CHAPTER – 17
"Yo.u are right... I kill.ed your parents... You want to know how I did that ? Hm ?", Kailash asked in his sick tone... Isha looked at him with rage in her eyes...
"Wat...Water...", Kailash begged, but still his sadistic smirk not wavering, Isha gestured someone to get it...
"Rani sa... Maharaj ordered not to give him a drop of water more than the half glass he gets in a week", the head staff replied
"Get a glass of water...", Isha ordered ignoring their words, he bowed down and asked his subordinate to get it.
The man is back with a glass of water, and Kailash looked at the water approaching him with greed in his eyes, his extreme need for the water didn't go unnoticed by Isha, Isha gave a smirk looking at the man who gave her hell for more than 16 years, killed her parents & grandmother, plotted Princess Advaita and Bhuvan's killing, and injured her husband badly, probably attempting to kill him multiple times, and so on, now suffering badly. Kailash Rajput's terrible condition didn't make her nauseous, it made her feel great instead. His suffering acted as a soothing balm on her wounds.
When the man is just about to pour the water in Kailash's mouth, Isha stopped him...
"Pour the water just beside him... there...", Isha pointed at the coup of sand lying just beside Kailash.
Kailash vehemently shuffled, trying to reach the water but before he could, the man dropped all the water in the sand without leaving a single drop...
"ah...ah... Paani.. (water)", Kailash muttered with extreme thirst, he even tried to crush the sand to get some water and licked the few drops that fell on the muddy ground trying to tend his need for water. Isha looked at his suffering without blinking an eye...
Till now, Kailash didn't have the expectation of getting water again until next week so he got his body accustomed to it, now she gave him the hope of having it and took away his power to resist making him vulnerable.
"ISHA....", Kailash screamed in extreme fury and agony... His need to hurt her increased tenfold.
The Ranawat's man who dropped the water on floor kicked Kailash on his face making him fall back, for calling their 'Rani sa' by her name... Isha showed her palm stopping him... She asked someone to bring her cold water which she sipped slowly looking at Kailash's face which was filled with blood both dried and wet. His blood boiled in rage looking at her actions and she enjoyed it...
"You remember your nightmare ? The real pain I gave you ? I choked your father 100 times harsher than that...", Kailash said, Isha stopped having her water, her eyes reddened but she refused to give him any satisfaction by reacting in any way. She chanted mentally not to show any expressions maintaining a neutral look. "You want to know how I killed him ? how I had hurt him ?", Kailash fumbled coughing blood but he was spitting venom more than blood, the venom that's causing excruciating pain to Isha but she stayed unfazed, being the tough queen she is, but Kailash Rajput very well knew how she might be feeling... So he started narrating more giving her more pain and trauma not knowing what her beast of a husband would do to him in the near future for hurting his wife.
Amar and Pallavi Rajput were traveling to Ranawat palace, Amar wanted to go alone but Pallavi insisted on tagging along. She didn't want to leave her husband to face Ranawats anguish and agony alone. She wanted to be with her husband in his every step, she loved him to moon and back, he was the best husband to her, he respected her, loved her a lot and haven't ever hurt her even once... He was a good man and Pallavi wanted to do everything for him. She knew he was distraught, extremely guilty, and helpless, Abhyansh started his destruction and it was horrible, he isolated her husband and Amar who never did anything wrong to people and expected only good in return couldn't take it. Her husband was a strong man but he had a compassionate heart. When his own circle, people whom he helped throughout, going out of his way, and people who he thought to be his close friends turned their back on him, he couldn't take it, he felt very lonely and seeing his empire which he built with his hard work collapsing in front like a pack of cards, was unbearable for him but he couldn't do anything to stop the destruction,his brain stopped working, the guilt of leaving Advaita was eating him alive, he couldn't get the little girl's eyes that begged him to save her, out of his head.
Kailash didn't want to kill Pallavi but he heard how she said she wanted to be with her husband in his every step whether it's good or bad time, and Kailash thought to fulfill her wish.
Amar realized he had to act faster as he felt everything falling apart, he knew there was a huge conspiracy going behind him and the mastermind whoever it was, trapped him badly, Amar didn't want the real culprits to escape, neither did he want the Ranawats to blame him anymore for all the mishaps. More than anything, he saw the raw rage in Abhyansh Singh Ranawat's eyes when he saw his daughter (Isha) the other day when he came to Rajput Palace with the police and Pallavi gave the alibi. Right from that day, he hadn't slept a wink. The eyes in which Amar saw his daughter's future a few months ago when he thought Abhyansh to be a prospective groom for Isha, now saw her destruction. Everyone knew how dangerous the BEAST was by now, but not many in India or the royal families knew that the BEAST was none other than the Ranawat heir, Abhyansh Singh Ranawat, but Amar knew and he didn't want the very BEAST to harm his daughter in any way, so he was ready to come clean to the Ranawats, even if it meant getting killed by Abhyansh in the process.
"Have you told Nandini the whole thing ?", Amar asked while driving
"No, Nandini di didn't know much, I told I'll tell her everything personally, not on phone... She just knew you didn't kill Advaita, it was an accident", Pallavi said
"Anything else ?", Amar asked
"No, I just told you were suspecting your best friends in the mishap... I wasn't in a condition to talk anything, I just broke down into tears when I heard her voice", Pallavi said, tears slipping her eyes again, Amar held her palm consoling her...
"I'm so sorry Pallavi, I only wanted to give you happiness, but my one mistake gave you so much pain... I just can't see you like this...", Amar said
"No Amar... Please don't blame yourself, I love you and I know you are a very good man, I'm sure Amruta and Pratap Ji will forgive after learning the truth...", Pallavi said
"I don't know, Rani sa... I just don't know... but I'm sure of one thing, Abhyansh Singh Ranawat won't leave me no matter what, so if something were to happen to me, take care of the family...", Amar started but Pallavi shook her head with tears slipping...
"No Raja sa... Nothing of that sort would happen... Abhyansh might look very tough but he has a soft heart just like Amruta... He would definitely understand", Pallavi said but Amar shook his head
"You don't know him completely", Amar said, thinking about his BEAST version. "Just take care of the kids, ma and yourself...", Amar said pressing her palms...
