T wo Months Later…
After a week, I returned to the castle, and as soon as my servants opened the door, I saw a beautiful figure lying in my bed. I turned back and knocked on the door and said, “Don’t disturb me, no matter what happens.”
I didn’t wait for their response and dashed to my bed and climbed in. When I gently removed the sheets, Val was sleeping in panties and a crop top. I spread her legs, she didn’t wake up but stirred a little. I moved aside her panties and her beautiful pink core was right in front of my eyes.

Valeria was as shocked as I was but she managed to tell me what happened to her. “The fate keepers told me that Zamorra is in their prison. They gave me the amulet because they knew she would attack me and due to the amulet her powers backfired.”
“The fate keepers could have told us directly about the attack.”
Valeria shook her head. "No, they must preserve equilibrium, which prohibits them from sharing the future. However, they can provide precautionary measures, just as they did with the amulet."
“Why was the amulet blinking?”
“Because they want it back.”
“What is that smile for?”
Valeria wrapped her arms around my neck. “They are asking me and Anna to visit the Earth.”
“I am so happy for you.”
Valeria climbed out of the bed. “We need to tell Eli and Anna immediately.”
“Yeah, I will arrange your trip to the highlands.”
Soon Anna, Valeria, and my triplets started their journey to the highlands. I didn't want to send them away, but I knew if the fate keepers were calling, there had to be some reason behind it. As I sit here today in my kingdom, it is because of one fate keeper who sacrificed her life in the process of saving me and my siblings.
I instructed my people to wait until Valeria and Anna came down from the mountains. I knew this would take time, but I never imagined it would take two months. I dozed off while thinking about the last two months.
When we woke up I asked my servants to bring my babies to my room. I was holding my sons and daughter after two months they were growing so fast but Valeria told me that it was just in my mind.
“Have you seen Eli and Anna?”
Valeria shook her head. “No, the last I saw Anna and the kids was when we entered the castle.”
“How is everything on Earth?”
“If you are asking about Alex, he is doing fine and he staged your accident very accurately and declared you and Eli dead.”
“Why, why did he do that?”
“He had no other option because why would any billionaire transfer his money to his driver?”
“Because it’s up to the billionaire who he wants to transfer it to.”
“Only a billionaire coming from another world would think that.”
“But he declared Eli dead?”
“Why do you seem disappointed at your fake deaths on Earth?”
“I think no one likes to die even if it is fake.”
Valeria swatted my shoulder, “Alex did the right thing if he only declared you dead then people would ask why you didn’t transfer your assets to Eli.”
I raised my brow and made a big O of my lips. Valeria raised her finger, “Yeah, Oh”
There was a knock on my door, Eli, Anna, and the kids entered my room. I asked Eli, “Do you know what Alex did to us?”
“Yeah, Anna told me, it was cruel.”
I looked at Valeria, “See”
“See what,” Eli asked
Valeria sighed. “Your highness thinks Alex shouldn't have declared you both dead.”
Anna intervened “Alex did the right thing. You guys don’t know more about Earth than my brother.”
“Did he take care of the babies well?”
“What about your family?”
Valeria sighed, “Everyone was missing me but Luke was miserable so I stayed for his birthday. They were shocked when they saw me holding triplets, you should have seen how happy they were.”
“I am happy everything is going smoothly on Earth.”
Eli and Anna said goodbye and they left along with their kids.
Valeria’s eyes widened and she facepalmed. “Oh. And there is another thing…How could I forget to tell you about Lucien?”
“Did he do anything to you?”
“No, he lost his memory.”
“He lost what? How? What happened?”
"He jumped into the portal, and you kicked him out of it. Since then he has lost his memory, and thanks to the moon goddess he lost it; otherwise, he would have told everyone our story."
“So, you think the portal has something to do with his memory loss?”
“Yeah, I asked the fate keepers about it, and they explained that if anyone jumped into the portal and was not supposed to then the person loses their memory. It happened with my mom when she fell into the portal.”
“I feel bad for Lucien, nobody deserves to lose their memories.”
“For Lucien, it turned out to be good because Dad took him back into the pack. His name was cleared in the community.”
“Yeah, you are right. I think he should have kicked him out a long time ago.”
Valeria and I laughed and then after playing with our babies the servants took them into their room. We were standing near the window looking at Eldaria’s beautiful view. “Do you think Lyra will visit Eldaria one day?”
“I don’t think Mom would leave Dad at any cost.”
I looked at her. “I am just talking about a small visit.”
“I don’t think Mom wants to go anywhere without Dad.”
“What about your brothers?”
“Elliot and Emmett will never visit I guarantee but not sure about Luke.”
“What if Luke wants to stay here?”
Valeria looked at me with an upset expression, "Why do you want them to come here? Kai, they have their own life on Earth. You know my family can’t just disappear like you did.”
