Chapter 33

Quinn

We finished our food by the time Keith made it to my apartment. He took his sub and plopped down at my computer desk.” So, what’s our move?”

I really didn’t know what option to take. Zane and Taven had already offered their homes, but would Keith be alright with me moving in? “I can see if my friend Cameron will let me shack up with him,” I murmured.

All the guys glared at me as if I insulted them. “I already said you could stay with me, Sugar,” remarked Zane.

“Or us,” Taven chimed in, pointing at Keith.

“Actually, she’d be better off with Zane.”

I looked at Keith, a little hurt by his comment. “Why?”

Taven looked a bit insulted as well.

“Babe, we really don’t have the room.” Keith winked. “And I’m calling you both babe, by the way. We just have a full-size bed. It barely fits our lengthy asses. If we had a month or two to figure it out, I’d say come on over, Sweet Pea. But right now, Zane has the bigger place. I think you’d be more comfortable there.” He took a giant bite of his sandwich and swallowed. “But I won’t turn you away either. You are always welcome there. Open door policy. No need to knock, call, or anything. You can just walk right in; I’ll even give you a key. And if you want to live with us, I’m cool with that, too. We’ll just have to figure out how we can all fit.”

Zane leaned forward on the couch. “And it’s not a competition, Sugar. Don’t think we’ll be mad one way or the other. If you’d prefer to stay with them, that’s cool. I think we all agree we just want whatever makes you more comfortable. You deserve what makes you happy after what we put you through.”

Rubbing my arms, I scrutinized the three men. “Honestly, I wish we could all stay together. It doesn’t feel right to be separated.”

Zane looked at the other guys. “They know they are always welcome.” He chuckled. “I just really don’t want to share a bed with these two ugly motherfuckers.”

Taven jumped at him, pressing his lips firmly to his cheek. “You love us.”

Pushing him away, Zane wiped his cheek. “You sure about these weirdos?” he asked me.

I couldn’t help but laugh; my nerves were finally beginning to calm. “I’ll stay with Zane. But I wish we could all find a place together.”

Keith got to his feet and wrapped his strong arms around me, grazing his lips along my cheek. “We will get it figured out, Sweet Pea. Right now, we still have a mission to complete. It’ll be safer if we keep our current living conditions. When we’re done and don’t have to run off to Brazil, we’ll figure out how we can all be together.”

Taven leaned in and gave me a sweet kiss on the lips before kissing Keith. “We’d better get going if we want to make it to Leather and Lace to get her some chaps before the party.”

“And you need to figure out what to wear,” Keith added.

Pulling away, I gave Zane a quick kiss so he wouldn’t feel left out. “Alright. Let me get ready, and we can head out.”