"We will take care of them together...", Pallavi replied and he looked at her, but realizing the truck that's speeding towards them, he turned the steering wheel taking the left turn, before Amar took a sigh in relief, the truck took the right turn speeding towards them. Amar and Pallavi realized someone planned this purposely, Pallavi cried looking at Amar, Amar whispered a 'sorry' before the truck hit them harshly.
The impact was powerful, causing the car to flip over, tumbling violently before landing with a harsh thud. Glass shattered, and the air was filled with the sound of crunching metal. The car lay upside down, a scene of sudden chaos and stillness. The doors broke open falling apart, Pallavi's lifeless body hanging out...
A few agonizing minutes passed away before Amar opened his eyes slowly, but looking at his wife's shut eyes, with blood flowing from her head like river made him numb, he tried to get out but he was stuck, he was badly injured, he opened his seatbelt with difficulty, crawling out and that's when he saw his brother in front of him standing with a sinister smirk, as if he was enjoying his sufferings, Amar's heart shattered realizing everything.
"W...Why...", Amar managed to open his mouth but words couldn't be slipped, Kailash understood nonetheless.
"You got everything right from the start including Pallavi, but not anymore... Damn! she looked beautiful even now, one lucky bas***d you are bhai sa", Kailash said looking at Pallavi Rajput in a pool of her own blood.
Amar took the glass pieces with his hand and threw at his brother for eyeing his wife badly... He could tolerate anything but not his wife's disrespect. Kailash easily dodged it and walked toward Amar dragging him far from the car...
"Bhabhi sa died too soon, I wanted her to witness your suffering... so that she realizes she chose the wrong brother... she would have been alive and happy if she chose me...", Kailash said, and Amar held Kailash's wrist in an agonizing grip with the fury he held...
"Do..Don't take m...wife's na...", Amar managed to get out this time...
As if their sufferings didn't end, Pallavi breathed heavily, and Kailash realized she was alive, and smirked.
"Now, your wife would witness how I kill you...", Kailash said looking at Pallavi who was looking at Amar with tears, pain numbed her but the agony of her husband in pain was worrying her more. Kailash could still see the abundant love in her eyes for his brother and that angered him more...
Kailash released his wrist from his brother's vile grip and smashed the already badly injured Amar with his foot. Pallavi cried badly... Kailash took out the knife and started torturing Amar badly and made Pallavi watch it. Amar signed her to shut her eyes but she just couldn't, she knew they would die, and she wanted to watch her husband in the last minutes of her life though it was extremely agonizing to watch him. She loved him more than anything...
"N..No... N..o", she kept whispering, shaking her head but nothing seemed to melt the monster Kailash Rajput. With every torture, he kept muttering all the pent-up hatred for Amar.
Amar and Pallavi looked at each other and their eyes conveyed the worry for their daughter. Not knowing he was the mastermind, Amar named Kailash as Isha's guardian after Pallavi and his mother. Pallavi shut her eyes after looking into Amar's eyes for one last time.
"You are indeed stubborn bhai sa... huh... You just won't die even after all the suffering, look around, all this is your blood... but still you are alive....", Kailash said and held Amar's neck, choking him... "Now, I have no audience, your wife died without watching the whole film... Let's end you... Goodbye, bhai sa...", Kailashsaid
Amar struggled for 10 minutes, with agonizing pain before finally leaving his life. Kailash left from there after removing the evidence of his presence and just after he left, Nandini who was driving to Rajput Palace met with the sight. She was shattered looking at her sister and brother-in-law in such a state, she shook her sister and found her very low pulse, she performed CPR which brought back Pallavi...
"Pallavi... Let's go to hospital...", Nandini tried to take Pallavi but she shook her head...
Pallavi took a promise from her sister to let Abhyansh know the truth and she was also about to reveal about Kailash, looking at her husband, but her husband's suffering caused her heart to give up, she passed away looking at her husband whose eyes were on her till his last breath. Nandini cried hard looking at them...
"I later got to know your bi**h of an aunt's arrival, but was happy that I cleared all the evidence from there... I didn't know your mother was alive and took a promise from Nandini Rana until she attempted to tell Abhyansh Singh Ranawat the truth...", Kailash said "She didn't know much, so she wasn't a threat, I can't risk anymore killings, so sent her away with a warning... Whatever it was, choking your father was such a satisfaction", Kailash said and Isha couldn't handle more... She felt bile rising up, she rushed out and puked unable to keep anything down... She felt dizzy, her parents suffering and the way Kailash Rajput gave them pain made her too weak physically and mentally, she felt like sobbing badly... the pain was too much and her puking wouldn't stop, some lady staff approached her but she stopped them showing her palm...
Abhyansh's convoy that arrived there. Seeing Isha puking her guts out, he rushed out of the moving car, running to her... No one ever saw him rushing or running like that, he always kept his emotions in check as if he was a rock, his face was always void of emotions, but for the first time, they felt he was a human...
" Rani sa... ", he tended to her, shutting her ears... She kept puking a lot and she even puked a bit of blood and that panicked him... " Isha... ", Abhyansh's voice trembled for the first time... Isha held his palm pressing it and that calmed him down but not completely.
He gave her some water and she couldn't even hold the water bottle as she felt dizzy, her head spinning. The effect was too bad and her breathing labored again, she was holding from having a panic attack as she can't risk her babies, and her husband's presence helped her with it.
"H...He kill.ed my parents brutally...", Isha murmured losing conscious in his arms... Ranveer who just arrived there, was about to get down and rush to his sister when Abhyansh signalled his brother-in-law to get into his(Abhyansh) car and Ranveer did. Abhyansh got into his car, but not before giving a hard glare to the head of the den for allowing all this to happen, the poor man shivered under BEAST's intense glare.
Abhyansh reached to the nearest palace of his, which happened to be Rana Mahal, asking his men to bring Dr. Mrunalini there. He called the doctor on his way to update about Isha's condition to ensure she gets the basic treatment till they reach the palace.
Abhyansh checked the blood pressure and found it dropping, he quickly laid Isha on her left as that position helps improve blood flow to the heart and brain and may prevent further drops in blood pressure. He called Dr. Mrunalini and updated her about Isha's condition, she advised him to give Isha some salt water.
"Bacha... What's wrong ? Ishu...", Ranveer called his sister getting worried sick for her...
"Where the hell have you been ? I thought she was with you ?", Abhyansh whisper yelled at his brother-in-law, he wanted to choke him for what he has done...
