
BEAU
TWO YEARS LATER
The hum of the air conditioner was loud enough to drown out the construction on the street, but I was starting to get a headache from staring at a screen all day.
I took my glasses off and rubbed the bridge of my nose. I still hadn’t gotten used to the feel of them on my face, but it was better than putting plastic directly onto my eyeballs. That freaked me out.
When my vision began to deteriorate six months back, I’d reluctantly let Lea take me to get glasses. He knew me well enough that he didn’t even try to suggest contacts, but he’d been very adamant about me doing something.
He said in no world was I going to look at a blurry vision of him in lingerie. He wasn’t having it.
My lips curved in a smile.
Speaking of Lea, where was he? He said he’d be right back and that was—I glanced at the clock.
That was an hour ago. Had he gone to see his family? We were in Crescent Lake for the week, spending July Fourth with his parents and siblings.
“Excuse me, teacher?”
As it always did, my heart raced at the sound of Lea’s voice. I turned around and watched my fiancé prowl toward me.
“Oh my god,” I breathed as my gaze trailed down to the tiny, lavender-colored skirt he wore over panties of the same color. Attached to the panties were garters that he’d clipped to lavender pantyhose with lace edges on his thighs.
He was the most beautiful man in the entire world, and he was all mine.
He brushed aside the papers and slid onto the desk. “I thought we agreed no work, only play tonight.” He swung his leg over me until he was spread-eagled in front of me. “And I really need someone to play with me.”
My mouth went dry as I stared at Lea’s hard cock covered in soft silk. I swallowed and raised my gaze to his. “Oh yeah?”
“Mm.” He set his feet on the arms of my chair, caging me in, then rolled me closer to him. I throbbed in my pants and let my fingers drift up his calves, adoring the heat and desperation in his eyes. “I’ve been really, really naughty, though. I think I need to be taught a lesson.”
One of those hose-covered feet moved to my groin, and I moaned when he slid the ball of his foot up my hard length.
“Fuck,” I breathed, pressing myself into his foot. I curved my palm over the top of his foot, huffing as I raised my eyes to his. “You are so beautiful, Lea. Every single inch of you.”
“Oh? But you haven’t even seen the best part yet.” His tongue peeked out, coyly touching the corner of his lips as he slid even further down the desk, opened his legs as wide as he could, and pulled aside the thin scrap of silk behind his balls.
I grabbed the base of my shaft and squeezed as an overwhelming rush of need hit me.
Oh, god, he had a plug in.
“I’ve been bad, Mr. Hart, and I need you to be so good to me.”
I almost laughed because it didn’t make sense, but I leaned forward, kissed the inside of his thigh, and stood.
Lea lost his mind when I pretended to be confident, dominant, and all-around bossy. I called it role-playing, but we both knew better—Lea had brought out all the parts of me that were only ever meant for him. And he loved those parts as much as the rest of me.
He also loved the sound of a belt buckle being undone, so now I wore belts with metal buckles all the time.
His eyes flitted down to my belt, then back up to mine, and he leaned back on his elbows. The flush across his cheeks made his dark pink lips seem even rosier than usual.
I leaned over him, needing those lips on mine.
I slid my tongue out and licked his bottom lip, then sucked it into my mouth.
He moaned, then made an adorable sound of disappointment when I pulled back.
But as soon as he heard my belt buckle being undone, his head fell back and he groaned, slowly moving his hips. “Fuck, Beau.”
I lifted a brow at him.
“Shit. I mean, sir.”
I slid the belt from the loops in my waist, letting it jingle as much as possible, and set it on the desk near his hip.
“Did you get yourself ready for me? Because that was very naughty, baby.”
Lea gasped, closing his legs around my waist and squeezing.
Another new addition to our love life was me calling him all the term of endearments he loved to use on me. I’d felt so stupid the first time I’d ever called him babe or baby or darling or sugar, but he’d gone absolutely wild, and that feeling of embarrassment had faded fast.
“Yes, I did,” he panted, rolling his hips and pressing his hard cock onto mine. “I got myself so wet for you without permission.”
I tsked, sliding my hands up the hose on his thighs and fingering the lace edges. I snapped one of the garters, making him gasp. “You know what I have to do now, don’t you?”
I pressed my palm firmly onto his hard length, swirling my middle finger over the wet spot on the tip. “And you’ve gotten your panties all dirty. We’ll have to make the rest of you just as filthy, won’t we?”
Lea writhed beneath me, then grabbed a fistful of my shirt.
“Beau, I can’t play anymore, please fuck me.
I’m gonna die if you don’t fuck me right fucking now.
” He reached around and started tugging at the plug buried in his ass, so I swatted his hand away and gently pulled it out, watching his face.
His eyes rolled back, and he gasped when I pushed it back in an inch.
“You goddamn tease,” he said hoarsely. “I’m never wearing my—ohhhhh.”
I pulled out the plug and pushed my cock inside him, practically coming when he squeezed around me. He was so slick and hot, and he locked his ankles right above my ass as he started to move with me.
“Fuck, you feel so good,” he panted. “Harder. Fuck me harder. Fuck me—unnggh.”
Sweat dripped down my temples as I pounded into him. And no matter how fast I went, he met me thrust for thrust, pressing himself onto me to take me even deeper.
“Give it to me, baby. Come on. Tell me who I belong to. Tell me.”
Sparks flashed in my vision, and right before I was about to come, I leaned down and whispered, “Me. You’re mine, and I love you,” before closing my lips over Lea’s.
He splayed his hands on my face and moaned, slowly rolling his hips as I poured myself into him. Something warm and sticky hit my stomach. Lea curved one hand over the back of my head and slid the other down to my ass, pressing me into him, keeping me there.
