SUBJECT: PROBLEMS (Attn: Basam)

Hello Basam,You were very helpful on the phone. Typically speaking with customer service agents somewhere over in India is EXCRUCIATING. You answered all the questions I had and now I have follow-up questions.

What happens to my DNA after you run it? Is it returned to me or do you dispose of it? I assume it won’t be kept, but I’d like assurance.

How can I be certain, if I don’t check the box for allowing other users to connect to me, that you won’t override my choice and share it anyway?

Do you have some kind of emergency contact record?

If I should die in the midst of this, with my personal information including my DNA off in the cyber world, would you be able to send the information to my brother?

Please note his name is FELIX WHITNEY STONE, but we are not biologically related.

I can provide you with his phone number and address if it’s helpful.

If I decide not to go through with it, can you please send the refund to my son, Bruce Van Antwerp, the idiot who purchased this elaborate system of torture for me as a Christmas gift.

I look forward to your response,

Sybil Van Antwerp (Stone, by adoption)

Postscript: I found your English to be quite passable, a cut above what you usually hear from foreigners, so crack on wherever it is you are over in the east.
