Chapter 3 #5

“Is that a challenge?” Portia said, wiping the creases of her mouth as she sat up from the couch.

“Not everything is a challenge, Princess,” Sage said, smirking.

“I like when you call me that,” Portia said in a low raspy voice as she straddled Sage’s lap.

Portia looked down Sage’s chest to see her button up already exposing some of her chest. She took her index finger and used it to trace the gold chain around Sage’s neck.

“Breathe in, breathe out.” Portia traced along the words tattooed on Sage’s chest with her fingers. “Is that a personal reminder?”

“Only for when I fuck the shit out of you.”

“Oop!” Portia was stunned. “The pussy was too wet to speak.”

Portia chuckled and leaned in, capturing Sage in another kiss.

As the kiss deepened, she swayed her hips against Sage's, adding a sensual rhythm to their embrace.

Portia gently pushed aside the strands of Sage's locs, exposing her neck by shifting her button-up shirt to the side.

She then planted sweet kisses and gentle sucks along the right side of Sage's neck.

“Damn,” Sage moaned as she threw her head back on the couch and placed her hands on Portia’s hips.

Sage's hand ventured beneath Portia's dress, finding her wet center.

With gentle movements, she caressed her fingers back and forth, teasing Portia's clit.

Portia responded by rocking her hips, intensifying the sensation.

As arousal grew, Sage felt the wetness that coated her fingers, encouraging her to delicately penetrate Portia's pussy.

Portia threw her head back in pleasure as Sage rhythmically pumped her fingers in and out. She rocked her hips in sync with Sage's movements until her stomach tightened with anticipation. Pulling Sage into a deep kiss, their tongues danced together, exploring each other's mouths.

“Fuuuuck,” Portia moaned into the kiss.

“Shhhh,” Sage giggled and put her finger to Portia's lips. “You gotta be quiet.”

Portia leaned over Sage's shoulder, continuing to rock her hips in pursuit of her orgasm. Sage noticed Portia's hardened nipples pressing against the silk of her dress. She brought her mouth close to Portia's nipples, brushing her lips over them in gentle, circular motions.

“Oh Sa-”

“Sage,” Portia said, trying to get her attention. “Did you hear me?”

Sage was instantly brought back to reality. She nodded, smiling and biting her lip. “Yeah, I’d like that too.”

“So what’s the plan?” a deep voice said from around the corner.

“Transport goes out on Monday. I’ll find out the route and get back to you,” another voice said in a low tone.

“But G wants answers now. What are you going to tell him?”

“I’m not going to tell him nothin’. You just let him know that he’ll have his units in a few weeks. That should get him off our backs for now.”

‘What the fuck,’ Sage mouthed to Portia as they stood around the corner, eavesdropping.

“Who is that?”

“I don’t know,” Sage responded. “I can’t make out the voices.”

“I hope they not talking about fucking with our feed,” Portia raised her voice.

“Shhh,” Sage put her finger to Portia’s lips. “You’re loud.”

“Sorry,” Portia whispered, covering her mouth.

“Look, don't worry about it. Just follow my lead.”

Sage stepped around the corner, with Portia close behind, as they headed toward the men they had just overheard. Unable to make out their faces, Sage spoke.

“What’s up, fellas?” Sage held out her hand. “I don’t think we’ve met.”

Both men stood there, visibly nervous.

“Uh… uh… no,” one man stammered. “I don’t believe we have.” He reached out and shook her hand. The other guy just stood there and waved as he remained in shock.

“Lonzo?” Portia said, recognizing the man.

“What up Portia?” Lonzo said, holding out his arms for a hug. “How you been?”

Portia gave him a side church hug. “I’ve been good. What y'all doin’ here?” she said, looking at Lonzo and his unidentified friend.

“Y’know,” Lonzo began. “We’re just here to support your father. He hired me and my cousin a few days ago to work for TenderCare.”

“Mm,” Sage said, nodding her head, taking in the information. “TenderCare.”

“Nice,” Portia said, ready to wrap things up. “Well, it was nice seeing you. Don’t be a stranger.”

Portia waved and pulled Sage’s hand as they scurried down the hall.

“What was that?” Sage questioned. “What happened to taking my lead?”

“I know that guy,” Portia said as alarms went off in her head. “We graduated from Eastbourne State together, but why would he be here? It’s been like three years.”

Sage shrugged. “I don’t know, but I got some business to handle. We can’t have anyone fuckin’ with those units.”

“You tellin’ me,” Portia said. “That’s our only way to survive.”

Sage knew whoever this Lonzo guy was would be a problem.

If he had any plans to fuck with the blood units, it’d fuck up the Washington business.

A lot is riding on this operation. If even the slightest thing goes wrong, everything will come crashing down.

Although Kannon wasn’t on Sage’s good side, she needed to speak with him ASAP. This can’t fly under the radar.