"She said she wanted to be alone from all these chaos, asked me to drop at Ragini's house, so I did", Ranveer said
"You didn't even check if she went inside huh ?", Abhyansh blamed his brother-in-law who looked away in guilt. "Pass me the salt", Abhyansh said and Ranveer looked at the way Abhyansh pointed, and he found the boxes of basic essentials there. He passed with a confused face, why was his brother-in-law maintaining a mini-home in the car ? A doctor kit, sphygmomanometer, glucometer and other basic equipment included that home kit.
"Why are you maintaining a mini-clinic in your car ?", Ranveer asked earning a glare from him.
"It did came to use now", Abhyansh answered and Ranveer understood that it's for his sister, of course, how stupid is he to even ask that question. And not just in Abhyansh's car, the kit was present in every vehicle that belonged to Ranawats.
Abhyansh mixed the salt water and tried to make Isha drink with a spoon, she was unconscious and so she wasn't gulping the whole contents he is pouring, so he kept wiping the dropping liquid with his handkerchief. Ranveer took it from his hand and helped his brother-in-law wiping his sister's face and mouth from time to time.
Isha coughed the liquid out on Abhyansh's face when he was making her drink the 4th spoon. Ranveer's eyes widened thinking it would anger the beast, but he didn't even bother wiping it, instead he was focused on feeding his wife some more salt water, as Dr. Mrunalini did warn him that she might not take it in but asked him to keep feeding her, her blood pressure would catch up quick with salt water.
Ranveer pulled out the tissues from the tissue box beside and is about to wipe Abhyansh's face when he gave Ranveer a glare, which made Ranveer shake his head, Abhyansh snatched the tissues from his stupid brother-in-law's hand and wiped his face before continuing feeding his wife.
He again checked her BP and it seemed a bit better now. They soon reached Rana Mahal and thankfully, Dr. Mrunalini also reached there by then, otherwise Abhyansh looked like he would either cause clear destruction or faint from the amount of panic he is hiding inside him.
"Rani sa is now fine, Maharaj... No need to worry, she needs rest", Dr. Mrunalini said after treating Isha and putting her on a IV drip. Abhyansh kept staring at the needle when the doctor was pricking his wife's skin which even made Dr. Mrunalini nervous, but she successfully completed her job and is about to leave but Abhyansh asked her to stay back in the palace for the day and she obeyed.
After Dr. Mrunalini left to the guest room, Abhyansh called his men in the den to know what happened in there. He put the call on speaker so that Ranveer could also hear. His staff detailed him everything word to word, when they detailed the past, Ranveer's eyes reddened with pain, fury and sorrow while Abhyansh's did with fury, his wife had to handle this hard truth without him by her side, and it is his fault, she came to him with the hope that he would give her and her brother at least a benefit of doubt, if he did, they would have been together when Kailash Rajput sprouted this sh*t. This was why he didn't want his wife there when they dealt with Kailash.
"My ba***rd of a father would die 1000 deaths but still be breathing... that's the amount of suffering I want him to have", Ranveer muttered
"Not enough Rajput", Abhyansh said and Ranveer noticed his brother-in-law's beast form taking on... "I accept", he added and Ranveer understood what he was referring to, he now understood that Abhyansh was ready to play his part to get the truth out of Kailash Rajput.
"Let's go", Ranveer said but Abhyansh shook his head, he softly ruffled his wife's hair and Ranveer understood that they won't be leaving until Isha comes to consciousness and abuses her husband verbally, physically and in all other ways.
Ranveer saw his brother-in-law opening and closing his fists, he could also see his veins popping out and the nerve on his forehead visible, which only happens when he is extremely furious... And Ranveer expected him to break anything or everything or hurt himself to contain the anger since that anger is on himself for not listening to his wife but Abhyansh wasn't doing any of it, he was just sitting there looking at his wife.
"You are furious, just go and release some of your anger Ranawat...", Ranveer said
"I f**king promised your sister", Abhyansh said and Ranveer's eyes furrowed and soon realization hit him...
"Did she find out about your back injury ?", Ranveer asked and Abhyansh's teeth clinked, making Ranveer's assumptions correct.
God! that burn was brutal, Ranveer till date couldn't understand how could someone be so brutal to themselves, but he understood it was the BEAST's way of dealing with his fury & memory of hurting his wife.
"What did she say ?", Ranveer asked but he was in no mood to answer his brother-in-law's questions but he remembered her reaction, it was well... unexpected and unusual... It happened in their vacation...
Till then he always made sure to cover his back. Since they weren't getting intimate since her pregnancy revelation,Abhyanshdidn't has to do much to hide it. Though the doctor gave a subtle hint that they could do it but just be careful,Abhyanshavoided it as he knew his beast self wouldn't be satisfied with a gentle lovemaking, so he limited their sessions only to tending her, but that night his wife wanted him and the BEAST whose senses are always on high alert lose their light with one glance at his wife, she is capable of bringing him to his knees without doing much... Just the look in her eyes and he knew he had to get a taste of her, he had to be mindful and keep chanting to be gentle thorough out which is a huge task in itself as by just a look at his wife and his beast self would come out craving for her. In all this he had for a second forgotten about his back injury and that one second made his life miserable for the next one week.
"Ansh... What's this...", she asked him when her hand met his back where she felt it with her fingers, she was quick enough to notice expressions where in he was cursing himself... He could be cold faced and expressionless for the whole world but his wife could find those even when he is asleep.
She quickly got up and took a look at his back before he could stop her. A loud gasp left her mouth, her eyes widened. He quickly turned facing her but the damage was already done. He could see the different emotions that passed her face.
Abhyanshtook a notice of her face journey that turned from shock to anguish to agony to fury but he was afraid to approach her.
"Isha... It didn't hurt much", He said after thorough thinking of the right word to start with, but he failed badly.
"Why did you do it ?", she asked calmly but soon her pregnancy hormones kicked in and her welled up eyes soon turned into loud sobs. "WHY WOULD YOU DO IT", She cried trying to take a peak at his back but he quickly wore his t-shirt, making her wear his another shirt as her nak*d self is distracting him even in that nasty emotional turmoil they were in.
He tried to take her in his arms but she kept wiggling out of his embrace. She hated him at that moment and he knew it.
