Kingston

A s Quinn squirmed on the bed, Landon stepped back.

He grabbed a black silk bag out of his dresser and tossed it on the bed between her legs. “Use anything you want in there, but don’t untie the bonds.”

Language mattered. Words had meaning.

My mind fixated on his phrasing as he stood in front of me and gave one final command.

“Bury yourself to the hilt, and don’t stop until I tell you.”

Quinn gasped quietly, and I raised my head.

But Landon wasn’t done.

“When the only sounds in this room are screams of pleasure, you’ll go harder.”

“Landon—” With one sharp look from him, I corrected myself. “ Sir , she?—”

“ She can handle it.”

Pride rang out in his voice, and she all but purred at his praise. I reveled in it.

“Let’s see if you can, shall we?”

My body responded viscerally. Every muscle drawing tight, I forced myself still. I clenched my jaw and lifted my chin, right before he stepped aside.

And then I let go.

On his orders, I released what I carried alone. The duty to lead. The responsibility over what came next. Every move, every outcome—they no longer belonged to me.

He’d taken the weight of it.

Landon had never seen himself the way I did. He didn’t see how effortlessly he wielded power. How he led by helping those in front of him let go of their fears and pain.

Why would you do that?

Why wouldn’t I?

Everything inside me pulled toward him as he stepped around me...until my eyes fell on her.

Just like the first time, that force inside me shifted. Creating space where, for so long, there’d been nothing. Adding color where, for a decade, there’d been only muted, washed-out shades of gray.

Vivid, vibrant, and real .

She looked like a strong breeze might push her over the edge, so I wanted to be the air that swept her up and carried her over it.

And I wasted no time in doing so.

Joining her on the bed, I settled between her legs and lay my body over hers. Cradling her face in my hands. Kissing her trembling lips. A tremor running through her body as it ached for more.

Whatever she needed, I wanted to give it.

And even though I trusted him. Trusted that they’d explored her limits together and knew them well. This was new to us . So before I followed any orders, I checked on her.

“Is this alright, love?”

She kissed me, nodding eagerly. “Yes. Please, Kingston. I want it— this with both of you.”

She bucked her hips beneath me, but then she pulled back.

“Are you alright? Is this…” Her eyes searched mine.

“Yes,” I whispered, although my heart protested. “I’m good, love.”

The dip in her brow deepened, her hands twitching in the restraints like she wanted to touch me. But when I smiled, she nodded, shifting her hips to line up our bodies to allow me inside her.

With her eyes on mine, I obeyed Landon’s order. Thrusting in as gently, but urgently, as I could.

Three satisfied groans echoed in the dark room.

Awareness pulling back to him, I took a breath before all I felt was her. The slick, wet heat of her body. The tight clench of her walls around me.

Her warmth. Her inner strength. And the way our bodies fit together perfectly.

I withdrew only to drive back inside her, her moans encouraging me to go faster. Fall deeper. And love her harder. She wanted more. Because she didn’t yet realize she had it.

Hips surging forward, she bucked to meet me as much as she could. Her breasts pressed against my chest. And my mouth sought and tasted every inch of her skin.

She wanted more.

So, I gave her everything.
