Chapter 39
Chapter Thirty-Nine
Ashton
Monday
“More, more,” Kai gasped, as I fucked Steven into them. Kai was standing with their back against the wall of the hotel room. Steven had his arms around them, kissing them, as I entered him over and over hard and fast.
Kai, I’d discovered, really liked to be fucked against the wall, the foot of the bed, back to the shower wall, and on the mirror–so they could leave butt prints.
Though I loved it when one of us fucked Kai and the other got their cock sucked, because then the two of us could make out over them.
Honestly, any position was nice. I was happy to fuck Kai… and Steven… as much as they needed.
While Steven and I hadn’t gone into rut, it would be so easy to let go. But given this was Kai’s first heat with us, I tried to stay present and make sure they were well taken care of.
I wasn’t sure how long we’d been at this. We had taken a few naps and eaten some of the food the hotel had stocked for us. We all needed another shower–and we should change the sheets.
But right now, my focus was the two of them. If Kai wanted lots of knots, well, then we’d make sure that wish came true.
I picked up the pace. It felt so good, so right to be with both of them like this.
“Are you doing okay,” I murmured in Steven’s ear.
“Oh, yes, I’m about ready to knot her… will you knot me, too?” he whimpered.
“I’d love that.” I kissed his neck. Oh, I did love knotting him–I loved knotting them both.
“Come for me,” Steven commanded, kissing Kai again.
Kai’s lemony scent exploded as they came in his arms. Oh, Kai was just so good.
“Such a good omega. I’m going to knot you now,” Steven groaned. “Knot me, Ash?”
“Always.” Kissing his back, I pulled almost all the way out, then slid into him completely.
“That feels so good,” Kai murmured, eyes closing.
“Yes, it does,” Steven agreed.
I awkwardly got us all back to the bed and we collapsed on it, still locked together.
“Feeling any better, Starshine?” I asked, wondering if we were near the end.
“Yes.” Kai’s eyes closed.
Kai’s scent smelled more like normal, and they weren’t warm any more.
Yes, we might just be near the end.
The two of them dozed. When my knot slipped out, I went into the bathroom. Yes, a bath would be perfect. I started the taps and added both bubble bath and a bath bomb, not entirely sure which I should use.
I made Kai a cup of tea and Steven and me some coffee and brought that to the bed table along with some waters. Drinking my water, I sat on the edge of the bed and checked my phone. Everything was fine. Good.
Kai’s eyes fluttered open.
“Hi. I have some tea and water for you.” I held up the water.
“Oh good.” Kai climbed over to me, drank the water, and cuddled against me. “Do I hear water?”
“I’m running you a bath.” I kissed her. “Are you hungry?”
Kai thought for a moment as they finished off the water and reached for the tea. “Do you think room service can bring us grilled cheese and tomato soup after our bath?”
“I’ll do that.” I went to check on the bath.
When I came back Kai was on their phone. They looked up. “Auntie is concerned over how long I’ve been away. I also missed class.”
“It is Monday.” I sat down, putting my arm around them. “Are you feeling better?”
“I didn’t mean to go into heat. I’m on suppressants.” Kai frowned. “At least it was a short heat.”
“It’s fine. We’re right here. And if at any time this happens and we’re not–just let us know and we’ll drop everything and come to you. Even if we’re mid-game. I promise.” I kissed the top of their head.
“Okay. Hopefully there won’t be more surprises.” Kai finished their tea, kissed me, and got up and went to the bathroom.
Steven slept on the bed, naked and peaceful.
Kai didn’t come back and I heard more water. I peeked in the bathroom, and I saw Kai in the shower, probably rinsing off before they got into the bath. Returning to the bedroom, I woke Steven up with a kiss.
“Do I smell coffee?” Steven yawned.
“It’s right here.” I handed it to him as I sat up. I heard the water turn off. “Kai’s in the bathtub. Want to join us?”
“That sounds good. So does some food.” Steven drank his coffee. “This is perfect. Is everything okay? What day is it?”
“Monday. Everything’s fine. I think we’re about done.” I finished my coffee. “I think Kai wants food after the bath.”
Steven nodded. “That sounds like a good idea. Hey, are you doing okay?”
“I’m in Hawai’i with the two people who mean the most to me. I’m great. Maybe we can go for a walk after we eat while they refresh the room?” It would be good for us to get outside.
“Sounds good to me.” Draining the coffee, he set the empty mug on the bed stand.
I checked my phone again and groaned. I hadn’t checked the group chat earlier–or read Rhett’s texts.
“What?” Steven’s forehead furrowed.
“Someone on campus got us confessing our love to Kai on video. It went viral. Carys saw it, showed it to Rhett, who then dropped it in the team group chat.” I rolled my eyes. Just what we needed.
“Awww, I mean, why not, right? Full circle from Kai’s breakup post to a happily ever after,” Steven replied.
“Very true.” Giving him another kiss. I stood and went into the bathroom. It was dark, candles lit, and Kai floated in the giant tub.
“Can I come in?” I asked.
“Please?” Kai looked up at me adoringly.
I got in the shower and rinsed off, because I was sweaty and gross. Then I climbed in behind them, holding them to me.
“Hi.” I kissed their temple.
“This feels great.” Kai closed their eyes.
A moment later, Steven came in, took a piss, then rinsed off.
For a moment he stood there, watching us. “Is there room for me?”
“Always.” Laughing, Kai splashed him.
Steven got in, settling between me and Kai.
“Shit, this feels nice,” he sighed happily.
“Yes, this does,” I agreed. It wasn’t just the water. No. It was because I was with them. The team may have won the finals, but I think Steven and I just won life… with the omega we were never supposed to meet.
Just like the team never should have made it this far.
But we had.
Life was funny like that.
And I was here for it.