"Bacha... I'm so sorry... I tried hard to control but the thought of the pain I had inflicted upon you didn't let me stay sane at that moment, I had to experience that pain, 100 times more pain than you did, I thought maybe that would calm the fire inside me but it only intensified. Every ounce of pain the burn caused me only intensified my fury, even imagining that you bore that ache because of me didn't let me stop. I'm so sorry",Abhyanshwhispered, she got tired of wiggling and struggling in his arms, so she let him take her in his embrace, maybe that could calm her but no it didn't.
She still remembered the pain, that the watch burn on her wrist caused, it was terrible, if that was the case with a part of her wrist, she was scared to even imagine the pain and suffering he might have gone through while doing this. She would never forgive her husband for this.
"You are not sorry for doing this to yourself, You are sorry because I'm hurting", Isha stated, anger reverberating in her tone, he didn't say anything, she was right, he was sorry because she was hurting not because of what he did to himself, in fact, he wanted to cause more pain and suffering to his body but the thought of his wife finally brought him out of his beast self that night, otherwise hefelt as much fury to burn his own self.
"Rani sa... calm down...", he said slowly ruffling her hair... And just like that he triggered her fury again...
"Calm down ? You bl**dy monster, You ask me to calm down after doing this to yourself ?", She fumed, her words widened his eyes... "Don't look at me with those wide eyes, I'm not scared of you, you are an insane man...", Isha started
"Rani sa...", Abhyansh started but she shut him up...
"What Rani sa ? My whole life is spoiled, I have to live with a crazy nut like you... As if this wasn't enough, I'm bringing 3 more lives to bear with your insanity... My god! What if my children get your traits ? Oh! no no... I'll beat them to pulp if they show even an ounce of insanity like their father...", Isha said
"ISHA... Don't you dare lay a finger on my princesses, you can do whatever you want to your son", he said as if he knew it would be a son and two daughters.
"Defend yourself first, then you can defend your children ABHYANSH SINGH RANAWAT", Isha screamed in fury throwing everything that came into her sight... She was extremely furious at her husband's baseless act.
"Isha... bacha... you can punish me, but please don't exert yourself... stay at a place", Abhyansh said getting worried looking at how briskly she is moving here and there to get the things to throw at him, so he gathered the things quickly with his large hands and put it in front of her which increased her fury.
"Why are you like this ? Here I'm throwing things at you, instead of saving yourself, running away, you are getting more things to get hit ? God! and what is this ? You will bleed badly if I throw this at you...", Isha said holding a small brass vase her husband brought... What if she wasn't very mindful of her anger and actually threw it at him ?
"It wouldn't hurt much bacha... relax...", Abhyansh tried to calm down but it made her even madder...
"I HATE YOU, I HATE YOU... Get out... Get out...", she broke down, crying sitting on the bed, his heart ached seeing her in so much distress, the pain was much more than the physical ache the burn on his back caused. He didn't know what to do to make her feel better... Every time he attempted calming her down, it only fueled her agony.
"Isha... please don't cry... it's completely healed now... It doesn't ache anymore", he tried...
"Yes, that's because I got to know now, after this long, I couldn't even take care of you... don't know how much you suffered", She cried even harder, his heart ached looking at her in so much pain... He walked towards her... Now he dared not to open his mouth as anything he said was backfiring. He just hoped his wife allowed him to offer some comfort... "Didn't you hear what I said, GET OUT...", she said and he sighed.
"I'm not going anywhere leaving you like you this", he stated, pissed at the habit she developed recently, kicking him out without letting him comfort her pain.
She got down from the bed glaring at him. She quickly walked to the corner of the room and got a broomstick shocking him.
"What were you saying ? And why are you rising your tone, you do know fault was yours no ?", she asked nearing him... He cursed whoever kept the broomstick there...
"Isha... no... it wasn't right to hit your husband with that...", he said taking a step back but she walked towards him... His elephant-sized ego wouldn't allow him to get beaten by his wife with a broom but can he do something about it ? No...
"Isha, No...", he said, trying to intimidate her with his cold tone but today his wife was unstoppable. He didn't think she would actually hit him until the first blow came his way...
"Rani sa...", he shrieked... "Pagal hogaye aap ?(Have you gone crazy ?)", he said, before another blow stuck him, he moved back, but his wife was quick to catch up... he started running and she ran behind him...
"Yes, having a husband like you makes any woman mad, I'm no exception", Isha said running behind him...
He never expected to see this day that he would be hit with a broom by none other than his wife, and he would be running to save himself from the blows. He quickly stopped running knowing his wife couldn't run much, he was worried for her and let her hit him, he closed his eyes as it was so embarrassing.
"No use hitting you", she said throwing the broom "Bl**dy BEAST", she muttered and walked to the nearby couch. He was back with a glass of water and she drank it. "No remorse at all... Why is he like this... he is so...", she kept murmuring to herself.
'Aren't you cursing me too much...', he wanted to say but didn't, for obvious reasons... He was concerned he would trigger her anger again, he was concerned for her state, not because he was scared of her, or maybe he was. After calming her breaths, she walked to the bed and laid on it, he dared not move towards it afraid his movement would trigger his wife's anger again...
He stood at his place until she fell asleep, and then slowly moved to his bed and laid beside her taking her into his embrace. He kissed her forehead, hugging her to his chest. He got so scared when she sobbed like that.
"I'm sorry... Sorry", he whispered kissing her forehead again and again. His heart refused to calm down, a tear from her eyes is enough to evade his sleep for days, it was always like that and he knew it would stay that way, his wife in pain is his biggest fear.
He wasn't expressing it out as he didn't want Isha to take stress but he was hell scared for her delivery. Every passing day is taking them near to it, as much as he is excited to see his children, hold them in his arms, he is more scared to see his wife in pain. He still remembered his mother's pain during his twin siblings' birth, it was some excruciating pain his mother bore, and now his wife was bearing not twins but triplets. He spent the whole night staring at his wife whispering thousands of 'sorrys' in his mind but he knew she wouldn't forgive him. She loved him too much to forgive the pain he caused himself and he didn't know if he should be happy that she loved him immensely or to get sad that the same love always caused her pain.
The next day, the ignoring game started again which he couldn't tolerate, he tried to gain her attention the whole day but everything except him caught her attention, including their storeroom manager in the mansion who hardly had any work in there. Abhyansh fired him till the end of the day and that pissed his wife more.
"You are impossible", she said glaring at him... Finally! she said something after a whole day of ignoring him. He looked at her questioning 'what did he do ?' "Why the hell did you fire him ?", she asked
"You were looking at him... and not me", he said, he didn't care if he sounded childish...
