Chapter 24

Chapter Twenty-Four

Sophie

My heart stops.

For one strange second, there’s no sound in the enormous penthouse. No distant traffic thirty-eight floors below us. No hum from the climate control. Nothing except the pounding of my pulse.

Lucian’s fingers remain beneath my chin.

“Did you?”

I could lie.

The cameras were gone. Every last one of them.

There’s no possible way they can know what happened after I went to bed.

But Caleb is standing behind me, silent and watchful, and somehow lying feels pointless.

“Yes.”

Lucian goes very still.

The single word seems to change something in the room.

His thumb moves once along the line of my jaw. “You masturbated.”

Heat rushes into my face. “You just asked me that.”

“I want to hear you say it.”

Glaring at him, I finally respond. “Yes, Lucian. I masturbated.”

Behind me, Caleb exhales.

Lucian studies me with the unnerving concentration he gives everything, as if the answer itself isn’t enough. “After destroying the cameras.”

“Yes.”

“Knowing we wanted to watch.”

At this point, I don’t answer. It’s pointless when they already know.

Then, very quietly, he asks, “What were you thinking about?”

Every bit of air leaves my lungs.

Caleb moves closer, and I squirm.

“Nothing at all.”

“Ah. I see. So that’s why your face just turned a particular shade of pink.”

The damn man missing nothing.

His expression is perfectly serious, but his dark eyes have changed. There’s heat in them now, making my stomach flutter.

When I say nothing, he tips his head. “Were you thinking about the Retreat?”

“We’re curious, Sophie.” Caleb moves to stand next to Lucian. Like his partner, his gaze is focused completely on me, missing nothing. “You were thinking about us.”

I can’t resist both of them.

“Yes.”

Lucian studies me, his smile slow and devastating. “And when you touched yourself, imagining us, did you come?”

My entire body ignites, but I can’t find my voice.

“Did you?”

I stare into those midnight-blue eyes.

“Yes.”

Lucian brushes the backs of his fingers along my cheek. “It sounds as if you denied us quite a show.”

I came…hard. Harder than I ever have.

“I think there’s only one way to make this right.”

A spanking, no doubt.

“You’ll repeat the performance.”

My mouth falls open.

Both men take their seats in the dark leather chairs that face me. Then Lucian settles one ankle over his knee. “Show us everything you did to yourself, every way you touched yourself.”

I gasp. “I can’t…” This is a hundred times worse than a spanking. Maybe a thousand times worse.

“Last night,” he continues, “when you were pleasuring yourself, were you wondering about our reactions to watching you?”

Every nerve ending in my body starts to wake up. Going to the Retreat changed me entirely, made me a more curious, bolder version of myself.

“I can guarantee you that we would have enjoyed every moment.”

This is too embarrassing, and I’m tempted to end it with a safe word.

Caleb’s gaze briefly drops to my breasts, then returns to my face.

Heat floods me as I recall the way his hands felt on my nipples when he touched me in the past, the way he knows how to torment me so exquisitely.

“Show us everything,” Lucian commands.

Still, I hesitate.

“You can do this, Sophie.”

Where Lucian is relentless, Caleb is more encouraging.

Unable to believe I’m actually doing this, I move a hand to the hem of my shirt.

Caleb’s jaw tightens.

Lucian drops his foot to the floor.

The tiny reactions send an unexpected rush of power through me.

These men want me.

After exhaling a shaky breath, I pull the shirt over my head.

Caleb inhales sharply, and the sound thrills me.

I’m wearing a simple white bra, nothing remotely seductive, but the way they look at me makes me feel as if I’m wrapped in silk and diamonds.

“Beautiful.”

His voice is full of approval, giving me courage.

I take off my bra. Then after removing my shoes, I hook my thumbs beneath the waistband of my leggings.

Then courage vanishes, making me hesitate.

Lucian’s gaze meets mine. “You’re doing well.”

Who is this man?

Before I can change my mind again, I push my leggings down, then my panties.

When I straighten, I’m completely naked for them.

