I slip my handgun into the holster before picking up my bag and turning to look at Cierra.
"Ready?"
She looked back at me while readjusting her leather jacket.
"I should be asking you that question, after everything you just told me..."
Three hours ago Cierra and I were strapped into the agency's plane heading home for our first case.
It was also the first time we got a chance to talk about everything that has happened the night before.
"Alright come on now...one of us need to talk." Awkwardness was stuck between Cierra and I , we both didn't know how to face the obvious Werewolf in the room.
"I knew about werewolves only a couple years ago. When my sister met her mate. I just know the basics ." Cierra stated, " and if we are going to be this kickass team we planned then there can't be secrets between us."
I sighed before sitting up in my seat.
" I was born a wolf. Now I am not."
I wasn't planning on elaborating but the look on Cierra's face told me that I needed to.
"I was rejected by my mate, an Alpha, then I was stripped of my rank in the pack by another Alpha ...my wolf couldn't handle this ...so now I am here."
"Yes not forgetting that your seeing another alpha." Cierra smirked.
My heart was happier as I feel like the complete awkwardness was behind us.no more secrets no more lies.
"Xander...he helped me through the hard times in my life , he was there for me when many others were not. We are friends...we would always remain friends."
"Yes and De-Nile is another river in Egypt."
I rolled my eyes and through a complementary pillow at her.
"What about you? Why do you always go to your sisters house every full moon?"
I was shocked by the answer, her sister was scared of her own mate, granted she isn't part of the wolf world but to be scared of someone you love.
Cierra reassured me that she loved the man her mate was , just not the animals.
. hence he took wolfsbane and become a lone wolf so he can adapt to the life of a normal man for her.
"So you go stay with her on full moons because ...your brother in law has less control of his wolf?"
She nodded.
But that makes perfect sense ....any wolf is slightly more animal then man on a full moon. But a lone wolf is already more wolf then man that just gets amplified on full moon nights.
"But tell me more about you. You have the genes yet you here with me."
"I was a wolf...you know the basics so you know about rejection of mates,"
She nodded.
"Well my mate rejected me and then I sort of through myself in my passion.
..which at that time was fighting to protect my pack.
I became one of the few female pack warriors but then that two was stripped away after some events.
Trust me Cierra , as soon as we run into my family back home.
..you'll put pieces of the puzzle together. "
"Oh my gosh! It is gorgeous here! How can you leave such a gorgeous place!" Cierra tilts her head up soaking in the south side sun. "I could sun tan all day! Well after we find the bad guy."
We made our way through the doors of the hotel we would be staying in and headed straight for reception.
"Hi, booking under Cierra Gray." I spoke. Handing over Cierra's fake ID.
The lady nodded and continued to type on her board.
"I hope you don't mind, we had to shift your room one floor up as the whole of level 3 is booked out..."
I smiled at her and told her it was no trouble.
"What wedding?" Cierra asked grabbing the top of my hand, I gently gestured to the big sign that was in the middle of the reception area.
Honestly it didn't come as a surprise to me, Viola always wanted to have a beach wedding and this was the only hotel with the access to a wedding venue.
"Viola Viola Viola....OH," Cierra let out a chocked squeal, " that's your sister! Are you telling me your sister is getting married! Did you leave that big detail out?"
I shrugged my shoulders as I took the key from the receptionist and started to walk into the elevator.
"It's not important because we arnt attending."
"What do you mean! This is your only sister and your TWINS wedding you have to attend."
I pushed open the door of our room,walking in and claiming a bed.
"I'm here for work not for family."
"You are so cold! How can you think that way?"
I dropped my bags on the bed with an exaggerated sigh, " you talk so damn much, just shut up please?"
Cierra rolled her eyes in my direction.
"We need food." I stated.
"You talk to little."
I rolled my eyes at her and through her A simple dress, " if you want to fit in here, you cant wear all black, get dressed we will go eat at the diner."
I quickly stripped and through on a floppy summers dress. Looking at myself in the mirror I sighed, I feel almost normal.
"Let's go?"
"Let's go."

"No problem Viola and what can I get for your friend?"
This was what I excepted , no one knew I was back, so it was not unusual that I would be thought to be my sister.
"She thought you were your sister!" I nodded ....
"We ...Are...Twins..Cierra..." I exaggerated so that she will understand.
"Shut up.... now full work mode, what it the possibilities that Mr Carver is here for your sisters wedding."
"Slim chance cause I don't know him."
"But there is a chance right! He could be from your sisters Husbands side."
I guess that could be true, I don't know Reece will enough to know whether or not he was replayed or friends with carvers.
I picked up my phone and called Nick.
"Wow you Beautiful Girls could not leave me hey?"
Cierra giggled causing me to shoot her a look....those are you serious you like our tech guy look.
"We need you to go through our hotels computer systems , we have a theory that he could be staying there. Everyone is required to produce an if when entering so maybe just try face recognition or something."
"Yes Madam! Anything for my gorgeous girls." I cringed at this.
Our food then came and while we dug in Cierra chose to learn more about my life , she knows I'm an archer , she knew about Ian, Jace , Dave ,Alana and Brie. She was starting to understand everything.
Soon our phone rang again.
"I found him."

"So he will only be getting here tomorrow! That's just in time for the wedding right?"
I nodded and I pressed the elevator button.
Why was fate so cruel cause now I had no other choice but to attend my sisters wedding tomorrow. Not to mention the twisting feeling in my tummy screaming at me that something is about to go wrong .
The elevator doors opens and inside is a small boy crouch in the corner, his head in his arms and he was shaking .
I quickly rushed in and crouched to the child's height.
"Hey bud? Are you lost?"
The child slowly looked up, first his eyes finding Cierra's then mine. And with that he jumped into my arms , the sudden extra weight caused me to fall back and land on my behind.
"Aunt Vi , thank you." He sniffed.
"I didn't mean to run away from Alex..I saw a bwutterfly."
I gently consoled the child before picking him up and putting him on my waist.
"He thinks you are your sister."
I nod, this poor child.
"Hey bub, my name is Cierra ...what's yours?" Cierra asked as she gently shook the crying boys hand.
"Elliot."
My eyes widened, so did Cierra's.
"Press number three, we have to drop him off."
The elevator doors opened and we all tumbled out. I walked towards the direction of the rooms when a young boy probably 15 bumped into me.
He gave me one look before his jaw dropped.
"VIOLET?"
I started at him in completely bewildered , " how did ..."
"Alex! The little boy screamed before jumping out of my hands into the young boy."
Cierra made an appearance form behind me, I honestly forgot she was there.
"How did you know it was her?."
'Alex' gave a smile, " my brother taught me, he said that Violet has is shorter then her sister and has more of a blueish tinge to her eyes."
I smirked, " no way! Your Dylan's little brother! I remember you! You used to call me -"
"Purple cause your are the prettiest colour I ever saw."
"Awww" Cierra cooed from behind me.
"I hate to ruin this but we need to go, tomorrow is a big day."
I nodded.
After saying one last goodbye to the boys and making them promise to not tell anything about seeing me to anyone we left .