"I was looking at the work he is doing... and it was just for a second", she fought back
"You didn't spare that one second to look at me in an entire day", he complained...
"That's because I can't handle your insanity anymore... You kept tailing behind me the whole day, but couldn't say a single sentence huh ?", she asked
"What sentence?", he asked her
"Are really that dumb, Rana sa? You could have promised never to repeat it and I would have thought about forgiving you but no...", Isha taunted... "Wait! That's of no use, as you hardly stood by your promises", she added
"What ? That's not fair Isha... I always stand by my promises", he argued, he even left Kailash Rajput alive just because he promised Ranveer, and here his wife is saying otherwise.
"Then why did you hurt yourself ? You said you wouldn't...", Isha asked
"I didn't promise...", he defended himself
"Fine then, promise now...", she argued but he couldn't, that's something very hard for him. "I got your answer", she said and walked to their room.
And it took a sacrifice of dinner and a breakfast to get him to promise. He kept begging her to have food, he even tried emotional blackmail about their children, but she didn't give up and in the end he had to.
"Slow down... You will choke yourself", he said rubbing her back while she stuffed food into her mouth...
"I'm hungry", she said with her mouth full of food, Abhyansh chuckled looking at his cute wife and got more food prepared to satisfy her cravings. He hated himself for not promising the previous night when she asked him to... but he was scared of breaking the promise as his fury on himself was too much to control when it came to the memories of hurting her.
Although she started eating, ending her hunger strike, he knew she wouldn't easily forget this and he was so right, the next one week was hell for him. She kept taunting him, didn't let him touch her, amd oh! Her infamous punishments made his life miserable in that one week after which he got some relief.

He was brought back from the memories of their trip when he heard his wife coughing slightly...
"Isha...", he quickly tended to her, helping her with some water.
"Ishu... You okay bacha ? Bhayyu was so scared", Ranveer said side hugging Isha. Abhyansh glared at his brother-in-law's drama. He was the cause of all this in the first place and he so wanted to thrash him for being careless.
"I am fine bhai", Isha answered Ranveer and Abhyansh fumed at her ignorance but he gulped his anger as he knew his wife is angry with him.
"Rajput... Leave", Abhyansh ordered and the Rajput siblings understood that he wanted to talk to her alone but Isha was in no mood to talk to him. She was upset...
"Bhai... Stay", Isha said and Ranveer smirked but soon his smirk turned into fury when his beast of a brother-in-law pulled his sister's face near his, they were inches apart from kissing...
"You still want him to stay ?", Abhyansh said and she shook her head. Now her husband's lips were touching hers and she closed her eyes in embarrassment. How could her husband kiss her in front of her brother, that too when he knew she wasn't comfortable ? She fumed...
" B... Bhai... Leave please", she stuttered at her husband's proximity.
"He already did", Abhyansh whispered, his lips still touching hers, making her open her eyes... She saw the smirk on his face and bit his lips hardly drawing blood from his lips. He didn't even wince, just smirked widely at his wild wife.
"I am ready to play the game", he told her, making her eyes go wide, "And I am sorry, Rani sa", he said... "I am sorry, I wasn't ready to give you the benefit of doubt earlier, but that was because I didn't want to hear those horrible things again, but I promise you today, I will do anything and make every attempt to know the hidden past if there is any...", he said and her eyes widened at the change. Because she never expected him to get convinced ever considering his rigidity and stubbornness.
"What made you take this decision, Rana sa ?", she asked him
"Bhairav", Abhyansh said, she frowned, he explained the discussion Bhairav and he had. Isha nodded with a small smile. She was happy that her husband decided to change his years long stand just to give Bhairav his right. And he is right in doing so, that man deserved everything for being so loyal to sacrifice himself in a blink for the Ranawat family. Despite losing his brother because of Amruta, and despite thinking her father (Amar) to had plotted Bhuvan's killing, he always respected them.
"Are you upset ?", he asked, he wanted to know if she was upset for not doing it for her but for Bhairav.
"No, I am not, at least for the reason you are thinking... According to you, I was asking you to try giving one more chance to lift the blame off my father's head, and you think I am just acting as his daughter... But Bhairav has no such motives, so as a king the decision you took was absolutely right and I understand, but as a husband, you weren't right and I'll have complaints, but at the end of the day, no one is perfect, if as a wife, I have complaints against you, as a husband you too might have complaints against me, I know I am not a perfect wife and can't ever become one, so it's fine", Isha said giving a small smile.
"I disappointed you again, no ?", Abhyansh asked, his eyes showed his vulnerability. He wanted to tell how perfect she is as a wife, his wife, she is everything and more than he deserved but no words came out.
"No you didn't, I kinda expected your reaction... My outburst in your cabin was mostly due to my hormones", she said "and like I said, I understand you, even more now, because if this is how I feel when I hear about my parents suffering, you witnessed it, I could never imagine what you might have felt", she said, tears slipping her eyes, he wiped them... He knew she wants to break down, her parents suffering is causing her too much ache and he understood she wouldn't do it in front of him considering his hatred for her parents.
"I'll send Rajput in, take care, let me know once you are done, Dr. Mrunalini will check you", he said kissing her forehead, and after receiving a nod, he left from there.
Ranveer came inside, and Isha broke down in her brother's arms. Ranveer too shed tears of anguish and agony, Amar and Pallavi are more his parents not paternal uncle-aunt. He vowed to make Kailash Rajput suffer 100 times harsher than he suffered their parents.
"I just hope truth comes out soon and I get the freedom to openly mourn my parents bhai...", Isha said with tears, and that statement broke Ranveer's heart.
"Bacha... Ranawat is now changed, he wouldn't stop you fro...", Ranveer started but Isha cut him...
"He wouldn't stop but he wouldn't be there with me too... All my problems fade away when he holds me in his embrace, bhai... But when it comes to ma-baba, I even hesitate to take their name in front of him, let alone mourn for them", she said and Ranveer took her in his arms consoling her... He so wanted to kill his a*s of a brother-in-law, his behavior might be justified for what he had gone through but Ranveer didn't care, all he cared was his sister and her pain, he might sound selfish but when it comes to his sister, all rational thinking and calmness leaves his head.
