Riley
Sensations race through me so fast I can’t breathe.
Felix has me pinned to the floor, but I don’t feel trapped. Not even close.
I’m surrounded by heat, by his unique scent I know is from the soap in his shower, by Felix.
Inside and out, he’s all around me.
And I don’t want it any other way for the rest of my life.
My head is caught between his hands as he ravages my mouth with his and everything I thought I knew about kissing, about arousal, goes up in flames.
I could never have imagined this.
Never conjured these sensations on my own.
Never dreamed a man like Felix would want me like I’m the air he breathes.
My hands are fisted in his shirt, pulling him closer with each swipe of his tongue on mine. We’re rushing, racing to a destination I don’t have a clue about.
It’s too much. Not enough.
I want his skin on mine, my fingers exploring his muscles, finding the places that make him groan, finding relief from this urgency tearing up my insides.
“Felix,” I moan into his mouth.
“I know.” His tongue licks across my bottom lip. “I know.”
I’m glad one of us does because in spite of all the books I’ve read, I’m clueless about sex. Nothing can explain or describe what it feels like to have Felix want me.
“Too many clothes on,” I say, my fingers pulling the shirt from his pants. “I need to feel you.”
Breaking our kiss, Felix rears up, yanks the sides of his shirt apart, scattering buttons around the room.
“Oh.” His chest is a work of art. Like one of those Greek statues we were made to study in art class. I’m reaching out, fingertips brushing lightly over the dusting of hair surrounding his nipples, trailing down toward his trousers. “You’re…gorgeous.”
“I’m not. The scars…”
My gaze meets his. “What scars?”
He frowns, a hand going to his left side. “These ones.”
I hadn’t noticed them. Like his face, they cut shallow and deep, criss-crossing from his waist to his armpit. Propping up onto my elbow, I lift my other hand but hover above his skin. “May I?”
“Of course, but—”
He chokes back his words when my fingers touch him. It’s rougher than his face. The gouges deeper, longer, more. “I hate knowing you were hurt so badly,” I whisper.
“I’m fine now.”
Yes, he is; he is so very, very fine. Except I don’t think he believes that. “I stand by my word, Felix. You’re gorgeous. Your scars make you more so. They show your strength, your perseverance, your life.”
“I haven’t had much of a life.”
“You have. Same as me. Both of us isolated in our own worlds until they collided. Now we have a life together.”
He swallows, his gaze hot on mine. “Can I take your top off?”
“Oh, yes.” I try to sit up, but with him straddling my hips, it’s not happening. “Scoot back.”
He moves quickly, shuffling on his knees until his ass hits my feet. “Do you need help?”
Laughing, I do exactly what he did and rip my shirt open. I grin at him. “I think I got it.”
“Hell, yes, you definitely have it.”
His gaze is on my breasts. My bra is a basic one, nothing fancy or remotely sexy, but the fire in his eyes tells me he likes what he sees.
“Look at you.”
My breath is ragged, same as his, and the longer he looks, the more I feel. The more I want to feel. “Touch me.”
He’s reaching out before I finish speaking and when his hands meet the upper swell of my breasts, my breath disappears, sucked from my lungs as pleasure explodes across my skin. “So soft. So smooth,” he murmurs
Shivers follow his fingers as they trail over my breasts. My nipples ache, pulse with something close to pain except I want more. I want him to squeeze them, tug them. “Please.”
“We shouldn’t do this.” He takes his hands off me and glances around us. “Not here.”
“Don’t stop.”
“I’m not going to stop, I just want you comfortable.”
“I’m fine, and I mean it, I’m more than fine, Felix. What you’re doing is the best thing I’ve ever felt and I want more. I don’t want you to stop.” Reaching up, I grab the open sides of his shirt and give them a tug. “But I’d be happy if we got rid of the rest of our clothes.”
He watches me for a moment, studies my eyes to be sure I’m telling the truth. What he doesn’t get is I’ve never lied to him. Would never lie to him. I trust him more than I trust myself at this point.
“Please, Felix, please.”
My plea has him moving. In seconds he’s on his feet staring down at me while he strips out of his remaining clothes. The scars on his side go lower, down his leg, but they aren’t what has my attention.
Felix is big. Bigger than most men I know, not that I know many, but I’ve seen plenty around town. What I haven’t seen is a penis in real life. Not one.
And the one Felix is sporting is huge! At least I think it is.
“Is that real?” I ask before I can think better of it.
With a chuckle, he lowers to his knees, one on either side of my legs, and gets to work on the button of my pants. “Yes.”
“Do you know how to use it? I’d think that might be dangerous if you got it wrong.”
Laughing, Felix tugs on my undone pants, his fingers curling around the waist of my panties as he pulls both down my thighs. “We’ll be fine.”
His reassurance is overshadowed by the way his lips part slightly, his tongue licking out to sweep the bottom one when he reveals my sex. I watch him as he looks at me, as his eyes darken, the light of lust making them sparkle. “Felix.”
His name snaps him out of whatever trance he is in and the next thing I know, I’m naked. Pants, panties, shirt, bra. All gone. Tossed on the floor somewhere behind him. “You steal my breath, Riley.”
Reaching up, I encourage him to cover me again. “That seems fair, because you took mine already.”
The grin he gives me is shy, his gaze still blazing with desire but somehow, uncertain. “We’ll take our time. I rushed before.”
“No!” Sitting up, I grab his forearms and pull. “Don’t hold back. Do whatever feels right.”
“Right now, it feels like I need to be inside you, but you aren’t ready for that. Not yet.”
I’m not sure of his intent until he moves back, puts a knee between mine, and pushes my leg out to the side. “Felix.”
“I’m going to make sure you feel so good you won’t worry about how big I am.” Bending forward, he hovers his mouth over my sex. “I can smell how sweet you are.”
“It’s the—” I don’t get any other words out. His mouth is on me and I’ve never in my mind imagined how this would feel.
His tongue swipes through my folds, his fingers parting them so he can go deeper. Sensations collide. Want, need, pleasure, pain. It’s all mashed together and sending me up a peak I’ve experienced before. Alone.
This is nothing like that. Tension coils tighter and tighter until it feels like my skin is going to split apart, as if my belly is going to explode.
And when he sucks on me, his tongue flicking hard, I fracture. A million teeny pieces scattered in all directions.
But when he moves, when he crawls over me and presses his penis into my sex, I’m crashing through another wave of splintered pleasure. It masks the sharp pain his penetration delivers.
My hands scrabble at his shoulders, my fingers trying to find purchase in a world gone wobbly. He’s my anchor. The only one I trust to keep me safe in this maelstrom of carnal ecstasy.
He works in and out of me, and I’m barely breathing, barely conscious of what’s happening because the pleasure coursing through my body is so great, I can’t think of anything else.
Just when I think I can’t take any more, when I’m delirious with desire, I break wide open, shout his name with a gasping breath.
Felix’s movements stutter, his hips banging into mine erratically right before he buries his face into my neck and growls my name against my skin.