He slowly stroked his fingers through my hair, gazing up at me with a warm, sated smile. “I’m gonna need you to help me clean myself, darling.”
I was still trying to catch my breath, still staring down at the stunning man beneath me. I dropped a kiss onto his chest. “Anything for you.”
“I had a sexual awakening when you became a real teacher. I think I have a competence kink. Is that a thing? Because it’s hot as fuck watching you work. A man that knows what he’s doing—and does it with confidence—is the biggest turn-on.”
Lea slid lazy fingers through my hair. He was sitting on my lap, his arm wound around my shoulder, leaning into me as much as he could.
My face was on fire, so I turned and buried it in Lea’s neck. “Stop, everyone will hear you,” I mumbled, not actually wanting him to stop. “It’s just a computer class.”
He dragged his nails down the nape of my neck. “I will not stop. I can feel you getting hard again, you dirty little pervert. You love it when I praise you.”
I laughed, then kissed his neck. “I love it when you do anything. I love you.”
“Can you believe we met at a wet t-shirt contest?” He sighed. “My knight in a wet white shirt. That’s a story for the grandkids—but only when they’re all grown up.”
I laughed again. “We didn’t meet there, you dragged me there and forced me to trade shirts with you.”
Lea gasped in faux offense. “I did no such thing! You basically stripped in front of me—slowly and with the sexiest smirk—and begged me to wear your shirt. I only acquiesced because I really needed a white shirt.”
Affection flooded my heart to the point of bursting. God, I loved him so much.
I kissed a line up to his jaw and said, “Yeah, you’re right. My bad. We just have so many crazy moments it’s hard to keep track.”
“Don’t worry, I got you, babe.”
“Judy, just give me the goddamn stick! You’ve had your turn!”
I glanced over at Liam, Lea’s younger brother, stifling a laugh at the mischievous gleam in Judy’s eyes as she teased him.
When I’d first met the rest of Lea’s family, I’d been so nervous I thought I might throw up. But they’d all proven themselves to be just as friendly and accepting as Lea, and after I’d gotten over my initial nerves, being with them was comfortable and easy.
While Judy and Liam fought over a stick to roast marshmallows on, Lea’s parents were nursing beers and watching the fire.
“You want one?” Lea asked me, nodding at the cooler of drinks.
“No, I’m all right,” I said.
“You could’ve had a drink if you weren’t driving all the way back to the hotel later.” Lea’s mom pouted, and I tensed up. “Why did you get a hotel room? We’ve got plenty of space here!”
Lea squeezed my hand in reassurance because he knew I was panicking right now.
“Because, mother dear, you would be all up in our space for the entire duration of this visit and we desperately need our privacy. Don’t ask again. I mean it.”
She’d been asking us why we were staying in a hotel since we arrived, and every time it ramped up my anxiety.
Lea was getting irritated with them, I could tell.
On my behalf.
He was getting upset for me because he knew what made me upset and—god, I wasn’t sure I’d ever get used to having someone like Lea. Being loved by him.
I didn’t want to get used to it. I wanted this feeling to never go away, this incredible awe and profound gratitude that I’d been gifted with such a beautiful soul to spend all my days with.
“Beau, darling, please tell me—I still have the high score in DDR at the arcade, right?”
I smiled at Judy while Lea snorted. “Well, I think so but—”
Lea tugged my hair. “Judes, I blew you out of the water the moment you left. You’re at the bottom now.”
She shot Lea a glare and grumbled something, then started whispering with Liam.
An opportunity to tease each other was never wasted in this family.
“The show’s gonna start soon,” Lea murmured in my ears. “Let’s ditch these losers.”
I huffed a laugh. We weren’t ditching anyone, just moving closer to the lake for a better view.
Lea’s family’s house sat on a small hill that gently curved down to the lake.
It was a beautiful property, and more than once I’d imagined a smaller, more innocent Lea running around back here.
Maybe missing some teeth. Maybe with some poison ivy.
Maybe crying after falling down. Maybe lying on the grass and looking up at the stars on a clear night.
The vibrance of Lea was something his entire family possessed, and I was so glad he’d been born into such a loving family.
One I would soon call my own.
“Come on, sugar. I know the best spot.”
Lea grinned at me and pulled me along. I had a flashback to the first time we’d gone to the beach. All the feelings that had accompanied me then. The shyness, the wonder, the yearning.
Everything had changed the moment I’d stepped foot into Blue Harbor, and it was all thanks to this gorgeous man.
We headed down the hill toward another fire pit where a multitude of chairs were arranged. Lea guided me to two chairs at the outer end of the circle, sat in one, and dragged me onto his lap.
“Lea!” I hissed, trying to get up.
He laughed and squeezed me tight. “Nope. I want you right here, babe.”
I sighed, glanced at his family—who weren’t paying a single lick of attention to us—and leaned back. “Fine.”
I couldn’t ever deny him a single thing.
I leaned my head back until it was next to his, flushing when he smacked a loud kiss onto my cheek. “Good boy.” He brushed a wayward finger over one of my nipples and I jolted.
His lips were warm on my neck, his teeth nipping at my nape. “I think I’m the luckiest man in the world, Beau Hart.”
My stomach swooped. I glanced up at him to find his eyes on mine, serious and intense. “Yeah,” I rasped. “Me, too.”
He smiled when his lips touched mine, then rubbed his nose up and down mine.
“Yeah.”
Fireworks suddenly burst over the lake. The reflection of all that colorful light made it seem like we were submerged in a kaleidoscope of pure joy.
That’s what I felt like every day with Lea; it was the most beautiful juxtaposition to the years before I’d ever met him.
I slid my fingers between his, watching his profile as he smiled and laughed and watched the gorgeous display of lights.
Yeah.
Life was good.
