I was seated at the Prosecutors table when Buddy and his Deputies were brought in. They have been held in the county jail without bail over the two months since the State Attorney General had them arrested charged with Attempted murder and Battery causing serious injury.
The three deputies have obvious concern on their faces as they are brought in the room together tethered together in chains. Buddy was brought in alone and he had defiant arrogance on his face as if he thinks he is above the law.
I was taken aback when I saw Avril seated on the opposite side of the court room. I was thankful that Karma is seated on my side of the room.
The Attorney General who decided to prosecute this case himself wasted no time in getting started telling the jury that he would prove conclusively that I was attacked by these four men and left for dead in any alleyway three months ago.
The defense lawyer immediately claimed that the evidence in the trial had been AI generated and should have been tossed out of court.
After the AG objected to the statement, the judge told the defense that unless they can prove their claim that they best not ever say it again in this court room.
Then he told the jury to disregard the defenses claim.
It took an hour for the AG to show all of the videos and show the injury photos t the jury. The AG pointed that the videos had come from several different sources and could not be AI drive. By the time the AG was finished the jury seemed locked in.
Although we had had witnesses come and say what they saw; the bar keep and patrons, the transient man and the restaurant manager. The defense had only one witness that they called on. It was Avril.
The defense was very cruel with her making her admit that she had sex with me the day before the beating even though Buddy was her boyfriend. The defense then claimed that Buddy had a sort of temporary insanity caused by the rage he felt about her cheating on him.
Telling by the expressions on the jury members faces, they were not buying that shit. On cross examination the AG showed a video that was recorded from across the street that showed Buddy twisting Avril’s arm in her book store. Then he slapped her knocking her against a wall.
“Evidently the defense wants us to swallow that this temporary insanity of rage lasted well over 12 hours,” he said with a chuckle. “Some how I don’t see how that could be temporary,” he added.
The jury was out less than an hour when they came back with their verdict. Guilty on both counts for all four of the assailants. The judge had them stand again as he pronounced his sentence. He sentenced them all to twenty years in prison with no parole before 18 years incarceration.
The AG requested that I be sent a copy of the verdict and sentencing so I can use that in my law suit against Eva. Things are not looking good for her at this point.
Karma and I went out to a Red Lobster to celebrate our success in court today.
When we got home to the condo, we fucked rapaciously like horny teenagers who just discovered sex for the first time.
We fucked three times that night till my balls felt like raisins when we were ready to cuddle to go to sleep.

Eva was not pleased when she showed up here in Seattle for the law suit against her. Nor was the representative from her TV channel who was also being sued for airing her garbage in National TV broadcast.
By the end of the hour and a half that my lawyer finished his case including the videos of the attack, the witnesses that said I did nothing to provoke the attack.
Then he followed up with Eva’s own works showing how she had cheated on me and was purposely callous in how she portrayed the things she said about me.
He pointed out that Eva and my best friend purposely got me falling down drunk on the night of our wedding so she could sleep with him that night instead of me. He pointed out that was what caused me to wet the bed that night. One of the things she has repeatedly complained about.
There was a recess before Eva’s lawyer would defend her case. The lawyer found me in the lobby and offered a settlement of 25 million to end the case now.
I told the man that I would settle for 30 million dollars and a cease and desist order that Eve can never again say a word about me on TV, Radio or in print. That I would sue her again if she ever says another word about me.
I could seer the hate in Eva’s eyes as she passed me in the Hallway with Karma clinging to my arm. “Thank you for letting me have this wonderful man,” Karma said as Eva passed by. “You obviously never deserved him,” she added.
“That son of a bitch. He just proved everything bad I said about him,” she hissed at her attorney. “No hunny, he just proved what absolute bitch you are,” the lawyer answered.
There was a report on the evening news that Eva Evans had been fired from the TV Station that employed her with a rumor it had to do with a law suit brought against the broadcast.