Abhyansh's eyes reddened with agony hearing his wife and brother-in-law's conversation, he just couldn't walk away when she was in so much pain so he stood at a far away corner in the chamber witnessing his wife break in her brother's arms. Seeing her in so much pain was unbearable to him. Yes, it hurt him to even hear about Amar and Pallavi Rajput but after that fateful night when unknowingly his outburst triggered her panic attack, he vowed to never lose his cool. He tried to be as accommodating as possible but he now understood that wasn't enough. He hated himself for not doing enough for that one woman who is everything to him.
"I know he wouldn't say a thing but with so much hatred in his heart for them, how could he console me bhai ?", Isha asked... Ranveer ruffled her hair and both the Brother-sister had a heartful talk before Abhyansh announced his presence. And Dr. Mrunalini followed him. After she declared Isha is fine now, Abhyansh and Ranveer left to the den.

They reached the den where Kailash Rajput was held.
"Do you want to see your mother before proceeding towards Kailash ?", Abhyansh asked and Ranveer shook his head. He knew seeing his mother would weaken him and right now he needed immense strength to deal with a** of a father because that man is damn cunning. Abhyansh nodded and both walked in, BEAST's furious steps made the staff shiver in fear, the cold and dangerous aura around him was intense now, and they all knew the reason.
Abhyansh and Ranveer entered to see Avyan and Bhairav there. Avyan was watching with a sinister smirk while their men was torturing Kailash.
"What are you doing here ?", Abhyansh asked, Avyan quickly stood up greeting his elder brother.
"I got to know about what happened, bhai sa... I wanted to meet Kailash Rajput", Avyan said, the fire to avenge his bhabhi ma's pain was clearly visible in his eyes.
"Well you have done more than just meeting", Ranveer said with a cunning laughter escaping his lips looking at his so-called father's condition.
"I am your father Ranveer", Kailash said, coughing blood.
Ranveer delivered a harsh kick on his jaw making his face tumble into the muddy floor.
"You ba**ard, are a killer of my father... Don't ever refer yourself as my father again...", Ranveer said, the dangerous look taking over his entire form. He wasn't all soft and kind as he is with his sister, he is a very dangerous man and only a few people knew it.
"Rajput", Abhyansh called, and Ranveer understood his brother-in-law didn't want him to waste his words or his emotions on this bas**rd and Ranveer agreed with him.
Kailash smirked at the success of his plan, he knew if he suffered Isha enough, it would bring not just his son, but also the Beast there, to negotiate with him and that's exactly what he wanted.
"I need to hear the truth... What do you take?", Abhyansh asked in his no nonsense tone.
"Kill me... A bullet here...", Kailash Rajput said pointing at his forehead.
Abhyansh looked at Ranveer who shook his head. Avyan too shook his head, Kailash Rajput cannot get an easy death, he deserves life long torture.
"It took you this long to realize there's more truth than that met your eye that day.... Accept it BEAST, I fooled you for around 2 decades", Kailash said celebrating his victory and Abhyansh closed his eyes to contain his fury.
"The truth Kailash", Abhyansh said in the same tone... Bhairav looked at the calm version of Abhyansh and wondered what he is upto. Because he has the best comeback to Kailash Rajput's claims but still he chose to stay calm ?
"My condition ?", Kailash asked in return
"It will be fulfilled", Abhyansh said but Kailash shook his head.
"You can twist your words later, say it completely Beast, I know you and your games too well", Kailash Rajput said, such an idiot, thought Abhyansh.
"You will have an immediate and easy death with just a bullet in the point blanc, after narrating the whole truth", Abhyansh said, shocking Ranveer and Avyan. They planned of playing the game to trap Kailash but Abhyansh directly gave his word and they all know he never goes back on his word. Kailash smirked as finally he won again.
No one was alive to verify what he said is the truth... He could say anything and still get away with an easy death. The arrogance of victory was clearly visible on Kailash's face.
He started narrating the past...
"People only knew and heard what I want them to... They got my brother's letters on how to destroy Ranawats and get away with all their wealth, they heard him making strategies in the phone, but he wasn't alone in that, my bhai sa and I together did all the plotting, while he wanted me to stay out of the picture to protect me, I decided to eliminate everyone including him to have an upper hand. I even wrote a few of those letters on my own and spoke to the royals posing as my brother sometimes", Kailash said, he knew by then, there are chances Neil might have spoken about him being a calligrapher and an impressionist. It's clear, when they can bribe him with death, they can certainly do it with Neil Singhania. So, he formed such a past which is convenient for Abhyansh to believe. He knew no matter what, Abhyansh strongly believes Amar Rajput to be the culprit, and he needed to narrate such a past which aptly fits his belief.
Abhyansh listened to the whole past with the calm face. Ranveer so wanted to break Kailash Rajput's bones for lying. Ranveer couldn't believe his bhabhosa can do such a thing.
"Now you know the whole truth, fulfill your side of the bargain BEAST", Kailash said
"Are you forgetting anything else Kailash ?", Abhyansh asked
"No...", Kailash said confidently.
Abhyansh lifted his gun which Ranveer held tightly.
"Ranawat, he is lying, this isn't the actual truth, you can't kill him before knowing the whole truth, Isha wouldn't forgive you", Ranveer said
"Get away Rajput...", Abhyansh said coldly... "GET AWAY", he repeated making Ranveer move away briskly.
Abhyansh pointed his gun towards Kailash Rajput who had a winning smirk on his face, he pressed the trigger, Ranveer closed his eyes in regret and failure, he failed as a son to bring justice to his parents & sister.
Ranveer turned to look at Kailash Rajput's dead body but instead saw him alive, but his face filled with horror. Abhyansh did shoot, but not at Kailash Rajput. He saw Sheela Rajput lying down just behind Kailash Rajput with a bullet in her point blanc.
"I don't go back on word, EVER", Abhyansh said... Ranveer recollected Abhyansh looking at the bag behind Kailash Rajput when he said " You ", so it was his mother in the bag. Now Ranveer understood why his brother-in-law asked him if he would like to meet his mother first. But Ranveer didn't regret not meeting her, that woman was never a mother to him, she always saw him as her path to luxury, and after knowing how she treated his sister, the little soft corner he had for the woman because she is his biological mother, disappeared.
"Abhyansh... Sin... Singh Ranawat...", Kailash screamed
"Bhairav... Bring him ' there ' ", saying this, Abhyansh got up and walked away, Ranveer and Avyaan followed him.