Caleb’s hands are curled into a fist against his thigh. And Lucian looks almost frighteningly still.

Their reactions make my pulse race.

“What did you do next? Did you lie down?”

“Yes.” My voice is the softest whisper.

“The couch is all yours.”

I climb onto the edge of the sofa.

“And then what did you do?”

Closing my eyes because it’s easier, I lean back against the cushions and part my thighs.

Both men are silent.

I feel totally vulnerable and exposed, but then an unexpected wave hits me. Confidence.

I’m exposing myself because I decided to. They can look because I’m allowing them to.

The knowledge gives me a feeling of power.

At the first touch, my breath catches.

Slowly, very slowly, I circle my clit.

Since my body is already sensitized, warmth quickly spreads to my belly.

“Did you picture us watching you?”

I circle a little faster.

“Just like we are now?”

I open my eyes to see them completely fixated on me.

Their attention is intoxicating.

Caleb shifts, and I notice that the thick ridge of his cock is pressing against the front of his trousers.

The sight makes me move my fingers more quickly.

His eyes narrow.

Lucian notices everything. “Do you like knowing what you’re doing to him?”

I don’t dare make that confession out loud.

The pressure begins to build, but there’s something wrong.

Last night, the fantasy of this moment had been enough to send me over the edge.

But having them here is different.

I move my hand faster, but I can’t get there, and the knowledge makes me choke on a sob.

Lucian sees my struggle and offers mercy. “Should we help?”

More than anything, I want their hands on me. “Yes.”

Lucian’s pleased smile is pure sin.

In an instant, they’re both there. Caleb’s scent surrounds me as he cups my breasts.

“What do you need?” Lucian asks.

“Touch me.”

“Where, Sophie?”

This can’t be happening. I’ve never been so bold. But I know they will expect this kind of thing from me in the future. There’s no place for embarrassment.

“My pussy, Lucian.” They told me they’d make me beg. And they do. “Please.” It has to be better than lying here, exposed, unable to reach a climax. “Please touch my pussy.”

He moves in an instant, curling one hand behind the back of my neck as he crouches to claim my mouth.

The kiss is hungry but not punishing.

I grab his shoulders, holding on while his other hand slides between my thighs and replaces mine.

The first stroke makes me cry out against his mouth.

While Lucian moves lower, Caleb gently squeezes my breasts as he kisses his way down my throat.

My body shudders as Lucian strokes me again and Caleb squeezes my nipples with perfect pressure.

I moan deeply as Lucian finds the spot inside me that makes my thighs shake.

Everything becomes sensation: their hands, their mouths, their heat.

And the unbelievable knowledge that I asked for this.

“You’re exquisite in your surrender, Sophie.”

“Come for us,” Lucian murmurs.

This time, the words don’t feel like a command.

They feel like permission.

In response, the orgasm crashes through me.

I cry out, lifting my hips into Lucian’s hand as wave after wave rolls through me.

Caleb catches my mouth, swallowing the sounds.

Lucian keeps touching me until the last tremors fade and I sag back into the sofa.

For several moments, no one speaks.

Caleb draws me against his chest and wraps his arm around me while Lucian settles beside us and strokes my hair away from my damp forehead.

I feel safe.

The thought is so outrageous and terrifying that I immediately reject it.

I am merely exhausted.

Temporarily insane from being at the club yesterday.

Nothing more.

By small measures, reality returns, and I know I can’t stay here forever. I want to get back to the sanctuary of my apartment and the structure of my own life. “I need to go home now.”

In that instant, the mood changes, and the air seems supercharged.

Caleb tightens his arm around me, and Lucian leans back. “I’m afraid that’s not going to be happening.”

Covering myself with my hands, I sit up.

“You made your position about you going home with us or having cameras in your apartment.”

I scowl. “Put a camera outside. Give me access to it. Hire security for the building. I don’t care.”

Lucian’s midnight-blue eyes hold mine. “That’s insufficient.”

I sit up straighter, suddenly very aware that Caleb still has an arm around my waist.

Lucian regards me, unblinking. “The only option is for you to move in.”
