Chapter 5 Axel

Chapter five

Axel

I looked up as the door to our suite opened, expecting Mia, but instead, a distraught Aunga’ri prince stood in front of me.

“She won’t leave him,” Prince An’On’nas said. “Mia is in the brig with Cix. She says she can’t. I think it’s the effects of the tail dart.”

“Fuck,” I whispered, standing and following him down the long corridor, wishing I could feel Mia in my mind the way I could feel T’ukka.

I reached for my husband, silently letting him know what was up, and irritated thoughts snapped back at me.

I repeated T’ukka’s questions to On’nas.

“You took her to him? You should have waited until T’ukka or I were around. ”

“She insisted. You know Mia.” He pressed a button on the lift, waiting by the door for a moment. “She didn’t want to go when you were around, because you would have stopped her.”

“No shit,” I said, rolling my eyes. On’nas chuckled as he opened the door to the brig.

“Don’t worry, she’s fine. Healthier than she was when I brought her in by far.

It’s just that she won’t leave.” He turned a corner, and the room opened up into a hallway with four cells.

And in the first cell, I was surprised to find Mia in Cix’s bed, wrapped around the alien like he was her teddy bear.

She looked so much better, and he didn’t look sick at all.

In fact, they were having a heated debate about whether Cix would look good with my cock stuffed inside him.

She glanced over at me and grinned. “Hey, baby.”

“Mia, I think that chemical shit he injected you with is fucking with your mind.”

Mia startled and looked up, grinned at me, then extracted herself from Cix’s arms and meandered over to me, giving me a hard hug. She stood on her tiptoes and whispered in my ear. “You heard that conversation?”

“And you look weirdly giddy.”

She bounced a little. “Maybe I’m just thrilled to have two husbands.”

“Yep.” I laughed, feeling the joy rush over me at her touch.

We were married, and both of us had married T’ukka.

Whatever we were facing with this issue with the bond, that was still true.

We still had each other, and perhaps all she needed was to feel better, and she was able to recapture the joy of our wedding.

I leaned down and kissed her gently. “I love you,” I murmured.

“I can’t let this man die, okay? I don’t think he meant me harm. Or maybe he did, but I still can’t let him die.”

“It’s possible that what he did messed with your brain chemistry enough to force you to think that?”

“But that’s the thing. It’ll be traumatic for me if he dies, whether it’s coming from my conscience or this manipulation.”

I blew out a breath, looking towards Cix, who was sitting on the edge of his mattress, eyes hopeful. “I don’t know. I’m not sure I can say no to you right now.”

“So we can bring him to our suite? I do really want to study this whole phenomenon, though. Perhaps a research project?”

I chuckled. “Pitch it to the commander.”

She nodded, then shook herself. “Anyway, look at him. I think whatever he did to me, it messed him up even worse.” She glanced at Cix, then back at me, and winked. “Plus, he’s kind of pretty. I think he might make a good fucktoy.”

“Jesus, Mia,” I muttered, looking past her at the kind of orangey-colored guy sprawled on the bed.

“I’m not going to fuck him.” He was watching us, listening, and his eyes had widened as she spoke.

I set her down and stalked over to him, frowning down at him.

Around humans, I was a big guy, but in the company of so many Aunga’ri, I had become accustomed to feeling small.

This guy was considerably smaller than me, and I squared my shoulders, making myself bigger. “Stand up.”

With a slight struggle, he obeyed my command, eying Mia cautiously. “If you’re going to kill me, just get it over with.”

I snorted. “How irrational do you think humans are? You’re our only surviving Vul spy. I’m not going to kill you. But I might use you.”

“Okay,” he whispered, shivering a little.

“Listen, Mia might like you, but I don’t trust you. And I’m not happy with what you did.”

He sighed. “I know.”

“So I don’t think you should have her until you fully understand the consequences of your actions.”

“What?” He sat up and frowned, tilting his head. Cix’s face was definitely pretty, maybe a little feminine by human standards. His body was lean, muscular and hard, and fully masculine. And he had a tail, which seemed like it could be fun. “What do you mean, have her?”

I rolled my eyes and didn’t answer him. “What do we do with him, Mia?”

“Do you use your tail for sex?” Mia asked, reaching for his tail and stroking a hand down it. “Ooh, so soft. I didn’t realize it was fur.”

Cix turned, staring at her like she was insane. “How would I use my tail for sex?”

“Mia, let me finish my questioning, then I’ll give you what you need.”

“T’ukka said you knew Mia had survived the dart. How?”

He chewed on his lip for a moment. “I’d feel it to my core if she was unsafe. She is part of me now. I am an extension of her.”

“See? My submissive slave boy,” Mira said triumphantly. Honestly, I’d expected her to be livid with this man.

Mia whimpered, but stepped back, tucking her hands behind her back. I looked over at Cix. “Stand. Take off your shirt.”

Cix glanced towards Mia, then back at me, and sighed, tugging at the clip on his shirt and slipping it off. Mia poked me in the arm, apparently done with her docile pose after only a few seconds. “I wanted him to be my pet, not yours.”

A wave of arousal washed over me, almost like it was coming from her. Or him, which was impossible. “What’s mine is yours, what’s yours is mine, wife,” I said, grinning. “And this toy of yours is lovely, really. Do you suck cock?”

Cix’s eyes widened. “Why do you guys keep asking that? Do humans truly stick their sexual organs into each other’s mouths?

” The small alien shuddered delicately, and I had a feeling that was the same shudder that he’d give when I was inside him.

Still, he obeyed. He shoved his shirt off of his shoulders, revealing a chest that was beautiful, all lean muscle and rippling, spotted skin.

He was petite enough that he’d look sexy as hell riding T’ukka’s massive cock, but his body was still masculine and muscled.

“Oh, he’s going to be fun.” I couldn’t stop staring at him as he lifted his golden brown eyes to meet mine, his mouth open.

“See what I mean?” Mia said, elbowing me. “We should keep him. Can we keep people? This feels like it should be a thing, but maybe it’s not a thing.”

“Keep me?” Cix squeaked, swallowing. He backed up a few steps until he hit a wall, looking terrified at that prospect.

“For sex,” Mia said, rolling her eyes as if that had been obvious. And frankly, it was a little fun to mess with him like this, and even more fun to think of the things we could do to mess with him further.

“If you have sex with your mouths, I think I’ll pass,” Cix said.

Mia looked at me, eyes wide. “They don’t have oral sex on their planet?” She reached for me and tugged on my belt, pulling me close. “Do you want me to show you?”

“Oh god,” Cix said, covering his eyes with his hands.

I shook my head. “Calm down, Mia. First, we’re going to take you to our quarters, where we’ll keep you from now on. We can’t have you dying on us.”

“Yay! I can cuddle you anytime!” Mia jumped up and down, clapping giddily. She was definitely stoned or something. His presence did that to her, and it was strange, but far better than how sickly he’d been for the day.

“I could just stay here,” Cix said. “Where it’s safe.”

“You come with us,” I snapped.

Cix studied me for a long moment, like he didn’t quite trust me, then conceded.