"I don't think what he narrated was the actual past Ranawat", Ranveer said
"Unfortunately, the world is not how you and your sister thinks, Rajput... Now get in", Abhyansh said
On their way, Ranveer asked where they were going but Abhyansh stayed mum. He tried to convince a lot but failed to draw any reaction from the beast. Ranveer thought Abhyansh is going to punish Kailash without trying to get the truth out.
Their fleet of cars came to a halt and everyone got down.
"What is this place ? Is this your den too ? But I never saw you coming here", Ranveer asked his brother-in-law.
"I have many dens Rajput, but you are right, this one is the least visited one, but this is the most operated and important one because here... My dearest guest stayed", Abhyansh said
They walked in, his men brought Kailash Rajput with them who kept screaming at Abhyansh with all the nonsensical things.
Once they walked in, Avyan and Ranveer gasped in shock and terror seeing the surroundings.

"This is where you live from now on Kailash", Abhyansh said
Kailash screamed in terror, he cried sitting on his knees begging for forgiveness from Abhyansh.
"No... No please.... Forgive me... I will do whatever you say... I agree... I lied before... That wasn't the truth, I'll tell you everything, I don't want death, please torture me like I was being tortured all these days... But not here.... Please I beg you... Please... Please... Maharaj... Please", Kailash cried...
They never thought the ever prideful Kailash Rajput can beg like this but he did.
"If you think you can fool me, you need to think again, who is the fool", Abhyansh said...
"Yo... You knew he was lying ?", Ranveer asked baffled, Abhyansh looked at Ranveer and nodded.
No words were escaping Ranveer's or Avyan's throat considering the place they were in. They were even scared to look anywhere around.
"It's okay, we have the net, relax", Abhyansh told his brother and Ranveer who looked to their right and gulped.
There was an enormous open space and it was deep in the ground, in the middle of it there was a small cage which was barely enough for one man, the cage was highly protected and made up of strong iron and iranium metals. But what scared everyone was what was surrounding the cage. The enormous space was filled with all kinds of reptiles, and animals fighting for their survival. The huge area was separated from the entrance i.e where they are currently standing with a huge iron grill separating them from the area. The enormously large area was several meters deep from the land area, like a well, but still it scared the sh*t out of everyone.

Ranveer thought he knew how dangerous Abhyansh was but now he understood that he barely knew him.
"You thought you could outsmart me again by narrating anything as I can't fact-check huh ? You see that man in the middle ? In the cage ?", Abhyansh asked Kailash holding his neck in a strong grip.
Kailash shook his head with difficulty.
" CHIRAG RATHORE ", Abhyansh said shocking Kailash Rajput and everyone else. "That man would tell me anything and everything just to get out of there", Abhyansh said, and Kailash looked down, he could hear the scary screams of a man even when he was many meters deep down. Kailash could only imagine the terror he faces. "Now let's hear your offer, for not going in there", Abhyansh said smirking at Kailash Rajput.
"T... Truth... Chirag can validate if I was saying the truth or not but even he doesn't know the whole truth... I'll tell you all of it.... You can get me checked... There might be many tests to find if I am saying the truth or not... Pl.. Please you can test me.... I will tell the truth... Only the truth...", Kailash begged.
"Let's hear it then", Abhyansh said...
He knew the fear in Kailash Rajput wouldn't let him lie now. Kailash might have thought he fooled even Chirag but he also know facts like how they made up a motive for Amar Rajput to kill Advaita, by making Isha wear the Khandani bangles of Rathores and made Abhyansh believe about Amar's reason to kill Advaita. So, Kailash has no option but to tell the truth... Forget about death, he would be happy even if he got to bear the torture he was subjected to, everyday, instead of being in this place, thought Kailash.
Abhyansh signals his men and they pulled the cage in which Chirag Rathore was held, up.
All of them settle in the front part of the den. Looking at Chirag Rathore's condition, Everyone pitied him as it was that horrible, his body has animal & reptile bites on his body. Prior sending him in the cage among all those wild creatures, he was vaccinated so that he could survive them. The terror in his eyes spoke volumes about the torture he had went through.
Kailash started narrating fearing he would be subjected to same fate as Chirag if he didn't start uttering the truth now. He knew there couldn't be any hope but even if there is 0.001% hope, he would like to take the chance. Looking at Chirag's condition created unexplainable fear in Kailash, he was never that terrified in his life than he was then.
The day Kailash planned to abduct the Ranawat twins, Amar was at the Ranawat palace, he was there to visit Pratap, initially he was going to visit him the next day but Kailash created some other meetings and work for Amar leaving him no choice but to meet Pratap that day, and in the pretext of sending fruits and other goods to the Ranawat palace, Kailash sent Madan along with other men behind Amar without their knowledge. The Ranawat security staff never stopped Amar Rajput or the people with him, that was the confidence and trust he enjoyed with theRanawats, but when Abhyansh was present in the palace, he didn't allow this, only Amar and Pallavi was allowed inside but all others tagging him were always checked but unfortunately,Abhyanshwasn't home that day.
One of their factories were set on fire and the loss was massive,Abhyanshhad to leave urgently. Kailash was behind the fire but he wiped out all the evidence at itlike always.
When Amar was sitting with Pratap, he received a call from his mother Sanghvi Devi, she informed him about a Ranawat factory on fire. She told him that she got to know who did it, and she would like to discuss it with him in person, asking him to return home immediately. She also asked him not to mention anything about it to Pratap. Amar left for home along with his men in a hurry, Madan didn't join them and no one knew about his arrival, so didn't bother about his departure.
Sanghvi Devi told Amar that she was suspecting Rathores in the fire accident that happened at Ranawat's factory, but Amar denied it. He knew Chirag and his father, they would never do it. Also, now that he knew how much Chirag loved Amruta, he wouldn't cause trouble to her family, at least that's what he thought. Amar couldn't tell this to his mother, but he couldn't ignore her suspicion as well, he knew his mother wouldn't say anything just like that, she might have had a concrete belief that she was refusing to share. It was always like this, Sanghvi Devi never revealed her sources to anyone, not even to her husband or her son whom she trusted a lot. She took it seriously when she said she would protect her sources till her last breath.
