Chapter 6 #6
“M-make me,” I gasped out. “Let me.” I didn’t have to say more.
He thrust his tongue into me, reaching around my thigh to grip my straining cock in one big hand. Fucking me with his tongue as he squeezed, keeping my orgasm at bay until I all-but-sobbed out his name.
“Raj!”
He pushed his tongue in deep, pumping his fist only a few times before the release slammed through me and spilled out over his fingers.
I shuddered as he licked a long stripe over my balls, then up the length of my softening cock before he crawled up my body and kissed me again.
I looked up at him when he finally pulled back, studying my still-flushed face with the expression of a cat that had just gotten into… well, the phrase ended with the cream. I supposed it was apt.
“Stay here this time,” he told me, then pushed himself up and padded out of the room.
I wasn’t sure I’d have been able to convince my legs to move this time, even if I’d wanted to go do something as inane as check the laundry.
I heard water running, the sounds of hand-washing, then he came back, his feet nearly silent on the floor. He sank back down to the mattress beside me, then gently used a warm washcloth to clean me up before kissing me again.
He leaned back, looking at me. “You’re incredible, you know that?” he murmured.
I shook my head. I was far from incredible, and that I did know.
He smiled, reaching out a finger to trace along my cheek.
“You are,” he said softly. Then his expression shifted into a bigger smile.
“Now, do you want me to bring you cold and probably congealed ramen that may or may not have developed some sort of microbe in the last—” He checked his watch.
—“Seventeen minutes, or should I bring you a brownie sundae?”
I couldn’t help laughing. “When you put it that way, I feel like there really isn’t much of a choice,” I told him.
He winked at me before getting up. “Food poisoning ramen it is, then.”
I knew him well enough to know that he was teasing me—both from his tone and the wink—but I still grimaced at the thought of the abandoned ramen as he left. I didn’t like wasting food.
Not that I was actually upset about the decisions I’d made that led to the wasted food, but still.
When Raj came back, however, he had neither ice cream nor rancid ramen. He had my laptop.
I’d pulled the blankets over myself, a little chilled now that I had no clothes on, despite the relatively warm temperatures outside. I gave him a questioning look.
“Movie,” he replied, passing me the laptop. “Pick something good for cuddling.”
“Okay,” I agreed, perfectly happy to cuddle while watching a movie. “What kind?”
He paused in the doorway. “You watch Halloween movies?” he asked.
I shrugged. “Sure,” I replied.
“Even horror?” He seemed surprised by this.
“Yes,” I confirmed, frowning a little because I didn’t understand his surprise. “Why wouldn’t I like horror?”
Melissa and Sam and I had gotten together to watch horror movies on some of the weekend nights last October when I hadn’t had to drive Ward to a gig.
Sam had made us go through some of the older ones: Nosferatu, The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari, The Mummy, and then what he’d called a concession to modern sensibilities, The Exorcist.
I’d liked them all, although I didn’t quite understand the occasional shrieks Melissa had emitted, especially because they were usually followed by laughter.
Raj looked a little surprised at the question. “I—I guess I just figured that since you lived through what amounts to a real-live horror film, you might not enjoy it.”
I thought about this. “I—probably wouldn’t want to watch any of the ones set in asylums,” I admitted.
“Fair enough,” Raj replied. “So pick one that isn’t that.”
I smiled and nodded, then booted up the computer and started hunting through one of the streaming Halloween collections for a horror movie that looked interesting.
Raj came back with two bowls of brownie sundaes and the power cable for my computer, passing me the cable first so that I could plug it into the laptop, then handing me his bowl of ice cream so that he could plug in the other end.
“Scoot forward,” he said, and I obeyed as he clambered around behind me, shoving pillows so that he could lean back against them, then squirming so that he could pull me back against his chest. He kissed the back of my neck before reaching over me to take his ice cream back. “What are we watching?”
I hit play on the screen, then snuggled back against him. “Scream,” I replied. “Because Mason said I should watch all of them, and I haven’t seen any of them.” I looked back at him. “Have you seen it?”
“I did see the first one,” he said. “Years ago. And I’ve been meaning to watch the others, I just haven’t gotten there yet—and I should rewatch it first anyway.” He pressed a kiss to my temple. “And then we can watch the rest together.”
“Okay,” I agreed, digging into my sundae. I liked the idea of having future plans with Raj, even if they were as simple as watching the rest of the movies in a series. I just liked having a future to plan with him.
