Dante

Asudden chill pulls me out of my sleep, and as I’m coming to a soft moan fills my otherwise quiet room.

I don’t open my eyes yet. After all of my years as a SEAL, I truly developed a sixth sense.

It sounds cheesy, but I can sense a threat even when I’m in a dead sleep.

Any SEAL can. We’d be dead without it. That skill only heightened when I got out of the Navy and became a Horseman.

And right now, nothing feels like a threat. In fact—

Another moan.

It’s then my brain registers the absence of Joe’s head resting on my chest.

Now, my eyes are open.

I look immediately to my left to find Joe straddling Sebastian’s waist. She’s folded over him, their chests pressed together.

She’s wearing nothing but one of my T-shirts, and he’s in nothing but a pair of briefs.

Her dark hair is no longer in the loose braid she went to sleep with, and as I look down at Sebastian’s hand rubbing her ass, I see the ponytail around his wrist. Even though her long strands are draped around both their faces I can tell just how deeply they’re kissing.

I can tell by the sound of her moans.

The curve of her spine.

They way her hand fists his blond strands.

I can tell by the way her body is moving against his.

I just lay there for a moment. On my back, my head facing them, and my hands clasped over my chest. I lay there for a moment and take them in. The two of them are just kissing and yet… to be able to witness her in this way, to be able to see her pleasure from this perspective is…

Beautiful.

Unable to keep my hands off of her any longer, I reach over and sweep some of the hair obstructing her face down her back. The two of them stop kissing and look over at me. Her face is flushed, her lips are a little swollen, and her eyes are hooded over slightly.

God, I fucking love her.

“Come here.” Snatching her from Sebastian I pull her to me. She giggles as I place her on my waist just like she was on Sebastian’s.

“Hey,” he whines.

“Shut up.” Threading my hand through her hair, I flatten it on the back of her head and push her down to me. She slants her mouth over mine, and I don’t waste a second claiming her.

“Mhm, morning, Big Guy,” she murmurs against my lips.

My hand skates down her back to squeeze her ass. “Morning, Mama.”

“Can I have her back now?”

“Not a chance,” I tell Seb, before planting kisses along Joe’s neck.

“Fine,” he huffs before getting off the bed. A sane man might apologize, but waking up to her like that has made me anything but. However, just as I realize I didn’t actually hear him walk out of the room I feel the mattress dip between my legs. “Then you’re going to have to learn to share.”

I pull my lips from Joe and look around her to find a smirking Sebastian. “What do you think you’re doing?”

“You aren’t the only one who is going to get her all to yourself whenever you want. If this is going to work you gotta get comfortable sharing.”

“But I don’t—we’re not—”

Sebastian hits my thigh. “Relax, D. I know. But you either do this with me or you can try it with Luca or Enzo for the first time.”

“You,” I blurt out all too quickly.

Sebastian winks. “That’s what I thought.” He gestures between Joe and me. “Continue.”

Joe refocuses her attention on me. “Was this your idea?” I ask narrowing my eyes at her.

“Nope,” she says popping the “p.” “All this one.” She leans down and kisses my jaw just beneath my beard.

Then, she trails the tip of her tongue down my neck until she reaches my chest where she plants another slow and sensual kiss, before lightly nipping at the skin.

“But I can’t say I’m opposed to the idea. ”

She must be able to tell how tense I suddenly am, despite how good she’s already making me feel. Sebastian hasn’t so much as moved a muscle. He wants to push me, but he’d never push me too far. Joe looks up at me. “Unless you want to stop.”

Sebastian’s right. This is something I’m going to have to get used to.

Something I want to get used to. Because as long as the woman in front of me feels all the love that she deserves, and as long as my best friends are loved as they deserve…

well, that is all I could ever ask for. That’s all I’ve ever wanted but have been too terrified to have.

But I do have it. I have four people who love me unconditionally.

And that’s how I want to love them too.

All of them.

So, I shake my head and say softly, “I don’t want to stop.”
