Chapter Five #3

“Just need to go over a few things before you start.” The guy behind the counter handed each of them a map.

“There are five buildings on the property, all with a specific theme. Locations are completely stocked with condoms, lube, scenario-appropriate toys, costumes of all sizes, and a bed…of sorts. As you can see, we have our barn. That’s the Obedience Corral.

The school is our Headmaster’s Office. Then there’s the church, The Ministry of Sin.

Not to be outdone is our medical center, St. Merciless General.

And last, our ever-popular Love-Shackled Cottage. ”

Every word sent more heat spiraling through her. The thought of being dragged into one of those themed rooms and left to Beck and Seth’s mercy…

Anticipation permeated every cell in her body. The map jostled in her trembling fingers. Goose bumps peppered her skin as the man cleared his throat. “I need to talk to your girl.”

Beck and Seth exchanged a glance before Beck peeled off his windbreaker and draped it around her, covering the essentials. Seth studied her. Seemingly satisfied, they both stepped aside.

“I’m here,” she murmured.

The man behind the counter pinned her with a solemn stare. “First, you’ll have a five-minute head start before the men begin hunting you. Do you understand?”

Five minutes wasn’t long, but Heavenly hoped that gave her enough time to find a good hiding place. “Yes.”

“Secondly, you signed the waiver, but I also need verbal confirmation. Are you here of your own free will?”

“Yes,” Heavenly assured.

“And you understand that all sexual activity on premises is deemed consensual in the course of play. If you no longer consent, you change your mind, the scene becomes more than you can handle, or you have any sort of emergency, each building is equipped with a small panic room. You simply step inside and push the red button on the wall. The doors will slam shut. Every employee in the compound and I will extract you promptly. Understood?”

She couldn’t imagine a scenario she’d need to physically flee from Beck or Seth. “Yes.”

“You’ve all noted on your forms that her safe word is freedom, correct?”

“Yes,” they answered in unison.

“We don’t record any audio or visual activity on the premises, but we do have sensitive microphones throughout the property.

I’ve entered her safe word into a special computer program.

If she says that word, cameras and mics will turn on and begin recording.

It will also alert me…here.” He tapped a black receiver tucked in his ear.

“If either of you fail to honor her safe word, my employees and I will descend on your location and escort you off the premises. You’ll be banned for life. Clear?”

“Crystal,” Beck and Seth assured in tandem.

“The other employees I’ve mentioned are situated inside the compound. They’re dressed in camo. They strive to remain invisible to enhance your experience. Don’t be alarmed if you happen to see one during your hunt, but it’s unlikely since they’re discreet and your hunting party is so small.”

“That’s the second time you’ve mentioned our party having fewer members than normal.” Beck cocked his head. “How many usually join a hunt?”

The man grinned. “Last night, we had ten hunters.”

“How many prey?” Seth arched a brow.

“Just one.”

Ten on one? The mental image of that stole her breath—being overwhelmed, outnumbered, completely at the mercy of ten hungry men.

Her core clenched involuntarily. She’d never want that for herself; she loved Beck and Seth too much to take on anyone else.

But…she could imagine how excited last night’s “doe” must have been.

“I don’t know what all they did to her.” The man shrugged. “But they had to carry her out.”

She couldn’t even walk?

Seth grinned devilishly. “If things go as planned, we’ll be carrying out our fiancée tonight as well.”

Seriously? Heavenly bowed her head as her cheeks caught fire.

The man merely chuckled, then stepped from behind the counter before handing Beck and Seth each a pair of night-vision goggles. “Any other questions before we begin?”

“None from me,” Beck replied.

“I’m good,” Seth seconded. “Angel?”

“No questions.” Her voice quivered—not from fear, but from a heady mix of arousal and anticipation humming through her veins, leaving her short of breath and a little dizzy.

“Then follow me, and we’ll get the hunt started,” the bearded man instructed.

Heart pounding and blood pumping, she handed Beck his windbreaker. He and Seth each cinched an arm around her waist. Together, they followed the man down a long, narrow hallway before pausing at a wide, sliding-glass door.

Darkness was settling over the densely treed landscape. Everything was black except the ambient footlights lining a dirt path to a tall wooden gate.

“This is as far as you gentlemen go…for now,” the man announced, then smiled Heavenly’s way as he opened the glass door. Cool air, heavy with the scent of earth, wafted over her face. “Ready?”

Her pulse jackhammered. Her breaths shortened. “Yes.”

“We’ll see you soon, little girl,” Beck promised roughly, eyes hungry.

“And when we find you?” Seth growled. “We’ll remind you exactly what it means to be owned by us.”

Her pussy quivered. Heavenly tried to swallow, but her mouth was too dry. After a last clinging gaze, she turned and scurried out the door.

“Better run fast!” Beck called out after her.

Neither of them would ever hurt her, but this game got into Heavenly’s head, pumping nerves, anxiety, and clenching need all through her body.

The bearded man followed her along the path until the glass door snicked behind them, enclosing them together in the shadowy hall leading to the wooden gate.

“One more thing. You’ve signed a waiver and given me verbal consent, but I need to ask one more time…

alone. Are you consensually engaging in this hunt? ”

She crossed her arms self-consciously over her breasts, but he wasn’t looking. “I am, willingly and gladly.”

He sent her an approving smile. “Once you enter the compound, I’ll begin the timer. You’ll have five minutes before I…release the hounds, so to speak. Good luck.”

“Any hints? Best places to hide?”

Grinning wryly, he shook his head. “I’ve explained the five major locations on the property.

If you want to get caught, choose one you know will appeal to your hunters.

If you want to make this last, pick a place you don’t think they’ll look.

And if you really want them to work for it…

one of the locations—I won’t say which—has an underground hidey-hole. You just have to find it.”

As jittery as she was, would she be able to? Did she even want to? “Thank you.”

He nodded. “We’re here if you need anything. Safety is most important. But…have a good time.”

Nervously fingering the locket Seth had given her, Heavenly hurried to the gate, pushed it open, then paused. She glanced back once more to find Beck and Seth bathed in light, watching her through the sliding glass door with matching predatory stares.

They were coming for her…

Heart thundering in her ears, she sucked in a ragged breath. Then, with a whimper, she ran…
