The city descends into riots. When the dust settles, Willie is found murdered in a dumpster behind the Smithsonian, setting off a new investigation for Lieutenant Holland and her team.

Scotty is despondent over the murder of a player he met at his recent camp.

FBI Agent Avery Hill is brought in on the case as he is friend with the D.C. Feds owner. A sex trafficking ring is uncovered during the investigation . Lieutenant Stahl is fired after it’s proven that he has been leaking information to the press. He attacks Sam at home while Nick is in Iran.