"I was asking because if they stayed here, you wouldn't go to Earth for so long leaving me alone here in Eldaria."
Valeria cleared her throat, “Actually, I have something more to tell you.”
“What is it?”
“Do you wanna know what happened to Zamorra?”
“If she is not rotting in prison then I am not interested. Zamorra stole precious years of my life, she tore my family apart, I don’t know what would have happened to Eli and me on Earth if we hadn’t found Anna and Alex. What if Lyra hadn’t found Jake?
I mean I deserve to take my revenge but the fate keepers intervened and took me from a miserable death. Valeria swallowed, “Zamorra has been killed by the fate keepers.”
“If they wanted to kill her, why they didn’t let me?”
“They had no plans to kill her, Zamorra was so near immortality due to her dark powers. No power in Eldaria could kill an immortal except the fate keepers.”
“How did she die?” “She died miserably. She was running away from the fate keepers and they took days to kill her slowly and brutally. They didn’t want any part of her to remain alive.”
I closed my eyes and took a few deep breaths. “You have no idea how good I feel after hearing this.”
Valeria chuckled and bowed. “I knew it, you’re so cruel, your highness..”
I grabbed her and squeezed her in my arms. “Would you stop calling me that?”
Valeria laughed hard when I started tickling her. She raised her hands in surrender. “Okay.. Okay.. no more your highness.”
I sighed and kissed her head. “I missed you and the babies like crazy…”
“Tell me about the coronation and then your first order to the people.”
I laughed, “What does that even mean my first order?”
“Like right after you had been crowned what did you say?”
“Hmm, right after I took the crown I spoke to the kingdom and asked for assistance from my small army to catch up with Eldarian order councils and summits. I found out that the different kingdoms use EldiTech to connect.”
“What the hell is EldiTech?”
“Like the internet on Earth.”
Valeria got excited, “Have you spoken to the dragons via EldiTech?”
A soft laugh escaped my lips. “Why you are so fascinated by dragons?”
“On Earth dragons are a myth even in the shifter’s community. We don’t have them. I don’t want to miss the chance to see them with my own eyes.”
“Yeah, I have spoken to them and surprisingly they were happy to see participation from the canine kingdom.
The support we have been receiving is beyond our expectations.
You can’t imagine how far we’ve come. Every kingdom has been kind and cooperative. They shared their skills and tools; they helped us in ways no one ever thought about. It's really touching and eye-opening for me.”
“They are helping us make skyblades.”
“Well, how you are going to maintain a relationship with the Reptile Kingdom?”
“I am not going to declare them my enemy but at the same time not friends either.”
“What about the witches?”
“I don’t think I should be allying with everyone. I will go slowly and gradually.”
Valeria crossed her arms against her chest. “But the kitsunes helped us a lot and they have a good relationship with the witches.”
“The kitsunes are good with everyone because they believe in harmony and following the rules set by our elders. So as long as we follow the rules the kitsunes will be our ally.”
Valeria opened her mouth, but I raised my finger and put it on her lips. “Enough, I feel like I’m being interrogated by officers.”
Valeria kissed my finger. “Yes, your highness, you are under interrogation now,” then she winked.
I shook my head and laughed. “Alright, shoot.”
“Which Kingdom is helping us the most?”
“The feline kingdom is playing an important role in our transformation. I think it is the most advanced kingdom.”
“Do they have cell phones here?”
“Yeah, I thought Earth was way more advanced than Eldaria but I was wrong because we canines were living centuries-old lives,”
“Can I have a phone please, I am dying to show Luke and Mom the beautiful scenery of Eldaria.”
I grabbed a new phone from a nearby table and gave it to her, she jumped in excitement and started using it. “It's very big compared to Earth, but I am sure it will be amazing.”
Valeria started using the phone and I asked if she would help my people to learn about EldiTech to which she smiled and nodded. “Am I supposed to start taking the queen’s responsibilities on my shoulders, now?”
I chuckled, “No, there is no obligation until you are fully prepared for the role.”
“I think your mom is doing an amazing job.”
I cupped her face, “But one day you will have to do it.”
“I know and I will try my best to fulfill the job as everyone expects me to.”
She turned on the camera and took her first pic on her phone before capturing Eldaria.
I wrapped my arm around her shoulders, bringing her closer, and we both smiled as she tapped the screen to capture the moment with a soft click.
"Perfect," she whispered. The wide expanse of Eldaria loomed behind us. I looked out of the window and thought that if I hadn’t escaped the day Zamorra attacked my kingdom I would have never met my eternal soulmate. If Lyra hadn't fallen into the portal, Valeria would have never been born.
All thirty years I had been in agony on Earth, Eli and I never settled for whatever fate had given us until we got what we wanted. I believed that the fate of how Anna and Eli met, how Lyra and Jake met, and how Valeria and I met all began with a catastrophic attack by an evil witch. Perhaps that attack was a part of our destiny too.