Amar left for Rathore palace to talk, he also asked his men to investigate this immediately. By afternoon, Madan managed to abduct the Ranawat twins. Kailash's plan was to get all the Ranawat's prized possessions through the twins, he got his whole game ready, and he planned to involve all the other royals and make them do it, he planned all this fiasco to be implemented in a week, but then he got to know his brother's visit to the Rathores. It was a major blow to Kailash, how did Amar Rajput find out about the Rathore army being involved in this ? Kailash involved the Rathore army for this purpose, not even Chirag or his father were aware of this, Kailash used the Rathore's men to divert the suspicion to them in future. He took measures to lead the cleverst of the clever too in the wrong direction saving himself.
No one was supposed to find out so soon that he used Rathore's men to set Ranawat's factory on fire, so how did his brother get to know? If Amar found these men, Kailash wouldn't be able to achieve his goal, so he had to speed up and hence he executed the final step of the plan which was killing all three Ranawat siblings. Amar was on his way to meet his men who found a lead. They all were in Rajput's hiding and Amar met his agents, after getting to know the details his team found out, Amar headed to meet the men who were responsible for the fire that is the Rathore men, if he met them, he would have known about Kailash Rajput that moment itself. Amar drove at a higher speed as he feared the mastermind would wipe them out before he reached and suddenly, he felt the control slowly slipping out of his hand so he slowed down the car.

It wasAbhyanshwho informed Sanghvi Devi and through her, he led Amar Rajput because Abhyansh knew Amar's investigating team knew in and out of the Rathore's men including their secret network, so through this, Abhyansh wanted to get to the men who set the factory on fire. Abhyansh's men were following Amar but suddenly they lost their way. Well, that's what everyone thought, but it was Amar Rajput who killed them as he saw they were following him when he was going to meet his team in the Rajput hiding. He knew they were Abhyansh's men, and he understood it was Abhyansh who informed Sanghvi Devi to bring out the Rathore's involvement through Amar but he didn't like the game Abhyansh played. Whatever it is, Amar wouldn't let the Rathore family take the blame for something they weren't involved in. So, he killedAbhyansh'smen.
Abhyansh got to know about his siblings' abduction and he and Bhairav along with his men left from the factory to rescue them. He wished Bhuvan was there, but he sent him to abroad to tackle some issues. It was Amar who advised to send Bhuvan instead of Abhyansh himself going there. Abhyansh too thought it was the best thing to do at that time, but now he wished he hadn't sent Bhuvan anywhere.
After finding Avyan, Abhyansh sent him with Bhairav, to protect his family, while he left to find Advaita. The drug started reacting but it couldn't affect the beast's body much, Kailash and Madan who realized this, decided to injure Abhyansh badly, and if they reduced the resistance and increased the blood loss, his BP would drop and the drug would start reacting more. And their plan worked, with blood loss, the drug started affectingAbhyanshand his body weakened, it helped Kailash's men in attacking Abhyansh. The injuries and the drug effect made him so weak that even though he wanted to save his sister with every fiber in his body, he couldn't... The fire he felt in his heart was too bad but he couldn't move a limb. Kailash created an illusion and spoke to his men in Amar Rajput's tone, he knew he imitated his brother's voice so well that no one till date spotted the difference, but Kailash wasn't confident that he could fool the BEAST, so he weakened Abhyansh as much as possible and showed all this to him when he was the most vulnerable, physically, mentally and emotionally. Kailash posed as Amar Rajput and played the drama so well. Everything was set.
Amar was going to meet the Rathore men, he was just about to take the highway route, when he received a call from his wife stating how Isha fell from stairs and was injured badly, there were no cars available in the palace and Pallavi was unable to contact anyone, so Amar turned his car and took the route to Rajput palace. It was Kailash who got Isha injured and made Pallavi helpless by leaving no car or driver to help her. Even the helpers weren't there and Sanghvi Devi went out.
"Amar Rajput's car didn't get on the highway, he took a U-turn towards Rajput Palace", one of Kailash's men informed him on the phone. Kailash smirked, he knew his brother's car would soon reach there.
And Kailash letAbhyanshwitness only what he wanted him to, and at the right time, kailash's man hit him again and with a final blow,Abhyanshlost his consciousness. Kailash didn't endAbhyanshas he needed the 'Beast' to end Amar Rajput, because Kailash knew Amar was too sharp and he was at the brink of knowing his reality, before he could, his chapter needs to be ended and onlyAbhyanshcould do it.
To fuel the fire, Kailash tortured Advaita before he killed her, so that it would increaseAbhyanshsingh Ranawat's fury. Kailash has a much better plan to endAbhyanshin the future so he left him alive then.
On the day Bhuvan died,Abhyanshand Bhairav were also supposed to die but they defeated Kailash and all other royal's men to Kailash's shock and after that day, the beast unleashed was par from anyone even thinking about harming him, let alone plotting about it. So Kailash had no option but to change his plans, he left the greed of Ranawat wealth for now and concentrated on the Rajput wealth his brother accumulated and the ones whichAbhyanshdidn't destroy.
Kailash also told how he let all the other royals believe that Amar was the one who was planning againstRanawats, he told them how he wrote letters and spoke on phones posing to be Amar.
Chirag looked at Kailash with disbelief. He was fooled by Kailash, but he wasn't a saint, he too thought of ending Abhyansh and then take Amruta and the twins away. He knew she wouldn't agree to come with him, so he even thought of taking her forcefully, and if required by forcing himself on her.
Ranveer looked at Abhyansh to see if he had any remorse for misunderstanding Amar and Pallavi but his face was void of any expressions like always and nothing could be depicted.
"Your punishment comes to end now", Abhyansh said, and shot Chirag Rathore in his head. The sudden action startled everyone. Abhyansh turned to Bhairav and said "Fill the vacancy", Abhyansh said and Bhairav bowed, obliging.
"No... No... Ranveer... Please ask him to leave me... Please", Kailash begged while he was being dragged away.
"One last thing, I knew there is something more than Amar Rajput to this mystery, I kept Chirag Rathore alive till today for the same, you can never fool me Kailash, you never did... Yes, you outsmarted me once by pushing all the blame on your elder brother, and so you will pay for it now", Abhyansh said before walking away, Ranveer and Avyan followed him. They could hear Kailash's screams filled with terror from afar.
"I didn't kill your father Rajput... Since I promised you, He will live for decades", Abhyansh said with a smirk on his face and Ranveer reciprocated it.
"True, you never go back on your word", Ranveer said with an appreciative smirk.
They sat in the car and waited for Bhairav who rushed to them after a few minutes and apologized to Abhyansh for getting late.
