CHAPTER 39

After entering the room, Prakram quickly changed and went to sleep, while Avishka came and sat on the sofa after changing. Since Aashi is still with her grandparents today, Avishka sits quietly and looks at Prakram, whose face she can clearly see.

PAST

Avishka has a troubled face and doesn't want to think about anything at all because, ever since she heard that her father has cancer, only these things have been on her mind all the time. Many guests have arrived at their house, but her attention is not on anyone. Then she hears her father's voice.

"If you don't have any problems, it would be better if my daughter and your son talked to each other in private.”

Now she looks at her father, who smiles and signals her to take the boy away. She looks at the boy for the first time, and he looks at her and gently nods, asking her to go with him. Both of them sit on the lawn outside the house, and Avishka is at a loss for words, but the boy immediately tells her what to say.

"Hello, I am Rajeev Saniyal."

When Avishka begins observing the boy's introduction in this manner, he bursts into laughter and informs her.

"Of course, I am also going to have a similar reaction because we are not sitting in an interview session and you are so nervous."

"There is no such thing; I am not worried about anything."

"Okay… My family members have told me a lot about you, and the truth is that I must marry according to my family's wishes, so it would be foolish to say no after seeing you."

Avishka looks at him but turns away her attention. Rajeev is seeing her face clearly, so he tells her.

"If you have any problems or you like someone else, you can easily tell me that I have no problem."

"No, I don't like anyone; I am just worried about my father because you guys have been told that he has cancer."

"Yes, I completely understand your concern, but don't worry, we will all work together to focus more on Uncle's recovery. By the way, if a person is happy and healthy, they tend to recover quickly."

Rajeev's words are so comforting that Avishka immediately smiles, and he tells her so.

"Thank God you smiled; otherwise, I thought I was going to be rejected by this beautiful girl. Because you can reject me, of course you have all the rights."

Aavishka laughs loudly upon hearing this, and he also starts laughing with her. Avishka's eyes turn towards her father, who was watching them from afar, and there is a very sweet smile on his face, seeing which she also starts smiling more.

PRESENT

Avishka again looks at Prakram, and looking at him, she bends her knees and brings them to her chest.

Papa, why is this happening to me even though I know that he is related to the mafia? Yet within a few days, I feel as if I have started leaning towards him, my mind saying he is very nice... Don't think badly about him...

*Because a man who respects a woman means a lot to her, and there is nothing wrong with it, you do not need to think so much about it.

But he is the mafia.

*You have closely observed the lives of ordinary people; witness this life once as well.

Avishka just lies down on the sofa without saying anything and tries to sleep because she herself cannot understand why, in just a few days, suddenly a strange change has taken place in her where she becomes more nervous from Prakram. On the other hand, she also feels herself leaning towards him; she knows that this should not happen, but she has no answer as to why this is happening.

Avishka cannot stop herself after seeing Padma and Vishnu and immediately hugs them. Prakram very comfortably goes and sits on the sofa in front, takes out his mobile, and starts scrolling through it. Both of them bring her into a room with them, and all three have become very emotional. Avishka looks at both of them and tells them.

"Both of you are fine; don't you guys have any problems?"

"No, we both do not have any problems, but everyone has also told us that he is going to marry you, and the truth is that you put us in the place of your parents, so he too is very happy with everything about us. We've taken great care here; we both live comfortably and don't do anything. Sir takes the utmost care of us."

"Really..."

"Yes, are you fine? No one needs to say anything... Do you have any problems?"

"No… I don't have any problem; he married me because of Aashi, because he feels that I am perfect as a mother to Aashi. However, I was deeply concerned for both of you.

"Both of us are absolutely fine, so instead of worrying about us, you have thought about what to do next."

"I am unable to understand anything, including the sudden marriage and many other things. It appears that I am unable to escape these situations."

"So leave everything to God."

When Avishka hears these words from Vishnu, she feels helpless and simply lies down, resting her head in Padma's lap. Prakram was standing outside the door listening to everything because, even though he does not misbehave at all with Avishka, he didn't even want to trust his shadow too.

Sandhya angrily throws the cushion onto Digvijay's face, but he calls Aashi while holding the cushion.

"Is what I said perfectly fit or not?"

"Yes… Aashi has to sleep with her father and mother and stay with them only... I am a good girl who loves to sleep with both of them.”

"Of course, and you know how to sleep now."

Aashi pushes her grandfather with force; he lies down straight on the bed, and she lies down on his stomach. Then she straightens his hand on the side of the pillow and speaks to her grandmother.

"Grandma, what are you doing there? We have to go to sleep."

While Sandhya is watching Digvijay, he smiles and pulls her into his arms, causing her to lie very close to him, her head resting on his chest. Meanwhile, Aashi, who had been sleeping on his chest, looks at her grandmother and begins to smile. Sandhya speaks softly in Digvijay's ear.

"You don't even have any idea what you're doing."

"Perhaps you are not aware of the fact that Prakram is different in the fact that he has married Avishka only for Aashi; he is ready to see her as a mother but not at all as his wife. Often, circumstances necessitate certain actions to prevent undesirable outcomes. When both come close to one another, they will understand each other, and when they understand each other, the distance between them will also end."

"And if it doesn't happen,.

"So I have other ways as of now.... I am going to sleep very well today, so sleep quietly because we have to go to our deity temple tomorrow."

Sandhya is unable to comprehend his words, but she can only hope for the best. As a result, she simply closes her eyes and falls asleep while praying.
